You never realize how nice it is to live somewhere that is strictly non-smoking until you do! Although it's the only major restriction, that standard is created and you can sense it here. It's a very safe, clean, fun environment. The apartments are spacious and the grounds are lovely and clean. All of my neighbors are kind. I love taking advantage of the pool , gym, and bikes. My only issue is parking availability. I regularly have to park many buildings away from mine, so I wish there was designated spots or designated guest parking.

I love this apartment complex! It's my favorite place I've lived so far. It feels like a community ? I've gotten to know many of my neighbors & it just feels safe. The only thing about living here that has been frustrating is that my carpet wasn't new when I moved in, & I could tell the previous tenant had pets.

It's a very quiet community and it feels very safe. I love how well lit the buildings are at night. So far everyone is very friendly including the staff. We love that we can walk to everything that is located in the community.

Very paceful community and noce departments with a very nice management personel; good service and common areas to share like a pool and gym, you can decrease the rrent payments and garages. Is a very noce place to live

Crown Village is a great place to live. The residents and staff are friendly. The maintenance is quick to respond. The pool and gym are well maintained and in excellent condition. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

Great looking apartments in a nice area that is near a good shopping and dinning corridor. It is also close to the BA for easier commuting and travel to other parts of the Tulsa Metro. The community life of the complex is helped by the generous office that will host events throughout the year to generate comrodare among the residents.

My overall experience has been good. The staff is always helpful and they work diligently to resolve any issues at hand. My only issue with this apartment is a roach problem that is ongoing. The staff are trying their best to rid the building I am in of this issue but it has been an ongoing issue since day one. Hoping they have it resolved soon for the sake of residents and it wasn't their fault, a resident moved in and brought an infestation with them leaving the management to deal with the ongoing issue and residents to have the pests continuously show up.

Community's staff and services are amazing and helpful. The residents are hospitable and nice, and I have had no issues with noise even though I live on the ground floor. The grounds are well maintained and litter free. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a good place to stay!

this apartments is a nice quite, friendly community. the office staff is really friendly and very helpful. it has lots of great benefits as in the private pond, bikes, dog park, and its a gated community.

This is a very nice apartment complex. The staff is friendly. I really like that they are pet friendly. Only issue I have with this place is there is always something wrong with the gates and it takes a long time for it to open up.

I love the location easy access to restraunts, local school is close and wonderful. Great office staff, super clean complex, compares to staying at hotel. Definitely would recommend to friend or family.

Living here has had its up and downs. The gates are constantly broken, walls are thin and you can hear everything your neighbor does. The community itself is well maintained and pool is really nice. I would recommend living here but only in one of the apartments with the garage below.

We have loved living at Crown Village. We take advantage of all the amenities.. gym, pool, garden, the dog park and pickle ball court. We feel that the rent is very well priced considering the property. We're dog people and we love that many tenants have dogs. We've had wonderful luck with neighbors as well. The staff is so sweet & there are events for tenants fairly often, like wine & jazz nights every first Thursday of the month in spring, Summer & fall.

Quiet except for neighbor underneath me, pretty grounds, great office staff and maintenance staff. Love the events. Very dog friendly. Love the elevator in my building! Beautiful pool area. Recommend highly.

We have loved living here. They do a great job of supporting a sense of community and because of that I've been able to get to know some of my neighbors that I might not have otherwise. The grounds are impeccable, the staff is super nice and my apartment is huge, full of light and very comfortable. People are always surprised to hear how much I pay for an apartment this nice. We have referred a few of our friends in and they love it too.

Management rude Prive gates never work Elevator is always dirty You can always head the neighbors upstairs or downstairs all The time, it took forever to get things done and seems like staff can never resolve anything for me. No flexibility at all

A wonderful apartment community. Maintenance excellent and trustworthy. Front office efficient and very nice always. The grounds are well kept. The lighting at the complex is excellent. Always in proper working order.

It's been good. Very flexible. Community seems good so far. Walls seem a bit thin. Lot's of dogs barking and hearing the upstairs neighbors moaning and a bed rattling. A bit touch when your 5 year old asks you what the neighbors are doing.

I love the safe and quiet environment that I live in. The gym and all the amenities are so nice and inviting. The staff and residents are all very kind. This is my first apartment complex to live in and it's been an amazing experience!

My wife and I have had a very positive experience living here. Our maintenance issues were handled quickly and in a professional manner. The commute to stores and restaurants is not too far and we have quick access to the highway.

High end apartment community with amazing amenities. Staff that truly care about your living experience and strive to make it better. Community events and resident appreciations, being called out for birthdays on facebook. Clean property and well maintained property.
