The staff is what puts this apartment complex above the rest. They work to make sure you feel welcome. I love all of the community events that they host for the residents. My dog loves the dog park at the complex.

I have really enjoyed the garden and I feel very safe here. It has been a nice pace to live. The only thing I don't like is that rent is raised so much each year. It takes away any raise I got at work. Very frustrating. One of the many reasons the middle class is dying.

The Crown Village at Elm Ridge is by far the best apartment complex I've lived at. The buildings and property are well constructed and maintained. The Leinbach Company does an excellent job picking their staff and taking care of residents. The parking can be a little crowded at times and both the residents and staff obviously dislike the poor quality gate system at the entrances. But the reality is there isn't anything developed within a few hundred years of the apartments and it's nothing but good communities surrounding the area. The gates aren't necessary for this area of town.

Overall it is a great property in a great location. They keep the place clean and well lit, I think it is a pretty good value for the area. They frequently have social events for residents. Like most apartments, the gates are broken a lot. They try to keep them working, but I think that the gate design is just bad. I recommend this complex, it has been my favorite to live at in my many years of apartment living.

Great staff. Very nice place nice pool. Pretty quiet. Lots of things to do. I have been here over 2 years lots of dogs on property but they do a pretty good job of keeping the grounds clean. My grand kids enjoy the pool .

The community has always given me a warm and welcoming feeling, like I belonged. I've always felt safe here. The staff here are always helpful with anything you may need. This is a great property. I love it here.

My experience has been the best out of any apartment complex I have lived at in the last 6 years. The staff is amazing and the apartments are perfect. I can tell that they value their residents and I definitely recommend living here.

Overall this is an ideal location, modern appliances, great selection of stores within miles, very close to schools, and good restaurants for anyone with children. The office and maintenance staff are extremely friendly, and respectful.

This is by far my favorite apartment I have ever lived in! The property is clean, and everything is very well maintained. The office staff is always helpful. The neighbors are kind and never too loud. I have no complaints!

We love this complex. It is in a great location, the staff is wonderful and a beautiful community! We will not move again until we buy a house! This is hands down the best community in the Broken Arrow area!

Staff and maintenance are very friendly. The grounds are kept clean and facilities are spotless. Rent is a good price as the living areas are spacious with high ceilings. A family of 4 can live comfortable in a 2 bedroom.

From the first time I visited this property, I knew this would be a great place for myself and young daughter. It's tidy, set back from heavy traffic (which can bring more crime) and quiet. I don't have to worry about fights breaking out in the parking lot, loud music at 2 AM or trying to rush my little one past a cloud of second hand smoke. I have never felt more "at home" in an apartment as I do here.

Lack of parking is extremely annoying. The gates operate horribly, when they are working that is. Wasps are EVERYWHERE can't get to your apartment without being dive bombed by them. There are foundation cracks everywhere that are getting bigger every month and are now creating holes. Management is very passive aggressive with emails, "take down your Christmas decorations" but they continue to keep their ugly lights up. Only one dumpster is a pain and trash usually piles up because it fills too quickly.

I did a lot of research prior to moving into Crown Village at Elm Ridge (CVER) and I felt as though these were the nicest and safest apartments within an affordable range. I wasn't wrong. I lived in CVER for a year and had some complaints but had friends living in near by apartments with a lot worse complaints. Hearing EVERYTHING the person above me did was my biggest complaint. However, I am a student so I often don't have a tv or music on in my apartment. Also, the person below me moved in later into my lease with a dog that barked a lot. The noises were my biggest complaint but I think that was a result of inconsiderate neighbors and my apartment being more quiet than most. The office staff were always friendly and willing to help me solve my problems. I got frustrated a couple times with unreturned calls and towards the end of my lease my rent total being wrong online but they always helped to resolve my problems in a friendly manner. I have never felt unsafe at my apartment. The keyless entry can be annoying at times because you can't leave the door unlocked when going in and out but it was also reassuring at times. The apartments are near entertainment, shopping, and food. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

Love the apartment, was exactly what I was looking for. Smoke free and quiet most of the time , great for anyone that works weird schedules and need to catch up on sleep. I would recommend these apartments to everyone.

Overall my experience has been very good. Office staff has been great, and any requests (Maintenance or from office) have always been answered in a timely fashion. The parking situation for my unit has been an upgrade from what I had previously had. The grounds are very well kept, and the staff does a great job ensuring it's a friendly community with very little issues.

I really like the location, a lot of apartments we looked at were difficult to get in and out of because you often had to do a left hand turn onto a busy street with no light. Elm is easy to get out of because it is not in the middle of busy areas

This community has been welcoming and wonderful. The office staff and maintenance staff are all quick to respond and help when needed. They have great community events and do a great deal of things to bring the community together. Happy to live here 3 years, extended our lease for a little into 4 years because we will be house hunting but otherwise we would gladly be here a few more years.

The staff here is very friendly especially Savannah. The ground are always kept clean. This is a nice quiet apartment community to live in. Easy access to the highway, restaurants and store. I would definely recommend this community!

Great place to live. Awesome price for the quality of apartments. Well kept premises. My wife and I love living here, and would stay if not for building our own home. It's in a fantastic location too! Highly recommend.

It's been pretty good so far. It's a very quite and clean environment. People and staff are cool. Been living here for about 4 years , and I'm loving it so far. They have a lot of activities going on almost every other weekend for the folks that live here. It's a pretty chill.

Good place to live, clean for the most part, very up to date look, great for pets, very responsive, I enjoy living here and would recommend it to any one, pretty good value for what it is, have grills to be able to cook out which is nice
