When I was looking for my very first apartment this place really stood out. They have amazing amenities that really help sell us, along with the price you pay for how much space you have in your unit.

I have no complaints. The front office staff is amazing and the maintenance team is very good at getting to you as soon as they can. I have almost been here a year and the community is amazing. Everyone is so kind and I wouldn't have liked to live anywhere else

Everything has been great. I have a rude neighbor above me, but that has nothing to do with the property or management...LOL. No recommendations. Very satisfied. Why do I have to write two hundred words? LOL..

Quiet and clean community. There are grass areas and dog poop stations, along with a dog park. The staff are very friendly and help with anything needed. Plenty of parking spaces near my apartment. We have plenty of space in a two-bedroom.

This is my favorite home ever. It feels like a resort and home all at the same time. It's so quiet and peaceful. I can take walks because it feels safe here at the apartments and in the surrounding area. I can read books peacefully on my patio or at the pool. Best ever!

Overall, I have had a good experience. There have been a few different instances occur that are part of the reason I won't be renewing my lease. One of those reasons being the very thin walls between apartments.

The office is very friendly and helpful. I have had some various issues that just happen with time and taken care of them usually within the day. There are several amenities offered here that are not offered at other apartments.

It would be nice if when someone submits a noise complaint that something is done about it. Especially if it's been done at least 5 times. No one should have to submit that many in the first place. Children running around all over the place and all they do is put a note on their front door and don't talk to them in person like they said they will. The office staff doesn't care about what goes on in or around your apartment just that you pay rent on time and pick up dog poop. Our friends window leaks every time it rains and still hasn't been fixed in over a year. There's probably mold in their apartment. It's rained hard enough we've even had two different leaks in our apartment just not continuous. The gate is always broken and out of service yet we pay for a "gated community". The gate hit another friends car because it malfunctioned and the office refused to pay for the damage. They ask for proof if someone smokes on the property and when you give it to them nothing is done about it. They offer money if you refer someone and they move in but you'll never see it. They will text, email, AND put a note on your door if something is happening around your apartment which I find really annoying. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come live here.

We have lived here since June of 2015 and it has been a great experience. We have loved the pool and the community atmosphere that has been developed. The garden has made our time there more housey, less like an apartment.

The community is friendly and the buildings are well designed and well maintained. The staff is quick to deal with any problems that arise often with same day fixes. This is a much better apartment complex and team than our previous place. Well worth the cost we pay.

Very fun neighborhood, courteous staff. I have not created problems, so I have not experienced a problem. It's not too hard to be a nice neighbor. Pick up after yourself and be polite, you will create friends.

The staff was very nice and friendly through the entire process. The rooms we previewed looked great, and the whole complex was nice and well maintained. We were shown the court, gym, grill and lounge areas for future use.

We chose these apartments because they are nice and very spacious. The application process was rather unorganized and inefficient and the security measures that they claim to take are a bit exaggerated and not effective. The lease fit what we needed for the time we needed.

Great maintenance crew & responds quickly to service requests. Office staff always affable. Grounds always clean, neat, and well-groomed. Convenient location to medical facilities, pharmacy, and plenty of shopping.

They have a lot of rules. They pay the neighbors to rat on others that are doing something wrong. Mgmt feels the need to email everyone about the rules about the trash, & so many topics about your pets, it feels like a warden is running this complex

Crown Village is a great place to live. The staff is super helpful, the grounds are well kept and not to mention the courtyard has much to offer. The Maintenance Team is also super responsive. Very helpful.

The office and maintenance staff are phenomenal very professional, along with breathtaking views, and amenities such as the dog park, resort style pool, fruit and veggie garden. Could not ask for a better place to live. Highly recommend.

It is a quiet and clean community. The community areas-pool, gym, dog park are well maintained and nice. It is a gated community and safe environment for the kids to play and make new friends. I am happy with the area and amenities.

Awesome place to live, very quiet apartment complex. Maintenance request are always done quickly and effectively. Office personnel is super nice. Pet fee is cheap. And they have elevators makes it easy for caring groceries

It is a very nice complex, with a great staff. They take care of any rare issues I have and are very helpful. However, the gates in this "gated complex" are rarely kept shut and it is very easy for people to come into the complex at night. My car has been damaged and broken into twice. If you choose this apartment complex, make sure to get a garage so people aren't busting in your car windows.

This was my very first apartment and I do not think I could have chosen a better place to live. I feel so safe here and love calling this apartment home. I was so excited to invited my family and friends over to see my neat new apartment. I absolutely love the staff and my apartment!
