Great place to live!!!! Staff is amazing and the entire place feels like a vacation everyday. The pool is always so clean and there's always something to do. Staff is always on top of things and if you have an issue it gets resolved ASAP

Overall property is kept clean. Elevators and carts are super helpful for moving and moving shopping goods(if you live in those buildings with the elevator.) Staffs are kind and professional. You can put in the work order for your problems and expect to happen soon. On call personnel actually answered my call at 5 AM when I got locked out. As far as garbage compressor, still many people don't follow guidelines and leave trash all over the place. If your downstairs/upstairs neighbor turns the TV on pretty loud during a night, you can kind of hear it. Considering monthly rental this is one of the best properties in Broken Arrow area

We have mostly enjoyed our experience here. While dealing with a certain staff member on a few issues has been daunting, the rest of the staff, particularly Nicole and Sean, have been great! Thanks to them we have survived.

I have already answered this survey, but like i said before, I would say that when you are showing apartments and especially when they show you the one that you are told is going to be yours, and when you move in, its not the one, talk to them right away

It's been a great experience so far. Just worried that if there is a rent increase we will have to move out. Every issue we have had has always been handled promptly and professionally. We do love living here.

Beautiful environment. Great people and staff! We love the different facilities and landscaping! Peyton made the leasing process quick and easy. The office staff was very helpful. New neighbors have been really kind!

The staff is very friendly, and always willing to help. The grounds are clean, and the residents are nice. The pool is nice in the summer, and the garden is a good touch. Great location as well. Overall I love living here!

Everything has been good and a pleasant experience and will hope to continue the enjoyment. The staff was attentive and helpful with getting us into our apartment. We are looking forward the amenities that are available to us.

I have lived here a year and half since February 2020 as of this post. I was recently "threatned" with a fine of $500 from the manager Nicole when I suggested that I was consider writting a Google review about the horrible customer service that I received from the property. When I questioned the legality and ethics of such business practice I was contacted by the VP who promised to follow up on my complaint but did nothing. I was then contacted by the president of the company (email below) Mr. McCaslin, It is my understanding that Mrs. Judd and our on-site staff at Crown Village at Elm Ridge have been unsuccessful in resolving an issue with you. Your lease expires on October 31, 2021 and I am offering you a full and complete release from your lease obligations should you chose to move prior to the lease expiration date. Kindly address all further communication to me at " ", I will be responsive as is necessary. I respectfully request that you have no further communication with Mrs. Judd or any other member of our staff regarding lease issues. Of course, we will handle any maintenance issues as we have in the past. Regards, Edward B. Leinbach I responded to his email 13 days ago and still no reply. I sent a follow up email over a week ago and still no reply. If you live here currently OR are considering this property I would invite you to read your lease #13 which states: PROHIBITED CONDUCT: You agree that the posting of information critical to us on an internet site without the benefit of a reply will cause us and our reputation damages which are impossible to calculate and that we shall be entitled to liquidated damages in the amount of $500.00 for each individual posting on an internet site to compensate us for those damages. I started this conversation with the management team and home office about a month ago and still no resolution. In addition to what the FTC website says here is what I found on Google: Both Google and Birdeye are against review gating. As Google states alongside its Prohibited Content policy: Don't discourage or prohibit negative reviews or selectively solicit positive reviews from customers.Jun 2, 2021 We also have something called The First Amendment which gives us freedom of speech. It is a very nice place to live. like to be able to send and receive texts from the office. We can't do that and it has to be on your end because we had our service provider make sure it isn't our phones

Community is great and the amenities are awesome. Apartment staff is very helpful. The pool is really clean and the mist machines are very nice. Apartment is also very close to everything you would need in Broken Arrow.

I moved in because I needed a smoke-free building. I've stayed because the people and the facilities are awesome. Any questions or concerns are always handled immediately, and the staff is always kind and professional.

Art's parents here has been wonderful Peyton was a big help in the office was filling out the application getting our keys we have been here for five days and we already love being here the pool is so awesome we are close to a lot of restaurants and into the school is this a walk down the block we had a few maintenance issues our second day here but it was fixed right away

It's been great here. We have loved living here. However, your policy on switching apartments and not being able to switch from a 2/2 to another 2/2 have caused us to relocate. Great place, but we are moving.

Wonderful place. Highly recommend. Great employees. Tons of available amenities. Wonderful pool. Very spacious apartments. I could not ask for any better of a place to move into. They are all very helpful.

I have lived here a short time. Management has been very responsive to maintenance issues but has otherwise been hard to deal with. The pool just opened but it seems the rules concerning food and beverage is over-restrictive.

Convenient access to highways, local shops, food, work, schools. Nice location with walking areas around. Facility has access to gym, pickle ball, pool, nature park, grills, fishing ponds up the street. Friendly staff!

The complex isn't bad. The pool looks like it will be a lot of fun in the summer, same with the pickleball court. Overall, the grounds are maintained. The place is cheaply constructed, so I question what this will look like in 5-10 years from now.

Everything was smooth and easy for move in. Loving our new home. Alittle noisy from upstairs but not as bad as where we use to live Hoping to stay here for a long time I would highly recommend to my family and friends

It's been a nice experience and everyone has been helpful whenever something is needed. The neighbors have been fairly nice and the community has been kept up to par. Only issue is people not cleaning up after their animals when they use the restroom

We moved in to these apartments in 2016-current. It has been mostly a positive experience. We have enjoyed the community as a whole. I would say one down side is gates are frequently not working and a dog park, but no children's park. Other than that we have enjoyed living here.
