We have only lived here for a week now. We had a different maintenance issues. The apartment responded quickly to each issue. During the move process the office agent we worked with, Angelica, has been very understanding and honest about everything. We are very excited to live here!

Love the location of this complex. Country living with city convenience. Quiet, tobacco free, pet friendly community. Excellent office and maintenance staff. Never have to worry about repairs going unaddressed.

I lived here for 3 years and loved it. It became my home as soon as I saw them. It's very hip with all the pool and gym needs. It also has a running track outside the apartment complex , which I took advantage of often!

I have not lived here long. It is a great apartment for the cost. My only problem that I have noticed is that you can hear the neighbors more than my other apartments. Great facility and upkeep is nice. Friendly employees. The gates could go away though.

The community is very nice and quiet. The pool in the summer is the best. Everyone is very polite, and the staffing at crown village is always so helpful. I would recommend these apartments to my family and friends.

I love living at Crown Village Apartments. It's not only a beautiful community it is also quiet and secure. The staff is knowledgeable and always friendly. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is beautiful! I would absolutely recommend this apartment complex!

Nice place and great location. But the office communication and customer service has been disappointing. Great location for families and schools. This place would be a first choice if the customer service was better.

The apartments are very nice. My only complaints are rent going up when renewing a lease and the gates not working properly. I have seen the gates damage vehicles when it was not the drivers fault when the gate/gate arm closed on the car

I love living at Crown Village! The office staff is always very nice, and maintenance requests are completed very quickly. The grounds are always well kept, and it's a nice place to get outside and go for walks. My biggest complaint is the cost -- it's more expensive than I would like to pay for an apartment.

Crown Village at Elm Ridge is a great place to live?it has a diverse demographic, is pet-friendly yet quiet, has pickleball and a newly built life-size chess pad. Staff is friendly and approachable, and quick to resolve any problems. We plan to stay (renew lease) until we purchase a home.

My family and I have sincerely enjoyed living in this community. The staff are so welcoming and make you feel at home, maintenance is there the day upon request, the complex as a whole is very well kept.

My fiance and I moved here and started out in a one bedroom. It was everything we could ask for and you couldn't beat the price. However, it was noisy at times where we stayed. We moved to a two bedroom Villa once our lease was up and do not regret it at all! The surrounding area of the apartments are quiet already but the Villas provide even more peace. It's lovely! If you do not want to hear upstairs/next door disturbances, I highly suggest a Villa. So glad these apartments offer them!

I love it! I would highly recommend any and all Leinbach properties to someone looking for a nice/safe and affordable place to live. I've lived in 4 of the leinbach properties over the past 6 years and have enjoyed every second of it.

The apartment grounds are well kept. Staff members are friendly and always answer questions and concerns promptly. The community is convenient to many restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Crown Village is clean and peaceful. I enjoy calling this place home. I've had really bad experiences and they make me appreciate what a gem this place really. My apartment is cozy and clean, There are lots of windows, which is great if you have cats. The gym, laundry room, and pool are kept very clean. And the staff is super helpful and friendly.

The apartments are very beautiful looking inside and out. The key fob entry prevents leaving home unlocked and further adds to the safety of the overall complex. The people in the community are an absolute joy to be around.

It is a wonderful place to live! From the moment I looked into their website to the moment I moved in to the community, it has been by far the best apartment experience I've ever had. Angelica is definitely a great asset to this community, she is sweet and knowledgable. Their community events are amazing!

The apartment was very clean upon arrival and the experience of signing the paperwork was made easier by email and docusign. Picking up the keys and moving in was a very good experience and the management staff were so friendly and accomodating.

The Crown Village at Elm Ridge is a professionally run community that always looks after its tenants. They are very efficient and timely at tending to your needs or concerns and continually work hard to keep our community beautiful.

Great and quiet community with wonderful amenities including a dog park, community garden, and a pool. The units are decently sized with lots of windows and efficient utilities, which is a huge budget saver in summers. Staff is friendly and grounds are well maintained.

Our experience has been very good. We feel safe and well taken care of. It is obvious the staff cares about the needs of the community. We appreciate the rules that have been set for living here as it creates a good environment to live in.

This is a great place to live, very pet friendly. The dog park is a good size and this place is always kept up with, never stepped in poop. Everyone I've met in the office and even those living here are very friendly!

The apartment is in an area with a beautiful and scenic atmosphere. The fitness center provides a place to exercise, while the pool area is great for summer relaxation. I really enjoy the modern feel of the apartments, which provide a comfortable and spacious place to relax.

We have loved everything about this apartment complex. The staff is always professional, friendly and helpful. The modern inside and outside of the apartment is gorgeous. The Key entry gate and elevator make us feel extremely safe. We enjoy calling Crown Village at Elm Ridge home!
