I have enjoyed living on this property. many floor plans, many price ranges, nice up to date appliances, washer an dryer connections. nice big closets, beautiful property. peaceful living. all staff is nice courteous & professional.

The staff is always helpful, positive, and professional. They make sure we are taken care of and are always prompt to deal with maintenance requests or any issues we have. They do monthly community events and always go all out for us to feel appreciated. It's also a very peaceful apartment complex. I highly recommend!

We love this apartment! The community is great and quiet. We have dogs and it is a very pet friendly apartment. This area of broken arrow is great too. Secluded but also very close to shopping and the highway.

My apartment is just as nice as some newer complexes in the area and my unit is much bigger and cheaper than they are. A lot of new apartments around Tulsa are going to wood flooring but I still like the carpet in mine.

Its ok. We access to different places and school. Maintenance is good and the customer service of the staff are good. Apartment appearance is good. I will like to have the ac system outside of the apt. Its too much noise.

I love living here. The apartments are nice and maintained very well. The office staff has always been very nice and has addressed any concerns immediately. Easy access to everything from shopping, eating, entertainment, banking, etc. My only negative is the walls are very thin.

The apartments are perfect. My wife loves the fireplace, I love the pool. The elevator is a must. The staff is courteous and helpful and the grounds are well maintained. I have recommended this place to all my friends and co-workers.

The community has been great overall. The pool and community activities are always fun. The gym is very well kept and has a good variety of options for use. 8 would recommend living at crown village for anyone looking.

This apartment complex is a very nice place to live, has fun events, big pool, a gym and very nice grounds to walk your dog. Overall very nice place to call home, and have residency here. The staff is incredibly friendly.

When we first moved in we had some issues with the front office staff, however now that Angelica has come on board (and the individual we were having issues with left) we've had nothing but wonderful experiences. The ladies in the front office are friendly, they remember who we are (which makes it feel like home) and our issues are handled quickly. One time Anglelica didn't have an answer for us while we were in the office, but within 1 hour, she had texted us and followed-up with a phone call with one! The grounds are well kept, the trash is never over flowing, and the garden plots really make this a specail place to live. The only complaint I have currently regarding the grounds would be the gate, however this is not due to the staff, but instead our residents who are unable to follow basic instructions. We love living here and plan to continue until we buy a home!

This community is a great place for the location. You are within driving distance of Bass Pro Shops and the majority of Broken Arrow. Travel to other parts of Tulsa is a breeze with the quick access to highways. This apartment is perfect for those who want a good looking apartment with the benefits of a management team that strives to allow members of the community to be entertained by gatherings and resident meeting parties.

I am enjoying this apartment community. There are lots of community activities. I like the size of my apartment and the fireplace. I like that there is an elevator and carts for when I have parcels to carry upstairs to my apartment.

Everyone is so pleasant and eager to assist. Great culture. The apartments are fairly new. Work orders are completed timely. The community is not over populated and packed, stacked. Effort with an array of resident events and appreciation, from adult to kid activities. Even pets get a special pool day.

Staff is friendly and a lot of the people here are friendly as well. They offer a lot for residents to do. It's close to a lot of things in Broken Arrow and it's really easy to get downtown. Property is clean.

I have been happy living here for 2 years. I have 2 pets and they are welcome here. The annual Pet Appreciation Week is a hit. The management and maintenance staffs are superior. The apartments are spacious and are lovely.

Beautiful property, & awesome neighbors. Management very friendly & helpful. Spacious for an appartment. Washer dryer hookups, pets allowed were very important in deciding where to choose to live. Fishing pond & Nature park advertised, though not maintained or usable.

We lived in these apartments for almost 4 years and progressively saw the management staff get worse and worse. Here are some issues that have been a consistent issues and I would STRONGLY advise you to reconsider before moving in: *The gates are ALWAYS broken. ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS. *There are letters on the most trivial events, issues, information, ect... left on your door. *There are more and more break ins into your vehicles. *Dog poop is EVERYWHERE! It smells during the summer. *Fleas are a terrible, terrible issue. We saw them spray the grounds twice the entire time we lived there. We have fought fleas since the second we moved in. *Their remoteness entry is a joke. The door shuts behind you automatically and if you get locked out, it is a $75.00 fee. *There is only 1 trash compactor at the front of the building. Often trash is left outside of the compactor. *When we first moved there, Tabitha was the manager and she was lovely. She is gone and has been replaced with much less professional management, which is why there is a lot of turnover. The people in there now are difficult to say the least. I really enjoy their passive aggressive management style. *We downsized to a two bedroom to a one bedroom. When we moved into the one bedroom, the edges of the carpet were frayed and the carpet was clearly used. We had to have it cleaned before we could set our items down on it. *There isn't enough parking space. *People have there dogs without their leashes on all the time! I have had large dogs run up to us when they see us walking our dogs. Seriously, look elsewhere. Most of the issues are a result of poor management.

very nice community. VERY noisy neighbors.. would not renew lease due to that. The noise from the other apartments is very distracting and overall creates a BAD experience. Bathroom faucets are very cheap, usable, but cheap. Carpet is low grade. I suggest a night time person to deal with the noise. NO ONE WANTS TO LIVE WITH NOISE...

This community is amazing. As a young woman living alone, I feel completely safe in this community. Neighbors and staff are extremely nice and always willing to help. The area is quite and very well kept. Gated community and keyless entry is a great perk!

I give this community a five-star rating all around! Neighbors are nice and quiet, the apartment grounds are kept in excellent condition, and the amenities are top-notch. This is by far the nicest apartment complex I have lived in. It is a cut above the competition in the Tulsa Metro.

I love it here! First apartment ever. Would recommend it to any of my friends/family. Love the pool!!!!! Pool party is fabulous. DJ spin is amazing. Maintenance is amazing. Respectful of pets :) Everyone is nice!

Good experience, quality apartment community, would recommend this property to other people. Very convenient to major roads and shopping. Major plus is property is totally non smoking. This is a tremendous safety factor.

The office staff is awesome. I love that they accommodated my needs for only a two month lease. I am probably going to stay even longer than that. Very spacious apartments. Very clean apartments. Easy access and great location close to the freeways and local shopping.

Overall it has been nice but I wish certain things were different. I don't like never having anywhere to park and having to walk a country mile to get to my home. We need another trash compactor only one on the property is silly.
