If you like noisy neighbors and paying for a "gated community" when the gates broken every other week then this is the place for you! People driving 20+ in the parking lot almost running you or your dogs over. Come on in!

Very friendly staff who pays close attention to the community. I have had very few service issues, when I have they have been very quick to respond. The community is always clean and very quite. The features offered inside you home and outside are very nice.

I love this apartment and community. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the units are very well cared for. The staff is friendly and willing to work through and address any issues that are brought to their attention. And the Pet Appreciation Week was so much fun!

Warm and welcoming Staff and Maintenance. Quick to resolve any problems that may arise. Large windows in the living area. Residents are friendly. They are very interested in our pets and even have parties for them.

Close to schools/shopping. Easy access to highways. Quiet area. Pets welcome. Nice workout facility and pool but not always clean. Gates, when working properly, are a nice security to have. Community garden is ok. Not well taken care of

Its been fine. The staff can be helpful but for the most part there is an issue that the staff don't actually listen to concerns or problems. There has been a few safety issues this year with multiple car break-ins but no extra precautions which is a bit concerning. The maintenance crew can take a while to come fix any issues upwards of 2+ weeks. The community is friendly as are the people and it is very quiet. It also has a fantastic location which is the biggest draw of the community.

This community is very family oriented and wonderfully friendly and peaceful. The staff are absolutely courteous and very professional. This community is very safe, and peaceful and absolutely kept clean.

We came from home living and decided on an apartment for a year. We have loved everything about the complex, except the thinness of the floors/ceilings. We were told this is the norm for "apartment-living". However, why do hotels have very sound floors/ceilings, you never hear a sound from those above, nor do you worry about those below you. I find this discouraging in either this particular builder (or any apartment builder if this is common). We hardly hear our neighbors on the back wall, and don't share bedroom walls as we're on the end, so I can't speak to this. From what I've noticed, the majority of tenants are nice and considerate, so they try to be conscious of the flooring sound issues. I love the walking areas and how nice everything looks. Dog poop can be an issue, but that's a resident problem, not management. I think management tries to stay on top of this though, because it doesn't stay long. The storage is nice, and I like the size of the balconies. I like the gym as it's well equipped. The pools are wonderful also. They even have very shallow areas for toddlers, then 3 foot for young children who aren't fully swimming independently. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful. I like that there is additional laundry on site if needed. We've had no security issues and feel very safe. As much as there are many benefits, due to the sound issues, unless we can get a villa (where no one would be above or below us), we will not stay as this is a challenge for our young child. The noise would be the one area to that would go against my property recommendation.

The staff here are amazing, very kind, courteous, and prompt. I appreciate that maintenance requests are trained to attend completed quickly and efficiently. The complex overall is very quiet for being an apt community. The neighbors I've met are kind and courteous. I feel safe. Thank you!

The apartments are kept very clean and well maintained. The amenities of a pool, Pickel-Ball court, and garden is such a nice touch to the community built here. Very dog friendly with a nice dog park within the aprtment complex.

I searched reviews before i decided ro come to this apartment. I am glad i came the staff has been warm and welcoming and have helped me adjust to apartment living. The apartment is well maintained and the ground is really nice i just wish i would have been shown where the fishing pond and bbq grills were first during my move in walk thru

This property is so beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. The management and maintenance staff are so friendly and always prompt to help. I? am so happy I? made this my new home. My apartment is so beautiful, I? cannot hear anything and am surrounded by nature and I? love It!

Living at this apartment complex has been great so far. The apartment was well kept and cleaned prior to move in. The office staff is very friendly and the community has been great. The complex is very quiet too!

Got apartment online and was not disappointed grateful great fire pit awesome gym with highly recommend I feel like I live at a resort. I work 30 minutes away and it's a short drive but when I get home I love it

The move-in process was very simple, and the apartment was in great shape when we moved in. The entire property is amazing! There's a fenced dog park, a pickle ball court, a gardening area, the state's largest apartment gym, a nice pool with a kiddy pool and hot tub, a fire pit, and a gorgeous 4.5-5 acre nature area. We are beyond pleased with our choice to live here and think you will be too.

We moved in about a week ago. The office staff have been wonderful. They are very nice and accommodating. The lease and move-in process was very easy. I would suggest that you make sure you tour the actual apartment before signing. We were on a tight time frame and didn't walk the apartment before showing up with our belongings. The apartment was clean and freshly painted, however there is a smell in the apartment, that to me smells like cat urine and chemicals. The carpets look clean minus a few small stains that I imagine wouldn't come out with the shampooing, so don't know if it's coming from the pad or what. If I had walked it prior I may have seen if any other units were available. Alas, we didn't, so I'm just hoping the smell fades. We didn't have all the shelves in the fridge but they fixed that ASAP. So far the complex has been very nice and quiet. Nice tall ceilings and our living room has lots of light from all the big windows. Love the dog park for our dogs. It's nice to let them roam and I can sit and listen to the birds in the adjacent nature park (saw a deer in there the other night). People around seem nice. Haven't been to the pool yet, but seems well kept as well as most of the grounds. Overall, we are satisfied with our new apartment!

Very safe clean and friendly community. Peaceful surroundings. Always a helpful staff who seem willing to go the exacts mile for you when you need help of any kind. I have enjoy my time here. And seems to be pleasant neighbors.

Beautiful community, spacious apartments and friendly staff. There's a lot to do in the community, never have an issue finding parking and it's centralized without a lot of traffic getting in or out of the complex. The only issue I've had is that the walls are thin..

Move in was very nice. Especially the complimentary roll of toilet paper and paper towels during the Corona virus pandemic. The laundry basket and soap was a very nice touch as well. Definitely reassuring that we made the right decision to live here.

Very professional staff and community minded. They made the transition seamless and were always available to help as I was completing my move. The friendly staff and their attention to detail is a breath of fresh air to some of the other places I looked at before choosing a Leinbach property.

My experience here at Crown Village has been wonderful. I moved here because it was beautiful, spacious and bright sunshiny.. not just the place the staff as well. I Love my kitchen, my bathrooms, and my sun room which is my daughter's favorite. I love that the trash has a compacter and is away from the community living areas. It has been wonderful. Thank you.

Great, quiet place with lots of police officers, feels very safe. Has the usual neighbors that make noise, but your gonna get that at any apartment. Overall I'm happy with the apartment complex. I'm satisfied

very good but it must have rules about the speed driving in the parking lot, please put signals with the speed limit because most people always are drivind like a speed way and we have childrens and pets to care
