Super complex. Very quite inside and out. Everything that is done is done right the 1st time. Grounds are very well kept. Management has always been exceptional. Professional and will not be sorry moving here. Great complex.

Overall I would rate this community a 3.5/5. Not sure if the quality of the units are worth the money. Location is great since it's close to many shops and eateries. It is also a quiet area since it's secluded from major roads/intersections.

I love living here. Unlike most apartment establishments, it is surprisingly very quiet here. My neighbors are friendly. The property is clean and kept nice. The management team has been quick to respond to any and all needs that I have had.

Very friendly staff from the beginning. Apartment was very clean at move-in. Everything was working when we moved in. Friendly community so far. The pool area is great and we're excited to experience it.

I have been lived here about 2 year and I feel really happy because I found good neigthboor and great staff that really help me when I need things.Also I love to live here because It's a quiet complex and great. Staff

Our first time ever living in an apartment. Very nice place. Close to everything. The walls and floors are very thin though. Noise level is very high. Upstairs neighbor sounds like she is herding elephants all day & night.

Great apartment. They are quite, clean and pet friendly. The staff is very professional and the keyless entry is awesome. They have the best gym I've seen at an apartment and community washer/dryers. Only issue is the fact that the gates are alway broke and left open.

It has been great. We chose this apartment and haven't looked back since. We like this place so much we told my sister about it and she moved in. We also told my wife's sister and she moved in! Dog-friendly, great staff. Great experience overall.

I have only lived here for 2 weeks but so far the experience has been very positive. The community is very clean and well kept and quiet. I haven't had any complaints about noisy neighbors. The leasing and front desk staff are very polite and professional. So far I am very well pleased with the complex.

We have only been here a few days but we are very exited to be at Crown village. The gym is one of the best I have seen at an apartment complex. The layout of the rooms has lots of natural light coming in and keeps an open and modern feel to it.

Friendly, well kept, community and the staff is always available. I would definitely recommend this community to friends because it's close to everything like stores, schools and restaurants. Plus easy hwy access. I have definitely enjoyed my time here

The community is quiet, maintenance is prompt and professional. I have not had any issues with management. I feel safe at my apartment. Parking is sometimes limited, especially if you come home late. But overall I have been very happy with Crown Village on Elm. It is decently priced for the amenities and space.

They made moving in a very easy process for me and my girlfriend. The entire apartment was very clean whenever we arrived. We had one problem with the water temperature being a little to cold, and we put in a request at 9:00 p.m. and got it taken care of the very next day.

Staff was prompt at replying to questions and mainting open communication throughout our entire moving process. They assisted in helping make our move go as smoothly as possible. The apartment was clean and even upgraded to hardwood floors!

We have been here for one year now and have absolutely no regrets about the selection we made last year. We have two small dogs and they have adapted to having to be taken out especially going to the doggie park. Thanks again for making this a very comfortable place to reside!

Great property, very quiet and clean. Apartment was clean and well taken care of, staff was wonderful during the move in. Looking forward to enjoying the pool and grills once summer comes. Highly recommended!

We love it here, my wife and I have had a great time living here and starting out marriage. The appartment is great and comfortable and the community view is amazing, we love that during the hot summer day we can go outside and enjoy a good swim in the pool. We use the gym very often and enjoy it as well because is always clean and presentable. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Everyone in the office is friendly and so helpful and answered all the questions I had. Instructions given were clear on layout of facility, payments, keyfob entry and gate entry, and assistance with internet was provided also. Apartment was clean and intact.

Nice clean apartment with everything you need. The office get back to you really quickly and are always there to help out. A lot of fun event for families to enjoy. Nice and quiet area and the price for rent is actually pretty good. Would recommend to anyone wanting a nice and clean apartment to live in.

I originally had trouble with a neighbor. The staff assisted in the resolution of that issue. Also, I lost my pet for approximately 24 hours, she was recovered in the complex. I am grateful for the response and support of the staff. I enjoy the community and the layout of my apartment home.

The staff is wonderful and very friendly! We love the kitchens in the apartments and they feel more like a little house than an apartment! I love the security of the doors and that they cannot be opened without the fob and I don't have to worry if I'm here alone about locking the door because it locks automatically.

I have very much enjoyed living here at crown village. The summers are very fun having a pool and all the grills available to grill out at. I love having a fireplace in my apartment in the winters making it very homey and cozy. And I love having a one bedroom apartment that is very big and spacious!

Since moving in I felt welcomed by the staff, they are all very friendly and help in any way they can. Neighbors are friendly. The common areas are always clean. The couple of times I have submitted a maintenance request I always received a call back in a timely manner and the jobs were also completed in a timely manner.
