Crown Village at Elm Ridge is an apartment with lots of potential. However their management really needs to step up their game. When dealing with management, it's like talking to a wall. I really enjoy the actual apartment, but I don't think I could return because of the way the property is managed. Local level management is fine, but anything higher and you're talking to a wall. The gates at this apartment complex are in need of serious help, it seems as though they are constantly needing fixed. Even when they are operative, they are terribly inefficient and don't actually keep anyone out who wants in. The grounds are pleasant, but could use better upkeep. With a few changes Crown Village at Elm Ridge could easily be the best apartment complex in Broken Arrow.

Have had my apartment broken into and car stolen from the apartment... Have need to possibly move to another apartment on the same grounds to make me feel more safe in case the person who stole my car comes back to steal it again.. Then he will not know I am there .

I have lived in three different units. I lived on the 3rd floor one bedroom. I loved the convenience of living in the villa apartment with attached garage as well The office staff is great and very kind. I love the community events that they do such as wine night, Halloween for the kids and the annual pool party. My son's school is right next door so it's been great that he can walk home from school. It's not perfect but what apartment is, this is a great place to live and if I had to I would live here again or at least until I'm ready to buy a house again.

So far this has been an excellent place to live. The staff is mostly friendly, and the apartment itself has been well taken care of. The only issues have been that the gate is never working properly. It has probably only been working about a quarter of the year I have lived here. The only other issue has been that they are not very flexible in lease terms. I am getting married this summer and they were unwilling to extend my lease another six months.

This company will charge you tons of extra fees and take advantage of you when you try to move out. It looks nice at the beginning but nothing gets fixed and you will not enjoy living here. Over crowded and too expensive.

Excellent space for the money, wonderful staff! Beautiful grounds! Pet friendly! Close to just about everything! Very close to the BA Expressway but not so close to be disturbed by the noise. Very close to the St Johns Hospital.

Extremely strong sense of community at Crown Village at Elm Ridge! Tabitha Lentz and the rest of the staff are professional, caring, and helpful! The amenities, including pool, community garden, bike rental, on-site gym, and fire pit, are all top-notch. We also love the community events held monthly! We like that it is a completely non-smoking community. Some downsides - they don't offer beyond 2 bedrooms, parking sometimes crowded, and gates are slow and more often than not broken.

Crown Village at Elm Ridge has been a wonderful home to me for nearly two years now. The staff, both office and maintenance, are friendly and helpful. I enjoy the events they have that makes it feel more like a community. The complex is very dog friendly too which is nice. My only complain really, is that sometimes upstairs neighbors can be a little noisy, but I think that would happen at any other apartment complex just the same. I love the features both inside my apartment and on the property (pool, grills, fire pit). The location is great too. It's tucked away from too much traffic but it's still close to the highway and places to eat and shop. Would recommend!

Always had bad management experience with Leinbach Company, they always had a great cover up excuse. entrance closet had water seepage issue, so did one of the room and its closet, lots my shoes, clothing due to mole growth, and Leinbach Company never paid us for our loss, which was their fault. FYI (i still have the pictures of damage stuff) But new apt we've moved to is better.

It is an absolutely terrible community once youve been here awhile, perfect if this is all you can get approved for but the looks are very deceiving!!! I hope to never have to live in an apartment again after this experience!!!

Love it. I have a great experience at the Crown Village at Elm. The Amentites are nice, and wine night rocks. The annual pool party is a blast with free food and drinks. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

The location is great, I have not experienced loud or rude neighbors, the staff in the office put forth a great effort in making sure the appearance of the complex is maintained and kept as nice as the day you first viewed the apartments! I have enjoyed living here!

Wished office staffs updated us on the renovation when they kept us waiting. Took longer than we expected. Quiet neighborhood, good gym facility, and swimming pool. Some office staffs weren't really friendly. They don't really greet customers. They should handle with professionalism and smile more.

We LOVE living in crown village apartment community! We love it so much we got some of our friends to move in here as well. The staff is wonderful. They treat everyone great. We specially love Jamie and all the help she has given us! The maintenance is also pretty rad. They're legit dudes who get things done and do e well!

Really enjoy living here!! Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet and friendly community. I LOVE that the whole property is smoke-free. They was the #1 reason I chose to move here. the staff has been really great!

I love living here, it's very quite and very clean! I feel safe! & my neighbors are friendly! I love the lighting in the apartment, and for a one bedroom I pay a pretty good price. I definitely will be resigning my lease next year!

We have enjoyed our apartment complex since moving in. The staff is helpful, there are several community social events and we take advantage of all the amenities. The onsite washing machines came in handy when our washer broke. We enjoy the pool and pickle ball courts. We have a raised garden bed as well.

I love this community, great people with clean, modern apartments. Great value and amazing amenities. I definitely plan to renew my lease. It's a quiet environment and the complex offers some cool features like First Thursday gathering and it's own gardens residents can grow vegetables.

Great location and great staff! Nice clean area and grounds are kept nice the pool is great for and spacious and the garden area is a nice touch to make you feel more at home while living here. I would recommend this complex!

the apartments are really nice and are a good size with all new appliances. Resort like pool with a good size gym. Location is really nice just minutes from broken arrow restaurants. Just wish they were more open on breed of dogs allowed

This community is fantastic. It is perfect for young couples with children or pets due to cleanliness of the complex and the amenities provided. Rent is reasonable for the location and age of the complex.

Crown Village at Elm Ridge is by far thee best community I've ever had the privilege of living at. The modern sleek and stylish appearance is what initially got my attention to choose to live here. The great staff and service is what has kept me here.

The apartments are in a great location, very close to the highway. They offer community events and an elevator in one of the buildings. They are one of the few apartment communities that accept large dogs which is great! Keyless entry is very nice and creates a sense of safety around the complex.

I really love this complex! It's really nice to live in a smoke free community as well as a quiet complex with NORMAL neighbors! It really is pet friendly like they state. The gates are the only annoyance as they work poorly.
