So far, it's great. The parking where we are is great and can't complain after our last place was horrendous. The building, inside and outside, is very appealing and the view is nice. The acceptance of pets was a must for us and it works perfectly.

I chose this complex because of the location. The traffic is never a problem. The rent rate seems to be reasonable for the area. The fitness gym area is very inviting. I was surprised how big it is. Plenty of equipment. Very nice complex.

Crown point are nice apartments. I think for what you pay the counter tops could be upgraded with quartz or granite, along with the bathroom. It'd be nice if washer and dryers were included. Wish there was another option for trash drop off.

Better price found elsewhere for value. Rent has increased. And so did water bill in middle of contract with apartment complex. Should not increase fees after signed contract. And consecutive renters should not have their rent raised.

Overall, very good. Right now the only real complaint that I have is with our gates. They are usually not working correctly. One is even tied open and has been for awhile now. This allows anyone who wants to enter. How safe is this? Resident's apartments and cars stand a chance of being broken into.

I have really enjoyed living here. The community is quiet and peaceful. Everything is well kept and clean. All staff that I have interacted with were courteous and efficient. Would recommend community to my friends.

The gated community is fairly new, clean and very quiet. Staff is always helpful and most courteous. The apartments are well equipped and in good condition. The community is also pet friendly, yet very accountable to ensure that pet waste is and can be conveniently managed. Most tenants have fairly nice vehicles and respectful to not damage others with door dings. A good location for a mature professional or a small family.

I fell in love with the model unit but fell even more in love with the unit I moved into! Super clean, modern, and up to date. I LOVE the natural lighting from having so many windows in the living room!

When I moved in I thought it would be a temporary place for me and my kids to live. After getting settled we found that we absolutely love it here. I have a large dog and she is 100% loved here too! The staff has made this apartment complex what it is. They are the sweetest people ever. They go above and beyond to make sure that living here is the best. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a nice friendly place to live.

Beautifully kept grounds. Pool and fire pit are beautiful. Gym and commons area are nice. Great staff. Love that they have social activities for residents. Wine night is my favorite. My apartmentb is spacious and I love my balcony.

Can't wait to move out. Worst apartment I have ever lived in . Don't let the cheap facade fool you. Management is the worst here. If you don't like money , convince , quiet, or friendly staff this is the place for you

They did a wonderful job with the interior of the apartment. It feels cozy and modern. I love the stainless steel appliances. The staffs and maintenances are always quick to solve any issues we have. But I do wish the apartments include a washer and dryer.

Easy access to BA Expressway,. CVER has a great friendly staff. Enjoy all the activities planned for all the residents. Staff works very hard to keep the grounds area looking good and pet friendly. Love that they embrace pets??

It's very quiet. Nice employees. I really enjoy have pet appreciation week. They really do care about their residents! Yard is maintained once a week. I like that the apartment is close to food chains but also far enough away to stay out of traffic.

I absolutely love the environment, cleanliness, quietness and overall the staff is great, very professional. Overall I'm very pleased with our new home. The dog park is just a wonderful added bonus, just the landscaping alone is beautiful!

Very clean on move in day with minimal amount of things that needed looked at, and when their was something they messed fixed maintenance was on it! Very pleased with the up keep it the facility. Overall very pleased

At this apartment complex, so far our move was quick and easy. The community is great, we have yet to try out the pool or the dog park at our residence, but are excited to do so. Me and my wife can't wait to continue to meet our neighbors.

This is a peaceful place to live. Staff go the extra mile to ensure your experience is hassle free. Everything was in working order, smelled fresh and clean, and was ready right on time. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Nicer Newer Apartments, but the rental price seems hardley worth it. Community gates are always down and left open, so I can't even consider it gated. Only one trash dumpster/compacter that no one knows how to use. Better just to have dumpsters. I doubt they do any type of "credit check" because there are all kinds of residents. Smoking is not allowed, but have smelled cigarette smoke on multiple ocassions. The complex itself looks very noce but that is pretty much it. I know family and friends that have better amenities and nicer apartments for much less. Currently paying $828 for the smallest 1 bedroom.

Quiet and clean. Feel safe. Love all the rabbits on property. Trash is too far. But other than trash great place to live. Lot of people from out-of-state, makes it interesting. Hope adjacent property doesn't sell anytime soon, like not being right on to each other

Very enjoyable. If any issues concerning repairs came up, staff was very quick to resolve and make sure we were satisfied with the work. Grounds were well maintained and there were attractive plants in the common areas. I was always notified when packages were left in the office which was something very important to me.

I like the speediness of maintenance crew when issues do arise. I also like that management communicates via text. It makes it convenient while working to still be able to communicate with staff. I wish there were elevators in all buildings.

My recent move to Crown Village at Elm Ridge has so far been very excellent. Lovely folks in and around this community. Very quiet and people seem to be respectful of others here. Very modern and upscale facilities. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff, the manager gave my wife and I multiple tours of different apartments before we made our decision. Love the layout of the apartment complex, the pool area is beiauful. Overall perfect so far.
