I enjoy living here! It's quiet and very well maintained. The surrounding community is centrally located. Great place to live! I also work from home, so I'm here every day, throughout the day. The staff is also very helpful!

It nice to have elevator when you have grocery or something big to carry up. It is quiet 4th floor when I living now. They have cool stuff when weather warm, like big chess, pool, fitness room, and garden. That is super cool and never thought of those things.

We love it! It is always clean. Beautiful apartments, beautiful place. We really enjoy the pool during summer time with kids. It feels like we are on some kind of vacation. It is perfect for all ages. We love the fire pit, very cozy, especially during cool, fall evenings. There are so many things we enjoy here. Especially that we can compare to several previous apartments. And the price is reasonable. Honestly, we love everything about here!

Grounds always look impeccable, maintenance staff is timely and precise with service requests, property manager goes above and beyond when I have needed her help! I am glad I chose this property, it's a great place to live!

It is a great place to live. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Office staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance issues are always taken care of in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend living here.

The location is great for me. It's in close proximity to most everything I need and being right off the highway is great. It's a little far away from nightlife compared to my last apartment but I have more space for less money and I'm not worried about being run over by inconsiderate drivers. Having the nature reserve next door is nice, gives it a peaceful feeling. The pool is a twice the size of my last apartment, but I wish it would open earlier in the day so I could take a morning swim. The gym is open 24/7 but make sure to pay your $10 deposit when you pick up your keys. I think they do that to make sure you read your paperwork. So the only major issues are insulation, both sound and temperature. I feel like my heater or AC is constantly running. My closets and pantry have a markedly closer temperature to outside than inside. There appears to be no sound dampening between floors. You're probably going to hear your neighbors above you just walking around, let alone if they're doing anything more than that. You're probably going to hear people talking and walking on the stairs/landings. The exterior wood floors reverberate into the apartments, especially when someone uses a wagon. It's not a bad place to live but I wish I could've been able to get a first floor apartment like I originally wanted.

Nice apartments with updated appliances and the amenities are fantastic. The apartments are very dog friendly. The pool is amazing and so is the office staff. Great place to live and we are very happy here.

Was quiet at first, now have loud neighbors. Pet owners do not always pick up their dogs poop and I live on first floor, so I can smell it. Have had one resident let her dog use my garden for his bathroom.

The staff is truly very helpful and friendly. I locked myself out of my apartment on a Sunday once due to the self locking door, but I called the emergency number and the guy came all the way from Claremore in about 30 minutes. The complex itself is very private and quite which is so nice! I really enjoy living here.

I think the leasing and business office personnel display sincere care in their customer service, professionalism, and etiquette both on the phone and in-person. Specifically, Peyton made us feel valuable and took the time to answer our questions. I have never witnessed such deliberate attention to detail and depth of understanding the apartment home business side, as well as the vantage point of those searching for their next apartment home. Had the staff not been as professional and kind, we would not have leased at this property. It does matter the customer service shown to potential leasing candidates and I can see this company is set apart from its competition. Well Done Leinbach! Crown Village at Elm Ridge is amazing!

Everyone is friendly and the community is safe. Nice and clean outside grass is always cut. The office always answers the phones and maintenance is always there to fix anything that is not working at the moment right away.

These apartments are great! The staff is wonderful and super helpful when needed. Whenever maintenance is needed, it's always taken care of at least within the same day - sometimes even within a few hours! The dog park is a little smaller than expected but still better than none at all. I've only been here for 2 weeks so far and I love it!

My stay here has been satisfactory in every way! The office staff is friendly and efficient and maintenance in more than capable! All in all a good experience!! Would recommend to friends! Deserves the 5 ratings!!

The staff is amazing, the property is clean and well kept, and my apartment is comfortable. The very few issues that I have had have all been quickly and efficiently remedied to my satisfaction. They take issues seriously and work to keeping us safe and comfortable here.

Good place to live
Good place to live, apartment and its permises are clean, neat and easy to access. onsite maintenance fixes any issues asap and front office personal are nice and friendly. I love this neighbour hood and its easy acces.

Complex is clean and well kept up. I would like to have hard floors instead of carpet, that just my preference. Love having an elevator in our building. Helps out a lot with groceries instead of stairs.

It's been a breath of fresh air after going through a few apartments. The heating and cooling have never had a problem. Mostly people are quiet. All of the dogs I've seen have been wonderfully behaved. As soon as staff are aware of an issue, they are on it. Overall I'm very thankful and happy.

The complex is well kept and the staff are great. Any issue I have is taken care of quickly. This is the best apt community I have ever lived in. The community is quiet and I feel safe living here as a single woman.

No issues at all. The leasing staff is amazing. We were able to get moved in along with other new tenants and made new friends instantly. We were even greeted by a tenant who has lived in the complex for 3 years and she welcomed us. So far, very happy with our choice.

The business office at the complex has highly competent and service oriented staff. I was disappointed with the self-walk-thru at move-in as I took pictures and documented on the walk-thru sheet that pictures were taken, but no one has followed up. With this heat wave I feel the owners should fix the misters at the pool as they are an advertised amenity. Other than that, so far it's been great!
