We are very happy living here in The Crown Ridge Apartments complex here in Broken Arrow At 3301 N Elm Ave, Apt 413. We feel we have a very good office and maintenance staff. We are very satisfied with the care taken by both groups.

Working with the staff at Crown Village was a breeze! From the application process, gathering all necessary documentation, to the actual move-in day, I felt fully supported. I would happily recommend Crown Village to any friends or family.

Moved in one week ago. Had a couple maintenance issues but were resolved quickly. So far love the close proximity to schools, highway and shopping. Love the quiet community and the amenities offered.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They are ready to answer any questions. Even the basic ones that they probably hear everyday. This is a great place to live and to be taken care of by the complex. I have no hesitation to contact them about anything.

Beautiful community but I am not comfortable with the resort like setting. Too busy for my taste. The leasing agent was awesome!!! Grounds are very well kept. I just want something smaller and with less of a hotel feel.

Virtually seamless process, very flexible with new tenets. Nicole just might be the best property/leasing manager in the planet! Everything was available to us upon arrival and help/answers were provided immediately within the first hour of moving in.

We just moved in and have been at crown village for almost a week! The staff is super friendly and helpful! So far our experience has been wonderful! The pool is beautiful and everyone that lives here seems nice! Overall we are loving it at crown village so far!

Safe and beautiful community with wonderful Office Manager. There is a pool, pickle ball court, multiple grills and community garden available for use. They also rent out mountain bikes. Residents are friendly and location is great.

Crown Village at Elm Ridge is a gated community tucked away in a valley offering several key amenities. $10 for unlimited gym use, a large swimming pool, gas fire pit, several gas grills situated throughout the property and friendly management.

This apt complex is decent. It could certainly be better, but they do try and they're fast to respond when you let them know something is wrong. The rent increases are insanely high. I wish they'd maintain the property as much as they increase how much they charge.

Crown Village at Elm Ridge is a beautiful place that offers many great amenities. They have in house appliances, a pool for hot summer days, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming to everyone looking to rent. The upkeep overall is the best by far.

Great staff and move in was very easy. The apartment community is top notch, quiet and clean. The access elevator for the 4 story unit is a life-saver and the views are amazing. The only thing that would make this community 100% perfect would be security courtesy patrol.

I've enjoyed my time ! Well kept nice area. My girls enjoy it as well. Very neat. Close to schools, highway, food, work, and entertainment . I would love to renew for another lease. Thank you all !!!!

I love living here. There are a mix of different people living here from retirees and widows to you professionals and college students. Access to major expressways and all that North Broken Arrow has to offer.

This apartment complex is quite and updated. The staff is incredibly friendly, they know me by name when I come for packages. The office often has holiday parties and giveaways, the pool is awesome and my work orders get done so fast. This is a fantastic place to live!

The community is so nice, my husband and I especially love that this is a gated community in a quiet area. The apartments are VERY spacious with really good natural light.The office staff is so nice and very helpful!

It was a very quick and easy process. The staff was nice and got back to me very quickly. This was our first rental so I am very happy to say that this was a great first experience of us. The apartment was ready when we were hoping it was and they made sure it was the best for when we did move in.

My experience in this community has been overall pleasant. However, there are some suggestions regarding trash and gate convenience that should be considered. Also, there should be a one-time free courtesy assistance for individuals who have been locked out of their apartment.
