Pro: The maintenance people are fast and get things done the same day or on the next business day. The apartments are quiet and neighbors are clean. The apartments are nice inside. Nicer than anything else around. Most people have dogs and they stay on a leash. The staff is friendly and helpful. Con: The gardens and landscaping is horrible and non existent. The price is high and they raise it each renewal period. Water has also been raised on me twice. And if you live on a bottom floor you hear everyone walk. Upper floor is better.

The place is really quiet for the most part. I've been here less than a month. For the very problems I had in my apartment when I was moving in they have already fixed it, which is great. My old apartment took forever so I'm glad they fixed the problem as soon as possible

Everyone is so nice. The leasing office ladies are so sweet and communicative. Such an amazing process and love being here. The staff is has great knowledge and helpful guidelines. Love everything about the community and what The Village has to offer. I feel very safe and enjoy the gates. Even when moving in neighbors were fine with the noise. The walls seem to be thick enough. Overall more than happy being here!

our move in experience was a little rocky at first , we moved in on a week day witch happened to be a monday and had complaints that friday evening about being loud. some of the appliances had cracks and the ice didn't work the first week of us being there, our master door was coming off the wall and they didn't explain that we needed to turn on everything in our electrical box. with all that being said once we contacted the maintenance they took care of everything very quickly! i was super impressed and satisfied!

Everyone was so nice and made it so easy to move in! The apartments are clean and spacious. My daughter and I really enjoy being here so far. They communicate well and are always there if you need your questions answered!

Great place to live, great staff. Staff responds immediately to an issues. Nicole the building manager is wonderful. All the staff really. Prompt, efficient. Great location, quiet. Absolutely love it here.

The building is designed to make this your HOME. Friendly people on staff, always well groomed lawns with no issues that are not immediately addressed. I have looked elsewhere but ALWAYS come right back home.

Great location within Broken Arrow near Hospitals, Schools, Restaurants and shopping. 5 minutes from downtown Broken Arrow, 15 minutes from downtown Tulsa. Apartment complex is quite, clean, and secluded with plenty of parking.

Only been in for a week or so. Seems quite and nice. I'm looking forward to all the amenities in the spring. The staff seems really nice. A lot bigger with more space than anticipated. Washer and dryer hook ups in the bathroom is a nice feature.

I have had a great experience with Crown Village so far. My move in went smoothly because I was able to complete my paperwork early allowing me to focus only on moving. When I moved in there were two minor issues I called maintenance about, and they came and fixed them within an hour. Very impressed!

It has been wonderful and in two months time already feels like home! We have enjoyed every aspect of living here, especially the friendly staff! They do so much and are so thoughtful in their planning! Our favorite has been the dog day at the pool!

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!!
I have loved my experience here so far. The staff here are great and maintenance crew has always been quick to respond. The complex is tucked away and quiet yet close to so many places and easy highway access. The apartments are clean and updated with a ton of natural light. The property is well kept and the amenities are wonderful. I highly recommend!!

I love my community. I love the staff. It is really nice here and I wish others took care of it, took pride in it, like the majority of us do. For instance, please pick up your dog poop when taking your dog out. It's simple. The rest of us don't want to clean up after your dog. Lastly, don't sit your trash outside the compactor. It makes us look trashy and we're not. Open the door, like the rest of us and throw it in. Again, simple. Last, quit jacking with the gates. Drive through them like normal people. We want to feel safe and protected. When you are a jackass and try to squeeze through because you simply cannot use the call box OR take a time to use your opener properly, the gate shut prematurely and causes damage when it is intercepted by your vehicle. The majority of us here like to have nice things and those that are doing this are preventing that for us. We pay a nice rent for a beautiful place with excellent staff and we want to keep it that way.

This is my first time living in an apartment so far we have been very impressed by the management and maintenance staff. We really do enjoy living here. I have recommended Crown Village to several of my friends who have been thinking about moving reacently.

Staff is very friendly, nice, caring, and very professional here it's a gated community we have everything residents need and it's very peaceful and calm and very safe! It's very quite ! Not very noisy!

I absolutely love living here and can't imagine living anywhere else. The office staff (Nicole, Madison and Kelsey Jo) are amazing. The maintenance team (Christian and Taylor) are always so helpful. The complex is located in a great area, close to everything.

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Disappointed there were not any main level units available. The units did not come with washer/dryers. The size of the units were bigger than most apartments we considered.

Management ensures any issues that arise are taken care of in a timely manner. Maintenance crew have great communication and try to resolve maintenance issues quickly and correctly. For example, I was having issues with my sink not long after I moved in. Maintenance had to come out a couple times due to the issue being bigger then expected but despite that I had great communication from maintenance and the repairs were quickly taken care of despite the curve ball my issue developed into. My family and I are greatly enjoying our stay here over our last couple of months and I'll be sure to update my review at the end of my stay. So, as of now I would definitely recommend this as a great rental opportunity because of the great pricing, quality, and service this apartment complex has to offer.

I like it here, it's very quite and everyone is very respectful of each other. The grounds are kept up and clean. The pool is always clean and never too overcrowded, the misters at the pool are a huge plus for me. I feel safe her and so far I'm pleased.

It's been great,such a beautiful property and I love how dog friendly it is. The staff is so kind and really take care of the residents. I feel like when we have concerns they get to work on it right away to make it right. If a repair is needed it gets done, if you have questions they get answered. My dog loves to just stop by the office to say hi and grab a treat from the jar. Great place to call home!

It was a great experience enjoyed Kelsie very much I loved the pool and garden area and the set up of the apartment only wish they were cheaper I liked the location it looks like it would be a great place to live the cost is too much that is the only thing I did not like I will definitely check back around with the apartments when it gets closer to moving n

Beautiful apartment complex with great amenities and features for the entire family to enjoy. Ample parking and the staff is wonderful! Great addition to the Broken Arrow school district. Keep up the awesome customer service and maintenance of the community.
