Peaceful community. As they are currently doing some renovations to the property and new coat of paint. Waiting on the improvements inside my unit. New countertops and replacing the carpet with hard wood laminant flooring would be welcomed. Overall it has been a good home for the last several years. Pool is nice, open space is appreciated. Conveniently located near shopping and highway access.

Other than parking and construction, it's been great living here. Parking is a major issue. There's not enough spots near the elevator building for the number of apartments and cars that are there. Having areas to walk the dog is nice.

Absolutely beautiful place. Very friendly, helpful management. So happy to be living here. It's also pet friendly, and has dog park. It feels like a beautiful resort that get to live in. It's just so amazing, there is a amazing gym, even bicycles can use. The atmosphere is so calm and inviting.

It very clean and peaceful for the most part. I love my space and my neighbors are also nice. We have cool events and get to meet other neighbors which is nice too with drawings and prizes. I have gotten to know people across the courtyard from these and at the pool

Quiet, secluded neighborhood, beautiful grounds with lots of amenities. The apartment homes were spacious, well designed with a lot of storage. Great quality apartment and attentive staff

My wife and I are very satisfied with our apartment. The space is even bigger than we expected, the appliances are good quality, and the hardware--such as the kitchen cabinets and doors--are amazing quality. There is so much closet space! Immediately fell in love with this property. Olivia was the lady we met when we first came in and she was so kind and bright! From the office to the unit we were already hooked. The property is kept up amazingly. We got to see the unit we wanted to rent and there were barely any issues with the unit and anything we needed fixed was immediately taken care of.

I've only been here a week but so far it has been great. I like that it's gated. The staff is really helpful and are here until 6--which is great because I work until 5. There has been a lot of running around the hallways which is weird but hopefully it doesn't last.

The application process was quick and easy. The staff here is amazing, the property is clean, and the maintenance team is great as well! The amenities here are also pretty sweet! The gym is very nice and they even have pickleball court and a giant chessboard game in the main courtyard! You can even plant your own garden!Very happy to live here! Love my new home!
