I have lived here for 10 years and thoroughly enjoy the community. Office staff and maintenance staff are always professional and prompt with any service requests I make. I strongly encourage potential renters to consider calling Rolling Hills home.

I enjoy living at Rolling Hills. The office staff and the maintenance staff are friendly and polite. Situations are handled professionally and always with courtesy and a smile. The grounds are extremely well kept. Neighbors are friendly and mind their own business.

Very quiet, very clean, floors squeek pretty badly on 2nd floor, making me feel bad for my downstairs neighbor, the washer and dryer are single not stacked, but are apt size but still convenient to have.

Nice community, close to stores and my job. Office staff and maintenance staff are very professional. When placing a maintenance call the staff is always helpful and quick to respond. Office staff made my move in very quick and always helpful.

Easy process, good communication from Jacob the property manager! Everyone in the community seems to mind their own business which is nice. Peaceful well kept grounds. Pet friendly, the dog park is a great addition!

A nice and comfortable place to live. It has parking available right in front and is always clean. It's also close to shopping centers. Good schools and restaurants, hospitals near too. A clean area to live

We have lived here since June and we really like it here. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Everything is kept neat and tidy and they fix anything that needs fixed right away. The dog park is really nice as well.

Maintenance is very fast. Responded to my request within a couple hours. They are nice and quick to update you on what the issue is. You can also allow access when your not home which comes in handy when your at work so they don't have to wait until the weekend

Place is quiet, cozy with staff that goes above and beyond. The outside is also always taken care of. Maintenance requests are always taken care with 24 hours unless it's a serious issue then it taken care as quickly as possible.

Since I've been living in Rolling Hills I have been able to get to work easy everything I need is close to NY apartment. Maintenance is fantastic. Neighbors are friendly and it's worth while living here. I love my apartment

I love living here. I have only been here 8 months and I have absolutely no complaints about anything. I really like the quietness, and Andy in the mgt. office has been wonderful as well as the maintenance man .

No complaints! Love the community and the management is really great to work with. I love the wildlife in the community and it's wonderful that it's so pet friendly! I also love that it has a washer and dryer. Super convenient!

Prior building manager left a year ago and replacement manager is not nearly as helpful or friendly. Is not interested in solving problems, just doing bare minimum. Community residents however are friendly.

The two bed townhouses are nice. I love how spacious the bedrooms are. These apartments are local to stores and extracurricular activities. My biggest concerns are not being able to see that townhouse prior to move in, as someone was currently in the unit, and the lazy patch work done to the home that needed addressed after move in. Other than that, everything else is great. The biggest selling point for me was how professional and personal the office attendant was. He was super nice and make the move-in process so much easier.

Very friendly staff. Neighbors are pleasant. The landscaping is nice. Parking spaces are spacious able there are plenty of spots. The townhouse feels like a true home to myself and my family. We look forward to being here for a long time!

It was a quick and easy application process. I was able to sign most documents online. The apartment was super clean upon move in and I could tell the carpets had been recently shampoos. Complex is in a beautiful setting near a great neighborhood for families
