Overall it's been great. The maintenance has been completed at a good rate, office staff is kind, etc. However, there are a few complaints that I have had. The parking lot floods and corporate refuses to address the issue, mine and several other cars were inaccessible due to deep water following a heavy rainstorm. Additionally, Communication around renovations has been foggy at best- notifying us after renovations had been started on our buildings and our patio screens had already been cut open.

    Its an ok experience. Maintenence is getting better addressing issues. It's a pretty safe complex. Some of the local police live in the complex so im sure that the squad car presence gives safety a slight boost. The parking is terrible at this complex at night. After 830-9pm its like musical chairs. You better hurry up and find a parking spot and stay there. For people who work or hang out and get home after 2am you won't find any parking spots close to your building til after 3-330am. There's oversize vehicles like box trucks and utility vehicles that should have their own oversize vehicles spots in those diagonal parking spots along the tree-line behind the storage center. They don't even fit in those parking if you're lucky enough to find a parking spot next to one of them you can only hope your door doesn't get dinged/damaged. That is my main issue with this complex because if I knew the parking was so bad I would have never moved in here. Too many handicap spots that NEVER get used. So if you work mid shift, finding parking here will eventually piss you off.

      I would NOT recommend. Upon moving the place was dirty and many parts the apartment were poorly put together and broke quickly upon moving in. I submitted the move-in inspection, listing all of the things that were wrong. Nothing was ever done about it because my submission didn't exist in the system. Not sure where it went. It has been confirmed that the size of the water heater in the apartment is not big enough to fill the bathtub with hot water. I rented this place for the size of the bathtubs and have never been able to take a bath here. I've submitted countless maintenance requests to have this fixed... I've basically been told too bad. I also have to constantly submit requests to have the air conditioning fixed. I don't know what they're doing, but they're not fixing it. They only provide a temporary solution which is lasting less and less. I just submitted my fifth request to have the air-conditioning fixed. They were just out here a few days ago confirming that they had replaced the problem part. I've been renting for 11 years, lived in multiple states, and this place is the biggest lie I've ever had the pleasure of staying at.

        The employees are helpful and nice. But the residents there is pot smell everywhere in the complex. Every day I walk out of my apartment I smell pot so strong and it's like this all the time. Plus, there are preteen kids that are left alone for hours on end outside of the apartments and they messed things up like they keep on breaking the fire exit lights and ruining the stairwells . I would just love a nice.

          The management staff is always pleasant and helpful. I have had issues with cockroaches since the day I moved in. I moved in to this unit in September of 2025. The issue of cockroaches has still not been resolved. I have brought it before management and they just say they're aware and are working on it. It is highly aggravating that nothing has been fixed. I even pay for pest control here so I don't understand why I still see so many of them.

            Not a good place to move to, Management change 4 times, grounds are bad, hallways are dirty, and pool area is not kept up!! I move here 2023, Aug n place was beautiful , kept up! But now it's a bad place too live . Each year the rent gos up/ but the place go Down!

              From the outside and from a distance, the community looks nice. Once a closer look takes place, there are flaws, there just is. The stairs and upkeep of the breezeways are appalling. Worse, there seems to be no care from the top.... Deaf ears.

                Spacious unit, but roaches an ongoing problem. Unsupervised kids run around and leave garbage and vandalize. The price has helped, which is lower than other places. Make sure to view your property in person.

                  I moved in around August and have had a roach problem since the day I moved in. I've been down to the leasing office more times than I can count to inform them and can count on one hand how many times pest control has come to spray or treat my unit. I had a water leak in my unit from the apartment above me last week. The water was leaking out of the light fixture and it took them over three hours to come address the issue. I was told they would be back the next day to fix the light and Friday to paint. No one has come to fix the light or paint in my unit. When my lease is up I will be moving!

                    It's a chill apartment. But there are roaches and the quality of the apartments is super in some aspects but it's cheap so you get what you pay for, I guess? the staff is very nice and accommodating.

                        This community has gone down in the 4 years of me living here. There have been little to no upgrades to my apartment or the community. There a barely any amenities . The pool gym and car wash are Always closed. The grounds are half maintenance. My building and a lot of others are nasty. They are infested with spiders, spider webs and the grounds smell like dog urine. Any given day you walk outside you may find a pile of dog poop on the side walk in the parking lot or in the grass. Even the sign entering the community is missing letters. I was happy to have found a nice quiet affordable community but I'm almost ashamed to invite guests over to see the nasty walk ways and stairs. This property is in need of upgrades.

                          I told them the dishwasher wasn't working right. Maintenance talked to me like I was stupid. The dishwasher overflowed. That was over a month ago. They NEVER replaced it. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment uses more electricity than my 3 bedroom 2 bath home. I called Berkeley Electric. They know it's the air conditioner. Nobody has EVER CAME TO FIX IT. It burns electricity constantly. They told me it was fine and left. Just like the dishwasher was "fine". I can't afford to live here! My good credit is getting ruined because they refuse to lift a finger to do anything I've asked of them and they truly don't even care. Trust me. Just don't.

                          I just moved in in April, 2025. It's been many years living in an apartment. I had to make an adjustment with tenant above who is unaware his movement of walking hard, shoe dropping, etc. I love the one bedroom, I can't understand why so many fees each month. My payments are $1500 monthly. I love the security with well lit apartments on the outside. Apartment life is not for me. The staffing are wonderful! The maintenance person or department are great!

                              Upon move-in I was hopeful about this community but after my never ending issues with maintenance, my experience has not been positive. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated due to an a/c system that began to malfunction less than one month after I moved in. What began in April of this year has STILL not been resolved and we are now in August. No one needs to be told this is the hottest part of the year and not one person on staff has kept me updated as they promised. It has now been almost 4 weeks that I haven't been able to stay in my apartment due to the heat. I call the office, I email, I text, and no one will respond. Because I work during the day, I don't have the opportunity to go address this situation in person. Needless to say I will not be renewing my lease and I can only hope they have managed to get the a/c fixed before I move out. I am pretty sure the law requires critical issues (such as no hvac) to be addressed and resolved within 14 days of being reported. Almost 4 months later and no resolution. I would not recommend this community to someone I disliked, much less a friend or loved one.

                                Unfortunately it's outdated upper management only cares about their bonuses and new management as well. Roach infested, residents no longer care since they see new management doesn't care as well or is never available. Price needs to be lowered to match the slum that the community has become. Trash has gotten worse in the halls and by the containers.

                                    My experience has not been the best, I have not had a apartment number since ive been there. My key fob for the gym has never worked, and they have not replaced it. My microwave was broke for over 2 weeks, and they came into my unit- without telling me they were coming. My smoke alarm broke, and maintenance removed it, then came back into my unit to replace it, without letting the office staff, or myself know. My neighbors are always loud at night, and even with all the complaints nothing has been done. The parking is horrible, and I'm just unhappy with my living situation.

                                      I like the unit but I am disappointed that other residents do not follow rules. Pet clean up, parking, trash, grocery store carts, etc. A lot of dog piles around building #2. A medium size reddish colored dog (from #2) is never cleaned up after.

                                          I have a small water heater that can't fill up the bathtub and requires me to take fast showers. Maintenance refuses to do anything about it. I have a broken window that pops out when opened and maintenance refuses to do anything about that either since they can't find the parts. Upon moving in, I had to make too many to count maintenance request because there were so many things wrong. I feel like I was sold on a lie regarding the quality of this place. I pay nearly 2,000 a month and can't take a bath or open one of my windows. This place is a joke.

                                              It was an awesome experience with the young lady when I first moved here. Well kept grounds and breezeway. Unfortunately things seem to be changing and not on the right direction. Trash pickup not consistent, dog poop, kids kicking their ball in to your windows. Rent keeps going up and the amenities don't meet the price. Groundkeepers are out and visible and it's not fair to them that the residents won't pick their dog poop up or parents let their kids throw water bottles on the ground and leave them. Every morning or evening I see trash, shoes, kids clothing on the ground.. I definitely think apartments should be freshened up with new paint. I was told I can come get paint and paint it myself when I inquired. Pool isn't consistently open and I mean it has been closed several times for months. Something has to change other than the rent and cars being towed. I have been here 4 yrs with the same vehicle and it got towed and I was going through an illness and couldn't afford to pay the tow and rent. I was told I could call the police. It was towed because the pass inside was faded by the sun. My sticker was gone because the windshield was replaced. It's just a cluster of things that has left a bad and sour taste. I'm not from the area but when I found this place and Lacy was so helpful and it was so well kept and I felt very safe. All those great things have become mediocre

                                                When we moved in 2022 it was great atmosphere around us. From past one year it's been very unusual experience we had. We smell drugs in apartments as well as in parking lots. Noise pollution increased (after 10 pm) No safe parking area as someone hits our car in the parking lot. This year people did fireworks on new year.
