Love it. Quiet. Location to stores is a plus for St. James. Would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment. Great neighborhood. People I have met are very nice also. Very pretty buildings in the complex. Convient to my work lo action also.

This is beautiful community to live in. The apartments are very nice, the property is beautiful and well maintained, maintenance issues are handled immediately and the staff are courteous and helpful. I have enjoyed everything about living here.

There are may wonderful things I have to admit however, Drainage is a HUGE issue for ist Floor, T he gutters seem designed to flow into the patios it is sooo flat. Water crosses my patio every time. It worries me if i am not at home. NOISE. Tenants are very inconsiderate. I guess one get what you pay for. So I will be moving .

The leasing office staff are very friendly and accommodating. The move in process was streamlined and simple, to the point where i showed up and had keys in hand in less than 10 minutes on move in day. The community is relatively peaceful overall, with most noises muffled inside the apartment. Parking is easy to find, just not necessarily right next to your apartment.

Apartments are nice, but the required internet cable package deal is a bad value. Dealing with spectrum internet I foind out that for 100 dollars we are getting about 60-70 dollars worth of services and upgrading requires that you pay for the service in its entirety on top of what you pay for the package bundle. The apartments are nice andn the community seems nice so far, but if you want ibternet at speeds over 20 mbps expext to pay twice what it would normally fost at least.

The price is definitely not worth what the apartments are going for. It looks good on the outside but it's not that great as far as the living quarters. There's never parking place. They could care less about you having a parking place. And anytime you go to them about an issue they look at you like you're crazy and they want to charge you for some extra. They charge you for the cable a charger for Internet they charge you for pest control they charge you for the water all that is in your contract so you don't have any control over it your cable or Internet or your water which gives him the ability to make money off of your money

It is a good comunity to live, nearly a big store, the gardens and the pool they are in good condition, the apartments are big and everything is working right, the only think that i don't like is the carpet on the floor.

I would never refer anyone to This Apartment Complex Community the office Personnel was very unprofessional it was very uncaring and I would not refer to this to anyone I moved off the property after 2 months

I have been happy with the community. Grounds are well kept and apartments are spacious and nice. Staff is generally courteous and kind. I think that the breezeways could be cleaned more often so that they stay nice. Overall happy with my experience

Moving from a home to apartment life has been an interesting transition but I love this complex. It's like living in a resort . I have recommended this complex to several of my military clients who are looking for housing.

The wife & I really love the facility. The staff has really been great and we will be extending our lease for sure! The grounds are always in great condition with both the office and maintenance staff meeting all of our needs & request.

I as well as others are not getting our service request taken care of unless it is and "emergency" if we are not provided the services said would be in our lease agreement than reduced rent needs to be taken into consideration. Since I moved in I have had issues after issues and now have at least 4 request needed to be completed. Essential persons are to work. If I called an electrician or plumber they would provide services still, but maintenance team aren't essential even though they are to provide the same services? If we are not getting are service per lease agreement than reduction is needed. People are facing hardships and IRT is not putting a nationwide issue into any consideration

I am enjoying my stay here at St James. The 24 hour access to a laundry facility and gym made my move easy and makes feel like every dollar is well spent. The whole St James staff is very helpful and friendly.

The community is quiet and clean. This community offers great amenities. It is well located in the Goose Creek area, convenient to food and shopping. The staff is nice and very professional. Floor plans offer space and quiet living.

The units are nice and spacious, and the community is pet friendly. I believe they are a little over priced for the quality you recieve since they are a little older than the new luxry communities being built. Visitor parking is a joke here, and your visitors risk being towed. We have also been struggling with getting repairs done right the first time. There have also been alot of robberies here, so security improvements should be made.

The apartments are newer and well maintained. The front office staff are really nice, helpful, and make a point to actually remember all the residents which helps make it feel more like a close knit community. The maintenance staff are also really helpful and friendly, and are quick to provide assistance if problems do arise. The community is really good and children can be seen playing outside most days. The community facilities are also in really great condition and well maintained.

I actually love this community, there is no crime or thief issue the location is great for everyone type of family. The only real issues that one may come across are parking issue and the military clause other than that this is an awesome place to live.

The overall quality of the apartment is very good. It has modern appliances and the floor plan of the apartment is very nice. I like the balcony and the open, spacious living room as well as the spacious kitchen. The bedroom is also a very nice size.

I enjoyed my time living here so far it's quiet, the convenience of different stores but I'm still really upset that my motorcycle was stolen and there's no security in place for the amount of people that comes here and doesn't live here or is not visiting mutual friends

Very nice staff and very helpful! Simply cannot afford to stay here with all the extra add-ons to the base rent. Neighborhood is quiet and safe, parking can be difficult after dark, but overall good experience.

It's nice and clean. The design of the apartment is done well. The picture i seen on is a little different than the actual apartment, the picture in the website has wood floors and my apartment has carpet but i don't really mind

Not a great experience thus far. Heating unit is not working and we just moved in. After two people came out and claimed it was working it still was not working. They said someone would come out the next day so my family consisting of two small children had to stay in cold apartment with it being 42 degrees outside.

So far so good. We loved the staff and the neighborhood is quiet. We love being minutes from shopping and work and the fur babies love that we are home faster. This has been the best move in experience we have ever had.

The move-in was easy and effortless. The staff were professional and very helpful in all aspects of the move-in. My only issue is there aren't enough parking spaces. I would surely recommend this place to live.

Community is very good, grounds are kept, office staff is very helpful, always very pleasant, very professional. Apartment was in great shape when I moved in, and issues after moving in is always taken care of by the next day, I rate it all a 10, I'm very pleased overall.
