The apartment is nice, but there is no enforcement here. We've gone to the office to complain about the smell of pot that will leak through the vents (the people underneath of us smoke it in their bathroom) and they said they would take care of it... but nothing ever happens. There are cars parked without stickers, which makes it harder to find parking spots, and for some reason there is a tent that people are really loud at in the woods near our apartment, and they've been there for months. And nothing has happened. There is a person that doesnt live here that uses the pool, and people drink all the time there. It feels unsafe.

Good and quiet, I love living here, clean and organized, we are served whenever we request a service. A beautiful view quick access to Walmart, Great schools, dental clinic nearby, Mechanics, lots of Fast Food, great place.

Assistant Apartment Manager is very rude and disrespectful. I have had several horrible experiences with her. Also, the clauses in their lease that they expect you to follow, they do not follow.... Many incidents that I reported were ignored, I no longer bother to say anything....

Front office staff Lindsay has a nasty attitude and she is not helpful at all. Friend car was broken into and they had a parking pass front office didn't care about it. They finally hired a courtesy officer. You have to go to the front office when you want to have visitors for a pass or they will tow their vehicles. Don't move here if you have a social life or kids!

Front office staff has been nothing but welcoming and helpful even before moving in. They regularly contacted me throughout the application and move-in processes. The apartments are spacious and come with a lot of storage. An on-site laundromat turns the W/D closet into an additional (LARGE) storage closet.

I moved in for a new experience for my family. It's so safe, quiet and relaxing around here. I love how everything is at my fingertips. I would totally recommend to anybody. Peace is what I wanted and peace is what I got. Thank you St. James

When I first moved in everything was goign well and then it continued to get worse and worse. The admin staff here is very unprofessional. They don't seem to care about ours needs. It almost seems like they act upon what is convenient for them. There is no sense of community.

We were looking for a short term rental and found the community on The community and apartment were exactly as advertised. The staff made it very easy for us to complete the rental process from out of state. They went out of their way to make it easy for us.

Great community! The staff are super helpful and quick to respond to any issues. The buildings are always well kept and landscaped. I wish the pool was open a few more months out of the year (since SC stays so warm during the winter), but overall I've had a great experience.

one of the best places, however the apartment is very ugly and bad!great place for family, and also easy access, since the last time I lived here, it was much better, but it is only a few things to dissatisfaction, but I hope you can manage everything! m

I think the apartments are beautiful. I have no complaints outside of the guest parking issue. I was informed of the limited parking when I moved in and was referred to the building with the best available parking so I never have an issue finding a parking space. However if you have a social life but work the same hours as the office getting a parking pass is terrible. I wish they just issued each apartment a permanent guest pass to eliminate having to go to contact the office whenever I want to have company over. For this reason I wont be renewing but the apartment itself if perfectly fine.

Don't be in business anymore, everything about this place is terrible and makes me very excited to move. I can't wait for my lease to be over. My wife is always treated like trash by the office and never when I'm with her. You try to find every reason to suck money from people and don't actually care about anyone's well being. Oh and both of our bikes were stolen( they were locked). I know, Lindsey's gonna say " they're not supposed to be there in the first place", no you should at least help us in some way instead of trying to prove us wrong. I'm going to do everything I can to let people know how terrible this place is and how much of money grabbers the office is. Just no. No. No. No. Never coming back. I hated every second of being here. Thank you. Bye. Sister see ya!

I get a lot more space per dollar than many other apartments do. I have been shopping around to move but for what I pay here it doesn't make sense to move to another apartment complex. If I'd leave it would be to go to a house

It's a good place to live. I wish they didn't get rid of the old trash system. The new trash cans are just smaller. I don't feel the ground keepers are proactive. They'll fix it if you bring it to their attention.

The buildings are nice and the amenities are pretty nice too. There is no real sense of community though and most of the residents are rude or downright mean. Most neighbors will go out of their way to avoid you or will ignore you saying hello to them.

The apartment looked old and beat up when I moved in. They show you the floor model that is absolutely beautiful and u think your getting something like that but in all actuality you're not. Staff is nice there not the issue but the unit itself is not worth the money. Old cabinets, roaches , they could have taken more time preparing the unit

My experience at this community is its very good! I love leaving in here. All of the staffs are very nice and always respectful. They always respond very fast. I'm happy with everything in this communty.

The property is so pretty and very well maintained. The maintenance team is very prompt and skilled, when I have a request. The office staff is amazing. I feel like I'm the most important person to them, every time I walk in the door. They are very professional and very kind. I love living here.

Maintenance staff is absolutely outstanding! The office staff is approachable and friendly. If you need something fixed, you may have to submit multiple requests. The residents are amicable as well and the apartments themselves are nicely-appointed.

It's very quiet. Management could be a little better with their knowledge of billing statements, such as utilities and cable/internet fees. Trash compactor could be maintained regularly. There's a parking spot next to the trash compactor and there weren't any closer spots to my unit. The next day, I found a broken bed mattress leaning on my car when I was leaving for work. Main office didn't do anything about it but tell me not to park there.

Great community and staff. Maintenance has a very quick response time and does a great job. Office staff is always friendly and helpful. Beautiful community overall. Parking is the only issue but that is everywhere.

We have been pretty happy here at St. James Goose Creek. Any problems we have had have been addressed. We were having a noise issue with the people above us and wanted to be switched to another apartment. The staff worked with us and the experience was drama free.

We really enjoyed the community at St. James. People are really friendly and the staff are really nice. If we had issues, maintenance responds quickly. We would recommend this place to friends and family.

It was a smooth move in and the desk is helpful to field all questions. The only issue is the WiFi was slightly difficult to figure out but was handlers well. We still aren't sure how to get cable but we are contacting the provider
