Love the apartment and have so far not had very many issues. The only issue I have with the context thus far is the lack of surveillance videos around the premises. There were 4 times someone pulled the fire alarm outside at 3 am and cameras would have helped. As well as my truck got broken into along with several others and again no video cameras.

To be honest,everything was great from August 2024 till February 2024,that's when a Homicide occurred rite above me,the lease firmly states you cannot be a convicted felon to live here, but the suspect was a 2 time convicted felon,with the prior conviction of attempted murder,the incident in question took place at 4:40 pm on February 9,2024. We were left with pools of blood on our patio,and were told by law enforcement do not go out on the patio,which we did not,I asked about cleaning it up law enforcement stated that the property management will have to care of this,this was not addressed till February 14,2024, I enquired why was told they had to wait till the investigation was completed,NOTE: THE INVESTIGATION WAS COMPLETED THE NIGHT OF THE INCIDENT 2/9/2024. So how did a convicted felon manage to live above my wife and I for months. The rents are high we pay over 1800.00 a month for a,2 BR first floor due to my wife being handicapped,my unit the appliances are hohum,who ever painted the place prior to us moving in better quit while there ahead,the valet trash service is a joke,at 25.00 a month you expect service,that's a joke,in the timexwe have lived here we have had 41 missed pick ups,and there's not a damn thing you can do about it. water and sewer hold fast on this on folks,since when is sewage more then water used,oh and your water is not meterd,the water dept takes the combined total of all units in your building and then divides the gallons between I believe it's 36 units in my building. I can go on and on,but I won't,the best thing for you to do is take a drive and scout the area,if you see someone ask them questions about living here.

The apartment is attractive and spacious. The management is friendly, and rental fees are reasonable. However, the valet trash service is inconsistent, and one does not like paying $25 monthly for poor service. In addition, children are not supervised well on the property and the amenities are closed temporarily for repairs on a frequent basis.

Employees are not one accord. Huge power struggle between maintenance & Management. Maintenance supervisor is very unfair and disrespectful to staff as well as coworkers. You can tell it's a real hostile work environment

Saint James Goose Creek apartments it's the worst apartment that I have ever lived in, the staff is rude and horrible they give residents no Assistance at all, I have several neighbors that has been complaining nonstop about the manager at the office and other people that work there, a few days ago I had something stolen at the gym after I left for 20 minutes went back to find and it wasn't there the staff had no interest to look up the cameras for me and see who stole it (meaning if something happens to you at the office and they have cameras all over be aware that they are not going to help you at all), staff are lazy and rude, I can't wait to my lease to be over!

Moro a 2 anos nessa comunidade, os 2 primeiros anos foram muito bons, quando t?nhamos uma equipe boa na administra??o como a Lacy, hoje eu n?o vejo a hora do meu contrato acabar para poder dessa comunidade, j? fiz diversas reclama??es do que esta acontecendo l?, e essa equipe simplesmente n?o fazem nada, a equipe de manuten??o e a pior que eu j? vi, passei todo Ver?o com meu Ar-Condicionado estragado, a equipe de manuten??o foram l? diversas vezes e n?o conseguem resolver o problema, inclusive hoje eu abri outro pedido de manuten??o do Ar-condicionado, a 4 anos eu pago pelo controle de pragas e quando eu preciso n?o funciona, meu apartamento esta infestado de baratas e eles simplesmente n?o fazem nada, uma equipe que n?o gosta quando voc? vai no Office para falar com eles sobre qualquer coisa que seja, que n?o resolvem nada, absolutamente nada do que voc? precisa quando vai l?, te olham de cara feia e inventam qualquer coisa pra voc? sair de l?, tem temos seguran?a nessa comunidade, antigos moradores v?o aos finais de semana tomar banho de piscina e usar as churrasqueiras porque n?o existe nenhum tipo de controle por parte do condom?nio, todos j? viram que l? e uma bagun?a que n?o existe controle e fazem de l? um parque aqu?tico publico, tem ate um morador de rua morando na ?rea de lazer do Condom?nio, eu fico triste em dizer isso mas hoje essa comunidade e uma das piores que tem hoje para se viver, sou um dos Primeiros Brasileiros a morar nessa Comunidade e me tristeza ver que os brasileiros, junto com uma administra??o p?ssima transformaram essa comunidade numa das piores para se morar atualmente.

I really like living here! The staff is always polite and very helpful. There are 3 maintenance workers who are always around if you even need anything. The only issue I see on a pretty regular basis is the pool seems to closed a lot of the time for no apparent reason. I get closing it on Monday for maintenance and cleaning, but that shouldn't take all week. Also, trash pickup can sometimes be a problem. We live next to a wooded area, and if trash doesn't get picked up that night raccoons will tear into your bag(s) looking for food. It happens at least 2-3 a month. But overall I like here and would get it 4 out 5.

Overall experience has been negative since I moved in at the end of February 2024. I had submitted multiple work orders for the same issue and each time the were closed without resolution. I provided picture and video evidence that the toliet in unit was leaking causing it to run every few hours. each time maintenance staff said your lying there is no leak. When I was finally able to meet with someone in person(took about two weeks) the maintenance staff memeber told me to deal with it myself. Would not reccommed

When first applying for the apartment it went very quickly and easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff always responded very quickly to work orders I put in. I will miss living here.

Well when we first moved in the staff was very good and they made you feel like it's going to be home anything that was wrong with the apartment you just feel out a request and it was taken care by the Maintenance team those guy's are on point. Do it is a nice place to live and enjoy home. Ps I think they should be more strick on the people who has those Big Dogs stop them from bringing them outside and use the dog park in front of our Balconies that's to me is our front yard. So please everyone come together and help the place safe and clean. Life2u all.

I have really liked my apartment. Plus the gym is amazing. I go in and use the treadmill at least 3 times a week. I have not shot pool yet, but am going to start because I really like playing billiards also.

Pleasant living experience. Office staff are very kind. Maintenance staff are very timely. There's a strict after hours parking policy that's costly and has no room for human error, but it's to combat the limited parking spaces for residents.

It has been very pleasant, it has had some problems in the past with difficult neighbors, but now it is peaceful and pleasant, I highly recommend this community

It's alright I guess. I'm not there too much because my work is very busy, but I've noticed that there seems to be some trouble with the trash service as the area near the dumpsters has been especially rank lately. The gym is nice enough for like a maintenance workout, and I've worked out a pretty solid jogging loop through the complex that I can use to stay in shape. I haven't used the pool or the laundry services, so no comment on them. The internet is fast, and I like it, though I have had it cut out on me in the middle of the afternoon a handful of times, just for a few minutes though. Overall, I would say my biggest complaint is the trash situation because my unit is close to the dumpster, so if anything's fishy over there, I'm the first to smell it.

The office is very nice. The maintenance solves issues in a timely manner. The aesthetic is pleasant. Parking is never difficult. The residents are nice. Walmart is super close and has everything you could possibly need for your apartment. A car repair shop is within walking distance so it's easy to drop your car off for repair and then walk home. The apartment overall is excellent and everything I could ask for. It even provides a better price per square foot than most other apartments. 10/10, love it.

It's been ok. When I moved in there were fleas in my apartment, and I wish I would of asked for new carpet after that, or it would of been nice the complex would of just done that. Overall, it's not bad. Staff is nice. Still wondering what came from the walk through.

Kitchen and cabinets need to updated, the valet trash pick is a joke , no consistency, the Walmart shopping carts are always in front bt the stairs , do not receive pest control on the apartments. Bugs and roaches always showing up, not happy here at all.

This is the worst apartment! I couldn't even do a tour of our apartment before paying money! Then the countertops and cabinets were old (property manager said she would have them replaced). The carpet was old and had stains on it (I had to pay for a rug cleaner and clean my own carpets). Blinds are old!!! LITERALLY everything was old and not clean!! I ask for my money back and the property manager said I could only have my first months rent!! Which I paid $300 just to get approved then $500 for deposit!!! Rent for a 1B 1B 1370 went to 1530 just on rent alone!! They add on things like Wi-Fi and cable (that I don't use)!! They are a big scam I can't wait until my move out date!!
