Maintenance is always responsive and great. 2 of 3 front office staff are always kind, caring, and helpful. The third office staff member needs to improve on her customer service skills. Pool needs to be cleaned more often or leave cleaning tool for residents to scoop out debris. St James at Goose Creek Apartments lacks at enforcing handicap parking even when tow truck company is called by residents, they do not come out. This has been an unnecessary ongoing issue ignored by my too many for too long. Dumpster area is always a huge mess with overflowing trash far too often or dumpster is broken. Decent temporary stay but not long term.

It's not what I expected to close to the highway the garbage is always overflowing the pet garbage bags are always empty. We expected to be able to use the car wash to rinse our boat and that was down for 4 months. It's now fixed and there's not water

Trash pick up is a joke. They never pick it up on days they are supposed. Feels like living in a dump. Then they have the audacity to threaten to fine you because their service is not doing their job. They will schedule a day for maintenance and then show up on a different t date. You have to ask permission to have guests over due to the towing situation. They no longer wash the decks, so all the slime from the trash has stained them.

I love the community, but I have had some issues with the accountant. Hopefully, they get a better handle on things. Particularly with people who pay on time. I have never had issues prior to December. I made a payment, but my card was lost. It declined. I tried to use my checking account. It said it was paid on the site. I checked my account. It was not taken out. I called before it would be overdue to make sure that things on their end were clear. Then I get a phone call and notice 5 days later that I have to pay overdue fees. I showed proof of payments and all. They wouldn't help me. Obviously, I paid the fees. She told me that the next month the checking would be fine. It wasn't. So I made sure to pay from my debit card once I heard her say it may be declined or not go through. They need a better handle of how they deal with things most especially with people who have been paying on time and have had no complaints.

Overall I have enjoyed my time here. Staff is very friendly and quick to help with any problems I have had. They also are accommodating and understanding to any issues. I locked myself out of my car one day and the office took me by golf cart to get my spare. Only negative I can say is the way building entrances are everyone parks in the same areas. This makes finding a spot hard.

The worst experience ever !!!! ------ is a ----- and so is her side kick ------- . They will scam you out of your money . The stairs in building 3000 are falling in the car wash doe not work the roof also fell in on that ! The dog park rarely gets cleaned . The gas grills which they have 3 , 2 by the pool and one in the common area between building 3000 well long story short only 1 of the 3 work and just hope the lazy maintenance men replaced the gas ! You can bet for the pool to be dirty . Can't have guest past 10 or they will get towed . I could go on for days but I think you get the picture !!

I have enjoyed living here. It is quiet and private The staff at the complex is always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The people who live in the complex are very respectful. I am very satisfied here.

Experience has been very delightful, all of the staff, management, maintenance team have been very pleasant to work with. Any issues I have had have been fixed immediately. Only real issue I've had would be the deletion of visitor parking & the need to be home before the leasing office closes to get a guest parking pass. I have requested a visitor parking pass to be left on my door numerous times which each time they have failed to do. But other than that, the community is great, neighbors are great, amazing location(close to everything).

I love the community. I just wish it was better parking. I Also hate my neighbor below me she has been bothering me since I moved in. I love my place. I love the office staff. I wish I could moved to another apartment.

Great community for a family to live in. No loud noises. Helpful staff. Great response times from maintenance staff. Great amenities for young and older residents. The upkeep of the community is also something to brag about. The buildings are always clean and grass is always cut.

The office staff are great. As long as you submit the maintenance request they are out within two days. This is our 2nd year here, we moved from the front to the back of the complex. The upside is we went from 3rd floor to 1st floor. The down side for some reason is parking. There is at least 1 car for sure that has NEVER moved in the last 6 months. Regardless of having the parking sticker it should be towed. There have been numerous times I'm having to park 2 or 3 buildings away when a perfectly good spot is been taken up by a broke car. Or even getting some designated car spots for guests and residents

This community standards are declining rapidly. People are not picking up after their dogs, fights in the parking lots, loud music playing from balconies, shopping carts everywhere, weed smells from apartments, kids under 16 unsupervised at pool that get rowdy, currently the car wash station in not operational

There aren't enough parking spaces and there are NO guest parking spaces. You can get a temporary pass for 1 or 2 days but that has to be planned in advance. If someone stops by for a visit that wasn't planned, then the tow truck vultures may kidnap your car and hold it for ransom. The main thing is this apartment complex is a lower scale complex trying to be an upscale apartment community... and doing a poor job of it.

It was the worst experience of my life. The management is awful. The maintenance crew were always nice and helpful. If I could pinpoint who the bad apples were, it'll be Lindsey and the manager. I will tell everyone not to rent this place.

I moved in at the end of July and since then I have been enjoying my new apartment. Every issue I have had has been addressed immediately. I love the trash valet service it just makes everything so convenient. The complex is quiet and the people are nice.

I have had a very good experience with this community. The management staff are friendly, professional, accessible, competent and helpful. I have never had a maintenance issue that wasn't competently handled right away by the maintenance team. They, too, are friendly, professional and efficient. I would recommend this community to anyone who would like to live in a nice, well maintained, friendly, quiet community.

It's okay could be alot better. No place for kids to play and their has been multiple car thefts. The staff is wonderful. The apartment is outdated and also the appliances. Area is quiet but would not recommend due to apartment being outdated and the our car being broken into 2 times.

We've enjoyed our time here greatly. The apartment is very spacious, and we enjoy our corner location that looks out to the courtyard and pool. We have never had a problem living here. The ladies in the office, Connie, Lindsey, and Lacey are all super nice, inviting, and helpful. Any maintenance issues we have had, which have been few, have been dealt with speedily.

My experience hasn't been the greatest... Lindsey has an attitude towards me and my fianc? every time we talk to her. The office staff doesn't work with us when we have issues and there is not enough parking at the complex. I feel like all it is is a money racket here. The money is definitely not worth living here. It's too much money for what you get.

It's a nice decent place to live.The only downside is the tv cable charge that come with it. I don't needed since i have netflix. also we get charge pestcontrol monthly but they don't ever come unless you call.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. The property is very well maintained. The amenities are wonderful! The only issue I have noticed is that there are several areas that dog waste is not being cleaned up by owners.
