Great community, great staff, office managers and others are very friendly non confrientational. Only downside about the community is the parking. Constantly having to walk way farther than I should have to get me my child and grocery's etc... home. Also a little pricey which they try their best to compete with others but rent plus fees and all other things factored in is up there so to speak. Aside from that it's a good community

Overall, I couldn't be any happier with the entire process of moving into St. James at Goose Creek. Genesis and the rest of the staff are polite and inviting. She answered every question I had and didn't hesitate to help me when I needed to move last minute.

Our over-all experience has been pleasant. Parking was never an issue. Cleanliness is superior even after storms. They warn you when inclement weather is coming. Maintenance calls and monthly duties( pest and filters) done timely. There are countless plumbing issues throughout the community but it has not seemed to have effected our section. The floors and ceiling construction is poor as you will always hear your neighbors walking around whether they are light or heavy footed. Unless you are on the third floor. I do wish they had a proper play ground for the children as they tend to congregate between the buildings and at times are rather noisy in the breezeways. Again the overall experience was great and would recommend

The apartment is beautiful. It is very spacious and clean. The entrance needs to be pressure washed and cleaned for bugs. There are a lot of spider and the pest control should be more frequently. Overall it's nice. The apartments are fairly priced.

The people of Charleston in general are very welcoming and kind people. I have not found that here at St James at Goose Creek. The office staff is far from friendly. Their lack of caring is like nothing I've seen anywhere. I pay extra because I'm on A3 month lease. That is because I am here for a three-month contract to work in Charleston. The office staff seems to view those of us with short-term leases as less than whatever it is they prefer. I have found St James at Goose Creek to be much less than advertised. Not to worry, those of us who do short-term contracts do not bring a lot of furniture and do not hang things on the walls so the apartment will be perfectly clean and ready to rent without having to fix a bunch of stuff. I will be glad to share my experiences with other people that travel for work and I will be wary of other IRT facilities.

The community here in Goose Creek is awesome! The office and maintenance staff are always courteous, friendly, and professional, and if any repairs are needed, they are completed in a timely fashion. The grounds and amenities in the clubhouse are well kept. The location is close to work and shopping.

The management and maintenance staff are always friendly and very helpful. They listen and take care of my needs or concerns. Buildings kept really well. Community activities throughout the year help meet others. Safety officer is a plus, knowing someone goes around looking for suspicious activities.

The apartment complex is a nice place to live with a great community. The apartments are updated with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave and hookups for a washer and dryer. This place offers more square footage than most places around here. The apartments themselves aren't the problem. I have a problem with some of their policies that they have established. Such as the fact that anyone that does not have the updated parking sticker will get towed from their own home. And if you want to have a friend over you need to contact the office in advance which means during their working hours to have them write out a temporary pass. So if you want to make plans after 6 pm you're gonna have to roll the dice if the car gets towed. There is also a policy that they wanted residents to take pictures of people who didn't pick up their dog poop and turn it in to the office so they get fined. Or that they actually dna test the poop to find out whose it was. I understand that it is a problem for people to pick up after their animals but I feel like the means by which they do it could be reformed. I feel like the apartment complex has a lot going for it despite my review, I just hope some of their policies get changed.

It's a nice apartment community. Great gym and pool and the grounds are kept really well. I just wish we could have had a better unit that was not so worn out and was cleaner when we moved in. It's a little overpriced but most stuff is around here if you don't want absolute garbage. I'd recommend.

The staff is amazing. They're extremely supportive and understanding, and help you out however they can. The gym is awesome and the ponds make it peaceful. The community is generally quiet and you can't hear the street traffic inside your apartment.

Terrible!!! No parking and parking policy is rarely enforced. Blindsided with extra charges without notification and did I mention the bugs that come with the poor construction. Speaking of poor construction the noise from any neighbor passes right through the paper thin walls. Office staff is not the most pleasant and the maintenance staff will try and downplay any problem you have to something that is your fault. I do not recommend this complex and will never return.

I do not have any comments, I live in the condominium a few days, but I really like the place, it has a great location, and quite quiet and with good schools in the region. The only observation I would make would be regarding the cleaning of the common areas of access to the apartments.

I love living at st James apartments. I moved into a very clean and nice place. I would recommend anyone that is interested in an apartment. My only concern is the parking is not so great, if you come home after 6pm you might have to park way off from your building. However this is minor but absolutely love living here!

TI he apartment guide was only partially accurate in information about the community. Listing said short term leasing for 3,4,5 month leasing however upon contacting the apartment complex they said 6 months is shortest lease.
