It's been an month and half. So far I love everything about being here. The property is well kept. I love the fact that the property truly is pet and kids friendly. I love the trash pick and the convenience of it.

    I just moved in April 2021.I lived here approx. 5 yrs. ago. Great experience then & still loving it! After relocating from the West Coast, I decided to make St. James At Goose Creek my place of residence again because of the facility, community and staff. I especially loved it after seeing the same staff members still on board. Awesome!?? Connie and the staff are exceptionally friendly and professional! Smooth transition moving in. Looking forward to enjoying my stay the second go round!!!

        Saint James at goose creek is trash .. if you're looking for a place that's quick and people that don't care about there customers or there residents then yeah this place is for you .. I went into the office once in order to break my lease (2500$) break out fee which is unheard of and I told the lady I'd like to pay in installments and she laughed in my face about making me fun of my financial problems ? to add on she lied to me as a younge customer that everywhere else plays the same break out fee which isn't at all true .. I learned a lesson here and that's too read the lease front and back there paperwork .. I'd never recommend this place to anyone ..

          My experience is overall is satisfied. Staff is friendly and professional. The apartment buildings are well kept and maintenance is prompt. Valet trash need improvement. Dog owners need to clean up behind their dogs.

                Noisy neighbours walking and screaming at their dogs at all hours of the day and night; and the water is ALWAYS being turned off for some reason or another and they NEVER compensate us for the CONSISTENT inconveniences. I cannot explain how many times I have been woken up by an old lady yelling at her little dog or gotten an email about how the water will be off again for however many hours.

                  I am very satisfied with the service provided by the office and all employees. Everyone is always attentive and polite, always willing to help with whatever is necessary. I've been here since 2019. The community has always been discreet and polite, that is, we were very well received by the community. Unfortunately, this past year we have had problems with new neighbors here on my block several times. But in general I would recommend it here to my friends looking for a new apartment to live in.

                    Beautiful community when first moved in and it continues to go downhill. They have you pay $50 at move in for dog DNA to ensure fecal rules and it is not enforced. Littering and poor upkeep is significantly increasing not to mention shopping carts frequently left throughout the community. Typically you are unable to park in front of your apartment due to the amount of cars. The valet trash company is awful along with a compactor that breaks every week leaving trash scattered everywhere. One compactor for this large of a community is not efficient. Lastly, don't expect to get a package you ordered... or it will show up at your door weeks later opened.

                      A really great community to live in! The staff have been very helpful and friendly! Another plus is they respond promptly to repair orders. As far as noise goes it's pretty quiet just the usual hustle and bustle of apartment life. All around it's been a great experience living here.

                        Overall good experience. The only thing that I would complain about is the parking situation. Seems like the parking lot is constantly full at night. I see a lot of vehicles without stickers or passes. And then I see cars parked in the handicapped parking without the appropriate plates or stickers. This is frustrating knowing we have people that need those spots.

                          It was terrible. They closed everything for the pandemic where there was no need to. Maintenance was spotty and the staff was rude and inconsistent. The pool closed all summer even thou outside and people had plenty of stave to social distance.

                            When moving in had to sign an extensive contract that had to be abided by. It seems that contract does not mean anything other than to be used only as an eviction tool. Examples are such things as type of pets allowed, curbing pets, and enforcing handicap parking spaces. Recently there has been an abundance of dog feces everywhere eventhough pet stations have been added people refuse to use them. Hanycap spaces are being taken up by elegal automobiles either non residents or without placards or any other notifications of being handicap. Also cigarette buts are everywhere. In other words the complex is not as clean as when I moved in.

                              At the beginning they had a new person write our lease and had us moved all around on signing day. We went from the third floor which I explicitly asked for a bottom floor apartment (my wife is disabled). After initial move in, we have not had any issues with anything.

                                  For the most part it has been positive. It appears lately though people are not picking up after their dogs. It's definitely a negative seeing piles of poop outside someone's porch or window. In addition, dogs are being walked without a leash.

                                    My experience is ok. I have an issue with the weed smoking and noise of my upstairs neighbors.Also the parking is horrible. I wish the spaces were assigned. But I understand that somethings come with the territory.

                                      Not a bad place to stay the worst part is parking you can never find a parking spot in front of your building . Great value how they include all the stuff in your rent. Some of the staff is very friendly and some are not.

                                        I have been in the apartment complex for three years. In the last year it has gone down dramatically. You pay for valet trash but they do not pick it up on time anymore. There is one person that does the whole complex. The drug problem is getting out of hand and you smell it everywhere walking the dog. Good dog park. Maintenance is very good. Front lady's are lovely.

                                            I have served as the courtesy officer here and during this time I have had very few issues that require my services. I love the staff and my amenities. My apartment is truly a home. This is truly a community oriented complex.

                                              Not recommended! The trash service that you have to pay extra for sometimes never comes. The pest service only comes on Thursday's and they usually have to come multiple times to prevent the bugs. These bugs love the bedding that they use outside as decorations. The maintenance comes whenever they want without telling you. Most of the people in the office are rude. Their fees are crazy. The parking is always full.

                                                Trash pickup isn't as it should be. Compactor is down continuously and always overflowing and bags pulled up all over the area on the ground. Also the fan in the living room has no light installed even though it's wired for it with a switch, very dark in the room.
