Great place to live! Clean and quiet and close to everything! The amenities such as the pool and gym are top notch! I rarely have a maintenance issue but when I do, the staff is quick to respond and solves it seamlessly.I love living here!

The Legends community is an exceptionally nice, clean, gated community that anyone could appreciate living in. I especially appreciate the fact that the buildings and grounds are not only kept up, but they are regularly and professionally maintained. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to make The Legends a place that a person can be proud to live in. I would recommend it to "anyone" who is considering downsizing from a home to an apartment home living. Thank you for taking such good care of this place and investing in its future.

Location is excellent, the administrative staff is very helpful very knowledgeable and very concerned that you're comfortable and everything functions the maintenance gentlemen go above and beyond to repair whatever you have and whatever you need and they're prompt and of course courteous they have many programs throughout the month to help the tenants get equation and to have fun and for recognition they're really good about that

Beautiful, clean, well-managed

We've been here for eight years. The management has been consistently responsive to our needs. Should you call for maintenance, well-trained service people will arrive immediately. The plantings are beautiful all year round and the environs are always looking their best. We've lived in many places around the world, most of the time in NYC. This is by far and away the most pleasant apartment experience we have had.

Azalea Square is a great community. All of the staff are kind, friendly, yet professional. The maintenance staff are trustworthy. The complex itself is well maintained and the landscaping always looks beautiful. I enjoy living here until I am able to move closer to the beach.

Nice, clean, quiet community! Weekly and monthly activities are offered. Overall just a great friendly place to live. Staff in the office is always very helpful and the maintenance team is always pleasant and professional I am very happy here! I had a one bedroom for a year and I was so pleased I just moved into a two bedroom for another year and a half. Close to everything and walking distance to shopping center. Legends at Azalea is a five star apartment complex in my opinion.

The complex is well maintained, nicely landscaped and the pool area is always pristine. I enjoy using the business center, coffee bar and gym. The staff are responsive and courteous. I appreciate the swings and sitting areas scattered around.

The only issue we have is with parking. It's crazy to come home every night and not be able to find a parking space. I think enforcement of them he decal policy is absolutely necessary. Peoples guest do not get priority to residents that pay to live here.

I love being near my parents and all the shops and doctors. Although I enjoy Summerville, I will be looking for another place to call home that gated.I enjoy the gym and often walk the sidewalk leading out to the Main Street.

This is a nice place to live and I like that it's gated and maintenance takes very good care of the grounds. The main issue that I have is parking. Guests are supposed to park in the overflow but they continue to park in the tenant space, Because who they come to see won't tell them to park in the overflow. there is only six parking places out front of this side of the building and there are six apartments and most of them have two cars so when they all park out front that leaves half of us not being able to park in front of our building. people from the back of the building park out front and stay for days without moving. This is very frustrating.

I love my apartment at Legends of Azalia. The property is well-maintained. There is onsite maintenance and they resound very promptly. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient. Everything I need is literally 5-20 minutes away!
