Great community, amenities, and complex. It's a little different than before Covid, but hopefully the restrictions will be lifted very soon. It definitely has all state of the art amenities, and the apartments are very spacious and beautifully kept.

As a military member returning to the states after serving abroad for 15 years I was "Wowed" by the professional courteous staff coupled with Amazingly kept amenities. My entire lease process was done virtually without even seeing the property, solely because of the rapid and stellar service of Julia Deer. Happy Neighbor!

Great spot to live. Need to have more availability because we had to get a 3rd story appt. More dog stations, long wait for garage and the dog park needs grass not the wood chips. Like I stated before great place to live but small changes would make a big difference

Living at Legends at Azalea is like being on a permanent vacation. The staff are so helpful and courteous. They have a fitness center, laundry room, game area, swimming pool. Close to everything and safe.

So far it seems very quite. Only inconvenience is garbage, taking to dumpster in 100 degree weather, not the most fun. The 3rd floor is a tough walk with groceries but a fault of the apartment community.

I really love where we live! The office staff is fantastic and all the amenities are awesome! The only reason we are leaving is due to the price we are paying here. We can easily pay this amount on a full house.

From start to finish, this has been a great move in experience. The community is very clean and secure, amenities are great! The staff has been more than helpful with any assistance I need. This is by far the best place I have ever lived!!!

Lovely gated community. Easy access to major highways. Wonderful school district, up and coming area, plus great local shopping. Newer apartment complex. Exceptional quality! The staff is always helpful and a pleasure to work with.

The property is very professionally run and well-maintained. We love the natural green space and the quietness of the neighborhood both inside and outside the apartment. Most developers clear-cut an area without regard to natural surroundings. Legends at Azalea is just the opposite, and that is something we value very much.

The staff is great. The maintenance staff is awesome. The community is close to shopping and restuarants. The apartment complex is clean and it is safe. The apartments are very nice. There is alot of room. I love the screened in porch!

This community did everything they could to make our move in process perfect. They offer many things for you to do. My spouse and I are both military and the apartments helped make sure everything was fantastic for us. I would strongly recommend to anyone in the future.

The community & apartments are wonderful! Love the space & layout of my apartment. The office & maintenance staff are amazing! From the manager to the maintenance guys, they all care about your experience, always friendly, professional & responds quickly to anything you need! By far the best apartment I've ever lived in!!

Great place to live! If you love being near shopping and restaurants this is where you want to live. I-26 is super close and doesn't take much to jump on and off. Community is very clean and quiet at night.

Experience has been great. Maintenance always responds promptly and if ever an issue it is dealt with right away. The community is kept clean and any safety concerns are dealt with accordingly. Staff is very helpful with any concerns that may arise.

It is very nice and quiet here. Our apartment is brand new. We love the pool and the community. Everyone from the office and maintenance department is helpful. We plan to stay here for several more years.

Great and friendly staff. They work very professionally and quickly. Quite, clean, safe area. Nice finishes in the apartments and the common areas. Plenty of storage and big closets. Gated complex makes it feel even safer.

Amazing and caring leasing manager and staff! The entire staff was very informative and prompt. The property is beautiful and my neighbors are the sweetest. One of my neighbors saw me struggling to move in my things and offered assistance.

I love that Azalea's is tucked away behind a busier part of Summerville. The apartments are brand new with up to date architecture both in and outside! The staff is extremely friendly and more than willing to help with whatever is needed.
