I was real impressed the first this apartment complex. The management team was real professional with all the paper work and new resident information. Also the apartment seemed real clean and I was also impressed with all the lighting at night.

I love it. It's nice and homey. The space and kitchen make you feel like u at home. The walk in closest bring so much life with the amount of clothes and shoes me and my roommate have together. This the best apartment I live on so far.

I love living here. The floor plans are awesome and the interiors are beautiful. The construction seems high quality. Grounds are always kept tidy, amenities are always clean and stocked. The pool and clubhouse areas are beautifully designed and I love hanging out there. No issues with any of the neighbors. Staff is always polite and responsive and all my maintenance issues have been taken care of promptly and correctly the first time. Location is awesome, especially with the new interstate exit built right behind the complex. Would highly recommend living here.

Since I have only been living here for approximately 1 week, so far I really enjoy it. The apartment complex is kept very clean and well maintained. The club house and pool area is also very clean and well kept. I only had one maintenance issue to report (a light was out) and it was repaired the next day - very prompt service!!

The office and maintenance staff are very professional and friendly. However, the building is not built well. Walls are thin. Interiors are cheap (carpet, fixtures, etc...). You have to pay extra for a washer and dryer in the unit. I just feel that the complex is overpriced for what you get. Not the best value around. However, the staff do make you feel very welcome and that goes a long way. If I renew my lease it will be because of the excellent staff.

Legends at Azalea provides great apartment homes at a reasonable price. The location is very convenient to Azalea Square shopping and to Interstate 26. There are also many amenities that set this complex apart from others, including a saltwater pool, large fitness center, and mail and package service. I would highly recommend renting here.

Staff was more than welcoming, friendly, and most professional! Carol Ann Boissiere was amazing! Working with Carol was a pleasant experience that we greatly appreciated and enjoyed. She was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and she also made us laugh. The community is so very clean and quiet and the residents we've already met are just as nice as the staff working! My family and I are very pleased to be apart of this amazing community!! Thank you!

Very nice amenities and updated apartments. So convenient to Azalea square and the interstate. It is very quiet, and if you have a maintenance issue, they fix it the same day! They also offer consistent rental rates which is different than the other apartment complexes in the surrounding area. No surprises with your rent which is nice!

The staff is in credibly friendly and is always quick to address any concerns you may have and will do their best to insure that any issue is resolved in a timely manner. Maintenance staff is awesome and always on top of any request submitted.

Quiet, family friendly, new development, that is close to shopping,entertainment and restaurants. Close to Nexton and the Highway. Amenities are nice. Staff is friendly and prompt and always willing to help when needed.

Been there 1 week so far so good. Have not had much of a chance to check everything out. One of the reasons we moved there was because of it's appearance and location. The facilities look great. I am sure we will enjoy them.

It is nice community but still needspace for area of improvement. Also car vacuum need to be free of charge I guess same as water . Outside area need to have more spray for bugs. Need to have community face group and encourage all to use it .

I was looking to get into an apartment quickly and the staff here helped me find an apartment I love and move through the process quickly. My neighbors are great (they moved their cars to give us more room while unloading the uHaul just because!). The community is quiet and yet still so close to shopping and tons of restaurants. The inside of the apartment is modern and the little touches really make it feel like a home. I'm a single mom of a 5 year old little boy with autism and I feel safe here. The gates help with peace of mind that not just anyone can show up at our door. I am very pleased with my choice to move into Legends at Azalea!

The front office staff and maintenance people are amazing, and the amenities are some of the best I've seen. Also, the buildings are really built well! I have lived here since February and can barely even tell I have neighbors because it's so quiet! Everything you could need is super close to the community (shopping, food, bars, entertainment, home improvement, etc) and the farmers market and downtown Summerville festivals are only like a 5min car ride away. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone who loves to be close to everything and will really take advantage of the great amenities. Okay, so that being said...the only thing that I really don't like is the gate, yes, I knew it was there when we moved in, but it's super slow and when rushing out to work or coming home after work, it's a pain in the butt! Also, the complex needs to add our addresses to Google...trying to order food is a huge pain (because of the gate AND our individual addresses not showing up on Google). Other than that, this place is a great place to live!

Staff are very friendly and responsive. Available community amenities are well maintained, however fitness center can become overcrowded with just a handful of people. Overall condition of units is good, minor things like carpet/floor dividers can be dangerous if stepped on the wrong way, but overall good. Convenient access to major roadways and shopping.

The best experience that I have ever had in my rental history. The accommodations are top notch. The location is close to everything but the best part is the staff. That's what it makes it. The maintenance staff take care of any issues fast and efficiently and the office staff is courteous,helpful and go out of their way to help. Truly a great experience!

The community is super clean, nice, and safe! There is a dog park and pet stations all over. There's a pet spa to bathe your pet and an auto spa to clean your car. The fitness center is 24 hours which is nice and there's a billiards room in the clubhouse by the salt water pool. Staff is super friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend.
