Nice and clean Apartment complex

Great place to live. The gym is well equipped and spacious. The pool area is very nice and clean. Staff always friendly and make an effort to help you. They also organize events like movie nights or waffle days. Highly recommend this place!

The overall community is great, a lot of natural aspects that are wonderful when taking walks around the community. Staff is courteous and responsive. Homes are spacious and updated. It's quiet and close to shopping.

Clean, updated, and so quiet. Best apartment I've lived in so far. Office staff is prompt and very nice pool and gym. Great location and close to stores, movies, and the highway. I'd re commend to everyone.

We have had a great experience moving in at Legends at Azalea. Jaclyn has been a pleasure to work with and very prompt in communication which is a big deal when you have questions about your new home. Clean, well maintained apartment plus the feeling of security with having the gated entry has been great. Most importantly- pet friendly!

It's been great and quite like I love it. Had one mishap when it came to rent but got that resolved and it's been a great experience every since. Well extend my lease for another year here. Only wish you had more 3 bedrooms

An excellent community to live in. The grounds are beautiful, peaceful and well maintained. The maintenence team is the best! They are both quick to respond and courteous to your needs. The gym is equipped with good equipment. The pool is wonderful. The leasing staff are kind and listen to your concerns. It's so serene here, yet hard to believe you're minutes from shopping and I-26.

Great amenities and a secure space. Mostly a quiet environment. The people are friendly and ive had few issues while living here. The only reason i wont renew is if i am able to buy a home, otherwise ill be staying.

The staff are very friendly. They are very patient and willing to repeat themselves because there is a great deal of information. The facility is very clean. It feels like a very safe place. You get a feeling of the people who work here like what they're doing and they want you to be comfortable.

I love it ! It is perfect, all the facilities and the services, it is always clean and safe, the pool is great, the coffee and the activities they sometimes do are good for the neighborhood and it is in an excellent location

Quite pleasant, sometimes dogs waste can be an issue for me. Also, there was nothing in place for assistance during the pandemic. The maintenance is always prompt and reliable when handling requests and is knowledgeable about the problem at hand, Overall, I will give Legends a 4 out of 5 . The property is mainly quiet and safe.

I have only been here for two days but I love the quietness and parking I have. And the apartment is really nice just the cleaning could be better before move in. There was a layer of dust on top of the refrigerator and some dust in other areas

Good area, good location, quiet, nice apartments available, secure. Be sure to carefully review any issues as some common items (drains, blinds, dishwasher, oven, around toilets, etc.) are looked at to ensure the rental is decently cleaned.

We love the community. The facility is well taken care of and the office staff is awesome! We have had a couple of maintenance issues which were resolved very efficiently. Now that things are opening up there are more community events which we love!

I like the neighborhood. It's in the middle of many stores and food around, very convenient. I like that the community have different events going on, like food trucks, Friday frosty treats, poolside parties, festival decorations and contests, etc. The management team is very on top of things, like lost cats/dogs, suspicious cars/people, bad weather alerts and open gates. I would recommend this community to friends and families.
