BEAUTIFUL complex, apartment and amenities (even though they are limited due to the pandemic). We love our apartment. The staff are great. Noise from upstairs neighbors is an issue, but this is the nature of apartment living and cannot be blamed on the complex or staff.

Location is great with easy access to interstate and shopping. My ground floor one bedroom unit is laid out very well and lives larger then it is. The gathering lawns have been great to meet new people and we have still been careful to distance ourselves. Nice to have an d make new friends during this lock down crisis.

When deciding upon a three bedroom apartment unit, we knew that it had to come with a little something special accommodating kids and us young adults. When touring The Legends of Azalea the first apartment we walked into we knew that this was the one to go with! Thanks so much to the staff for the knowledge help!

This complex had a Wonderful community feel and knowledgeable staff. Clean and well maintained apartments. It is Close to the interstate, shopping, restaurants amd movie theater. Great schools in the area.

Amenities are amazing, the people that live here seem very nice and always make sure to say hello, apartment is overall very nice, the surrounding neighborhood is very nice, and importantly the staff is friendly.

We love the beautiful grounds and well maintained apartments. Maintenance is quick and we love the friendly staff that are always positive and helpful. The staff listens and resolves issues quickly. The activities provided are fun and help build the community experience. The amenities are very nice.

Very happy, love all the outdoor spaces. The apartments are well maintained and good size. Lots of amenities and close to shopping. Lots of storage space and great screened in patio overlooking a nice green area.

Great place to live! Great staff. Always willing to help. Takes care of any problems quickly and correctly. Electric bills are low and A/C and heating are very efficient. Close to I-26 and WalMart and other town amenities!

I have lived in several apartments throughout Charleston and never had a great experience until I moved here. The maintenance team is amazing, the amenities are great, and the staff/neighbors are wonderful. Love this place

I like the feeling of safety, and the well built buildings. I can't hear my neighbors and the apartments and surrounding area is clean. I like having the key access to the gates and that I can invite my friends over without worry that they will have their car towed

The front staff is wonderful and very helpful. I actually moved into this complex with only having done a virtual tour. I first saw my apartment the day I moved in. The community has small touches like hammocks and swings near the the grill areas. I have even used their resident business center as I needed to print something for work and my printer had not arrived. Overall, great amenities! The location is great, too. While surrounded by trees and woodlands, it is 5 minutes from shopping and restaurants in Summerville. I love it here!

They will nickel and dime you to death, I already plan to not renew my lease. The walls between apartments are extra thin where I can hear whole conversations with the people next door. There's an active fire station next door that you hear the sirens all day and night. The location is great with it being off the interstate and the physical appearance can give you a false feeling.

The staff is very courteous, efficient and quick to respond to any requests. The apartments are very quiet and we hardly hear the neighbors at all. The grounds are nice for walking relaxing and enjoying the amenities. When we moved in, the apartment was clean, freshly painted and floors and carpets cleaned.

I love my new apartment! I chose it for multiple reasons. The main one was that the porches/balconies are screened in. Here in the low country that is an extremely nice feature to have! I love that I'm a mile from my work as well. That's was another deciding factor. I have so much space in my one bedroom that I am having to find things to fill up my space. Overall a great community and environment!

I have loved living here from day one. Very nice open floor plans, never had a single issue that wasn't resolved immediately. Maintenance is always quick to help, and offer knowledge. Amenities are top notch. Very kid friendly community. There is always something for us to do.

Pretty good quiet except upstairs. Trash domes backed up. No parking in my area sometimes. Cops in parking lot 2 weekends ago. Some people hanging outside of main building at night. Other than that fine.

I love living at Legends at Azalea; the homes and the management/maintenance staff are great! Julia made the whole move-in process very smooth; I really appreciate her patience during my search. I visited the property 4-5 times, asked Julia tons of questions and requested multiple viewings before I made up my mind; she kept a smile on her face and made me feel welcomed!! It is a very peaceful community, the neighbors are friendly and mind their own business. Highly recommend!

The community is beautiful however the parking is extremely limited, there is not a plan to resolve this issue. There are sometimes you may have to park a few buildings away from your residence. Hopefully this could be resolved by assigned parking.
