I moved in aug 29th so just a few days ago but so far I'm loving it. It's amazing quiet and feels like home. The staff is amazing also the pool is my favorite and in the apartment I would say the bathroom size and the balcony is my favorite

I just love my everything you need and more. The staff is amazing. My neighbors have been very nice and helpful. I just love sitting on my porch enjoying the cool breeze on nice days and the club house is perfect.

It's a great community with a beautiful common area. There's a saltwater pool, grills, a gym, laundry room, coffee bar and office space. There's community is in a great area with all you need within 5 minutes!

I just moved into this community but so far I am loving the experience. The front office staff are super helpful and already the maintenance is incredibly fast and courteous. He made it very clear that no work order is too small or annoying and wants us to be happy and comfortable in our new place!

This community is a great place to live. I feel safe with the gated complex. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff does a great job with repairs and kept the community clean and looking great. I enjoy living here!

Good community and quiet(except for grounds maintenance day). Grounds are kept in good condition. Maintenance staff are quick and do good work. Office staff are courteous and professional. It's been great living here for the past 5 years.

I've loved living at Legends of Azalea. Maintenance is always on top of things that need done & management is friendly. It is pricey, but seems to match competitively with other apartments that offer similar layouts & amenities.

I am happy at Legends at Azalea, I feel safe and I love the staff and amenities. There is a dog park and multiple ponds which allow for a lot of nice areas to walk. All of the staff are friendly, trustworthy and kind. This is a place you can call home.

The lawn maintenance crew has really diminished in quality this year. They don't blow the breezeway, and they only mow and weed eat behind our buildings when we finally complain. The rear of the buildings 5, 6, and 7 do not have any beautification landscaping. The fronts of the buildings are, but not the rears.

I had an issue with my thermostat and work order in at 130p and by the time I was home from work the problem was fixed. I appreciate the promptness and always professional maintenance staff. Legends at Azalea is a wonderful place to come home to!

Jaclyn was very, very helpful. To be honest, if it wasn't for her patience with all the questions I had I probably would have looked elsewhere. She took time out of her schedule to provide me a virtual tour of available apartments. Being out of state, Jaclyn's professionalism was very much appreciated. Upon move in, I met with Lily and she was awesome assisting me to take possession of my apartment one week earlier than originally scheduled.m

My husband and I moved here a little over a year ago to South Carolina. We stayed here, and it has been great. The management team has always been very helpful and on top of everything. We had a couple of issues with leaking pipes, and the maintenance team came to fix issues within the hour. All of the staff have been very responsive and respectful. We would gladly recommend Legends at Azalea to anyone

This community contains many amenities that are highly sought after for apartment hunters. The location is superb for night life and affords access to dozens of restaurants and other entertainment venues. While traffic can be an issue depending on your work life, being central to a community as beautiful and rich with life as Summerville more than makes up for that.

The Assistant Manager Jacqueline and the leasing agent Lilly are both wonderful to work with. They both show a genuine interest in the residents and community. The landscape could be kept up a little better, but all in all it is a good place to live.
