This community is amazing. They have went above and beyond for us, and we love living here! I would so recommend Legends at Azalea to anyone looking to relocate to the Summerville area! Their amenities are a huge plus too!

The community is very well maintained and landscaped. Parking is never an issue. They have recently upgraded the coffee amenities in the clubhouse, which is a delight. I love it here and feel safe! Would love it if there were more community activities offered.

My boyfriend and I moved here in June and have really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are friendly, everything is clean, the amenities are nice, and our apartment feels homey. The only reason we will ever move out is to be closer to work.

Overall great community but there are a few things that could be better. Bike rack placement was an after thought, which is very noticeable by location of the racks. The same could be said regarding the placement of dog trash stations.

No issues. Staff is wonderful, parking is good, apartment is very nice and it is quiet at night! The pool is nice along with the clubhouse area. I like that the complex is gated, even if it is slow to open!

At the Moment I just life her for some days. My Feeling ist very good at the Moment. The peaple are friendly and help a lot to have a good stay in the communitie. If I stay longer I think the Feeling will not Change.

Overpriced, poor quality, not luxury. Most people at pool and clubhouse are not residents. Pot smoking in parking lot. Some neighbors have a stream of 'guests' coming and going. Breeze ways of apartments are dirty, dead bugs and trash.

We looked for a gated community with ground floor units, close to the interstate. We got everything we needed here, plus a great dog park, clubhouse, and a brand new unit. We couldn't be happier with our decision to come live at Legends.

This a great community. Amenities are awesome and staff is always prompt and courteous. Planned events help open communication with residents. Very close to shopping centers, movie theater, and lots of restaurants.

Very poor quality on the interior build. Wish when they built this place they had better qualified contractors that know how to install flooring, mouldings, Sheetrock mud and paint. They painted over big globs of Sheetrock mud with out cleaning up or sanding first. Very rusty door hinges are an eyesore. Very poorly installed appliances and crooked cabinet handles.

I love living here! Moving from NY, I was so stressed about having to rent an apartment without being able to come look at it first. The staff were wonderful and worked with me to make sure everything was taken care of and the move was as stress-free as possible. The apartments are brand new and beautiful. I can't decide if I love my bathroom, kitchen or porch most. The community facilities are also amazing. The pool is pristinely maintained and the perfect temperature, the lounge area is perfect for having friends and family over, the gym has more than enough equipment, I've taken up grilling since moving, and the computer lounge was a life saver when my laptop broke unexpectedly. This place literally has everything you could want and is reasonably priced. I can't say enough positive things about it. I am so grateful I found it.

Carol was the best. She made my transition from another state seem effortless. I am so thankful for her. She is an amazing employee. This facility is beautiful, secure and while it seems private, there is so much to do all around you. I have taken full advantage of the shopping square that is literally minutes away. It is also a great location for getting on 26 and heading anywhere you need to go.

We have only been here for a week, but so far so good. Buildings are very nice, love the clubhouse and pool area. It is a gated community, but since it's still under construction, the gates are open and there's a separate unpaved road that people can come and go through.. So, it's not really controlled access at the moment.

When I first toured the community the staff was very helpful and friendly. However, I had to return home before officially moving in. My interactions with the staff during that time was either over the phone or online. The communication was inconsistent which made the actual moving in process difficult. Once all this was worked out, the apartment and community has been very helpful and friendly.

The staff is wonderful. and they made things so easy! The apartment was clean, brand new, and they have been responsive to all our requests.The maintenance staff is also very professional and kind. They are quick to respond and go above and beyond to make you happy and comfortable.

We worked with the Manager, Carol Ann, to lease the apartment. She was amazing to work with. The property is nicely maintained. The apartments are brand new and they have a great floorplan to maximize space. The quality of the apartments is great. Would recommend anyone looking for an apartment to check out Legends. Quality property and staff!!!

Dawn, in the front office is fabulous. She is knowledgeable about the complex and area. She is very friendly and approachable. The minor maintenance issue was resolved quickly and well. The apartments themselves are beautiful and the amenities are wonderful. I made the right choice.

The staff was excellent when showing the apartments and even when you call to get information, the landscaping is beautiful and the fact that they are pet friendly is a huge bonus! Brand new buildings with open floor plans, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

New community, awesome buildings and very modern well fitted apartments. The staff are outstanding, always friendly and helpful. The gated access makes the security so much better. The grounds are well maintained, clean and well kept as well as an outstanding club house and pool area.

Super friendly staff and maintenance, that seem to be always on hand. The pool and surrounding amenities are very nice and a huge plus. The location next to shopping and major local roads has been very convenient for work and down time.

The complex is close to everything Summerville offers. Apartments are new and staff is great. Despite the recent parking issues, we've not had any issues while living here and would definitely recommend.

Just relocated to the area and chose Legends at Azaela for my new home. They are conveniently located close to the highway. The complex is brand new so everything is modern and up to date. I also enjoy the additional security features added as well as the great commuity amentities.
