So far the apartment has met all my expectations. Very nice layout with plenty of space for our situation. Apartment was well cleaned prior to our arrival. The amenities are nice with a very nice pool area, business center and laundry if needed. I would recommend for a nice apartment in this area.

This is a well-maintained property, all amenities are available and adequate, the management is courteous and friendly, the maintenance staff are very very good, the grounds are well-kept and attractive, the location is easily accessible to stores and markets, the property is not so large to be over-worried about who else lives here. The staff adds little 'perks' like food trucks and treats in the clubhouse. The only reason I would even consider moving is because of my doggy.

Great community with responsive staff and a safe living environment. The apartment complex has many amenities that are kept in a good state of cleanliness. The community is quiet and respectful of one another.

It's very quiet and very well maintained. The staff responds quickly. Think it would be nice to be able to rent the club house for larger family gathering and the limit on the number of guest that you can have at the pool is unreasonable. Like I have 4 Grandaughters and it would be nice to invite them over to swim with me!

This is a great apartment with clean grounds and gated entrance. The maintenance team and office staff are always helpful and courteous. The location is well positioned with a large shopping area and good selection of nice eating establishments all very close and within walking distance.

The community is clean and the apartment buildings are spacious. The area is surround by wetlands which makes the area seem very open and a strong nature presence. The community staff are very kind and knowledgeable of the area. The walls aren't paper thin but you can hear some nice from your neighbors. Overall a great place to live.

I've had good experiences, I've been a long-term tenant, the rent could be cheaper, I think it's too expensive. If you pay by credit card, I'm from Austria, the fees are extremely high. These are reasons to look around for another apartment provider That is pure deducted

its close to most of shopping outlets, quiet and clean environment. maintenance staff is friendly and prompt. there are issues like the laundry is not provided with unit even during pandemic times. Electrical connections dont have options to switch on and off.

I have lived at this apartment for just under a year and couldn't be happier. The office staff is warm, friendly, and helpful, as is the maintenance staff. I feel like they strive to really make you feel at home. We will be renewing our lease once it is up without a second thought.

Great community to live in! Close to the interstate for commuting to work. Close to shopping and restaurants and activities for entertainment. Gated and onsite security adds to the sense of safety. Staff promptly addresses any areas of concern.

Overall, my experience has been a positive one. The staff does a great job maintaining the property and is always there for me when I have maintenance requests. Crews are very knowledgable and have been able to fix things quickly. Everyone is kind and helpful. My apartment is in a great location - by a shopping center that has EVERYTHING and close to the interstate.

Great place to live. Both Managers have been fantastic to work with. Clean, quiet and safe community is exactly what i was looking for and found with this complex. I am only moving because I am getting married. If not, I would be staying.

The community is great. I love the way the apartment is set up and has a home feel to it. When I first walked into my home I felt at peace and had ideas rushing through my head on what I'm going to do. Legends of azalea is a great place to live and they have great staff really appreciate them.

Legends at Azalea is a wonderful place to live. The exterior of the buildings are well maintained. The grounds are beautiful and are continuously well maintained. The office staff are very professional and friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The community is in a great location.

Great location close to shopping area, staff are helpful to your concerns and always courteous. the buildings and property is beautiful and well taking cared of. So far it has been nothing but friendly smiles and faces. The amenities have been amazing and even during such a hard time they still have them open with restriction. I have been impressed with the apartment and the amount of space I have. Thanks for a good time!

I absolutely love this place! My husband and I moved in the day before everything shut down due to COVID. I have been so impressed with the way this complex is maintained and how quick maintenance takes care of any issues that arise. We moved from San Diego so we weren't too sure of what to expect out in this new state, but our apartment is right up against the protected wetland and we have the most beautiful view. I can't believe we got this lucky! Also these apartments are basically sound proof, I have never heard any neighbors near us. Our intention is to buy out here in SC but this place will be so hard to leave so we'll probably end up here longer than we had planned, especially with COVID going on. Thank you so much to all the wonderful staff at Legends of Azalea for making this experience so pleasant for us! We really enjoy it here!
