It is great! The neighborhood is quiet and clean! Love living here so far! The office staff is very welcoming and explaining everything in the apartment tour. Make sure you are satisfied with the apartment when moving in, and if you have any issues or questions, they are always available to answer them.

The move in process was wonderful. Jaclyn was very informative & guided me through the entire process. My emails were answered promptly & she made sure I knew how to get mail, packages & where to take the trash. My apartment was very clean at move in with brand new carpet. I couldn't be more satisfied.

So far, this has been an excellent apartment, The office staff always try to do right by the residents, and host a decent amount of resident events. The community is very well taken care of, and it shows in the landscaping as well. The grounds are gorgeous in the spring when everything is in bloom. Having a gate is a huge plus as well.

A very welcoming experience

To say that the move in process has been welcoming is definitely an understatement. This community is a A+++ with great amenities and even better people. The staff is an amazing group of people who are kind and will go out of their way to assist any need you may have. Lily Adams has definitely made the move in process as smooth as possible. She is the ultimate professional! The whole community is a great place to live and to even raise a family. If you’re looking for a place to lay your head, Legends of Azalea should definitely be on your radar. You won’t be disappointed!

The apartment complex is very clean and quiet. The amenities are wonderful and the staff are very helpful. When my kitchen light burned out I contacted the staff and maintenance workers came and fixed in the issue within a few hours. I would recommend this apartment complex.

This apartment complex appears to be nice and dandy however looks can be deceiving. For one the trash issue is hilariously bad, there is one small compactor for the entire complex which is almost always full and over flowing. Two we have asked to have our smoke detectors fixed for nearly half a year now but they have yet to be fixed and will randomly go off in the middle of the jight for a few secs and then cut off. We have tried different types and have cleaned throughly so its not on our end. They have only ever come out to replace the batteries or change them out which has not worked. Three communication with individuals when it comes to these issues they like to spam your email with all this nice stuff like the club house is usable for wrapping Christmas gifts and stuff but can seem to send a detailed email when an work order is completed. Not to mention they have quite hours at night but not really enforced to my knowledge so you can have neighbors that can keep you awake at night.

Great apartment, great community, great location. Staff is always courteous and professional. Quickly respond to maintenance requests; and the issue is addressed properly the first time. Apartment complex grounds and amenities (pool, gym, etc.) are clean and well maintained. Easy access to interstate and local businesses. Recommend for any age.

It's a beautiful well-maintained facility and we like living here. But unfortunately, as it goes with apartment living, occasionally you'll get tenants that seem to either not understand the rules of respecting other's quiet time, or, they're just not concerned about it so you just have to deal with it. But other than that, it's the nicest place we've ever lived.

Great place to live. Complex is kept up and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. Parking could be better. Residents visitors have a tendency to take the closest spots. Any guests we have they do not use the front parking spots.

The first year here was wonderful. We were very satisfied with our building and apartment location. This is because the building we resided in was occupied by adults that were considerate, mature, respectable individuals. After committing to another year lease, however, we have had to daily disturbances from several new neighbors that don't have regard for neighbors. It is apparent that apartments are being rented out to leaseholders that don't evwn reside in the apartment.

There are pros and cons. It's pretty and overall staff is nice. The community is nice. There are a couple staff members, really just one, that is terribly mean. She always fines me for random things (usually garbage related) without giving a warning. She's always threatening. Staff will just walk into my apartment without any warning. Then I get written up for having a "cluttered" home. If you gave me a warning that you are coming I could tidy up. An hour even but I get no warning and you just walk right in. Then write me up! I should have even a 24hr notice before you come. You should knock and let me answer the door before you just walk in. Unless it's like an emergency.

The apartment complex had a very nice appearance. I feel safe that it's a gated residential complex. The fact that there is a shopping center nearby is a bonus. They are military friendly (30mins from base).

We love the size of our apartment and the amenities as we love the outdoors. We are so thankful that the Pool / Clubhouse area is open year round for grilling and enjoy the fire pit . Also we like that our family and friends can rent the guest apartment!

Nice apartments with plenty of storage. Great amenities. Office and maintenance staff are courteous and respond quickly to any questions or concerns. Lots of activities to help you get know your neighbors-pool party, food trucks, events at community building, etc. Great location, close to shopping, dining, easy drive to beaches.

We just love it here! Very modern and nice apartment. The staff is always pleasant and responsive as well as any maintenance request we have had -- always completed the same day! The location is convenient to many things, it makes life much easier being new to the area! We needed a short-term rental with a garage and feel blessed to have landed here while we wait for our new home to be built!
