Seven years ago when we moved to this community it had an amazing staff. Now that the occupancy is closer to 100% I feel that some things are left undone and staff is stretched thin.The kitchen appliances and cabinetry are not good quality.

Lived here approximately 2 years previously (2022-2023). Relocated to Texas and decided to return to Summerville. Due to the management here and nice apartments, I returned to Legends of Azalea. My experience here was so good, I wanted to stay here again. Would recommend to anyone.

We've been at this community for a very short time, but it is already a wonderful place to be. The management is top notch, along with the maintenance team. The community is both very friendly and beautiful to be in. The amenities are kept clean and nice quality as well.

Great Community! Have been here since 2019 & enjoy living here. We are close to shops, food stores, doctors & great restaurants. 25 minutes from Charleston, 15 minutes to Moncks Corner. More & more grocery stores are being built

Ladies at the front office and maintenance staff are wonderful. Have not had any issues with either. Only problem that I experience most is parking. Visitors aren't able to read and will park in non-visitor sections, and you also have to many residents with vehicles and not enough parking to the point you have to walk quite a distance just to get to your building.

I love this complex. It really feels like a little community. There are smiling faces and happy waves. Makes you feel like you're a part of your own little town. The staff is friendly and helpful. And the fun activities are really nice.

I moved into Legends in June 2022 from New York with my senior Mom. We both loved it here immediately. It was a little bit city and country all together. I came to live by my daughter in Cane Bay and transfer with CVS in Summerville. I have enjoyed living at Azalea almost 2 years now. I mostly enjoy my side of the complex which is always nice and quiet. There's always something fun planned here to do by the staff whether seasonal or just Book reading Club.

Legends at Azalea is a beautifully designed and maintained townhome community. We have lived here for over 5 years with no present plans of moving! The office and maintenance staff are professional and friendly. We highly recommended it!

My experience with management is great, their response to my questions and requests quick and accurate. They are always friendly and responsive. Not good. Family was harassed by people above us and office did nothing. The lady tried to drown my son in pool office did nothing. Pool always looks dirty they allow people to just leave dog mess laying around at park and other common areas. Not allowed to smoke in area you have to smoke across the street. Even thought it's a smoking community. Trash everywhere. No one reaponds to emails right away. Maintenance doesn't know how to fix issues. They have been through so many maintenance people due to issues with certain residents trying to get with maintenance men and then resident reports them to office and they don't pay the maintenance staff very well. Not a kid environment at all.

I've been pleased with my time at Legends at Azalea thus far. The leasing staff was very helpful in answering any questions I had prior to move in and in giving me a tour of the property. Since moving in, maintenance has been very quick to respond and fix the few issues that have come up.

It's usually a great community, any problems usually stems from people who do not live here. Since the covid days, things seem much safer. When the gate is working, it makes me feel so much safer. The grounds are kept immaculate, the staff is always friendly, I really love the location. The apartments are beautiful and well made.

Nice place to live, close to everything and easy access to the interstate. HIGH RENT !! Maintenance problems are taking care of in a timely manor. Clubhouse always has things going on. Food trucks are available some weeks. STAFF very professional.
