Location is great, a few minutes from downtown. The facility is updated and amenities are awesome. The community is perfect for young adults with out kids, not a home for families. Dog park is the best I have seen at any apartment complex ever.

There has been quite a few experiences i have disliked. the dog park is always flooding. The hallways are never cleaned. You pay for trash pickup but sometimes they just don't show to pick it up. Fire alarms get pulled quite often. The apartments are definitely not close to sound proof. There is suppose to be a security person that stops parties in the common areas but that doesnt happen. The security gate doesn't work more than it works and sometimes the scanners into the doors are broken so you have to walk around the building to find one that does work.

I do not feel my business has been appreciated. I was scared into moving in in December when I said I wished to move in January. 25 days after I moved in, the one bedroom promotion was changed from one month free to "two months free plus $1000 Amex card". I spoke to mgmt about this because it felt extremely unfair. I was told essentially told, too bad. I do not feel I have gotten the value I'm paying rent for at this apt. The pool and call box do not work. Water did not work several times over a month period. No community events or gatherings. I feel my rent should be lowered.

Everyone is very friendly, staff and neighbors. I enjoy all the amenities and being walking distance from work. The pool view from my apartment is absolutely stunning. It feels like I am not in Nashville; more so a resort!

In few ways do I truly have regrets. Foremost among them is signing on at Charlotte at Midtown. There are two primary reasons: 1. Train noise. It is right on a major freight track. The first apartment I was in was right on top of it. It is impossible to sleep, I literally feared sleeping, because jarring blasts of the horn would come through five, six times a night. I moved to two different apartments, all heard the train, even the ones on Charlotte. For this reason alone, there is no reason to live here. Honestly, they could not pay me to live here. 2. Management company: during my stay, the management company shifted. Though the first management company was inept in many ways, they weren't callous like the new one. On my way out, they charged me all manner of fees and nonsense I did not owe. I moved in uninformed, regrettably. You are not. Do not make the same mistake I did - there are dozens of identical buildings throughout Nashville. Pick one of them. Any of them. They'll all be an improvement.

Charlotte at Midtown has a great location - it's close or a short drive to all the major neighborhoods. Ryan in the leasing office is very helpful with everything and Jeff on the maintenance team is super speedy.

Bit expensive but a nice starter apartment for being close to downtown Nashville. Clean grounds with pool and two nice grills. Staff works hard to make sure issues are dealt with quickly. They also put on events during the year with food and drinks

It's been okay. 319 is too noisy. Parking is always kind of a mess. Need cable back in the arcade. It would also be pretty cool if the fob buzzers worked all the time. Would like a communal shopping cart for groceries.

I've only been in the community for a couple of weeks. I like the security, cleanliness, location and dog-friendly attitude. The package acceptance policy is very convenient. Resident parking is great, too. Some staff members of the management office don't seem to know too much about the property. I've struggled to get answers to basic questions about elevator locations and delivery procedures. I hope staff training improves.

I have had an awesome experience so far with the community. The best part of living in the apartment has been having the dog park. It is such a great amenity to have for our dogs to run, play, and interact with the other dogs and owners in the complex.

When I moved into the apartments, they were called Aspire Midtown, but recently, they have come under new management, and honestly, the transition could not have been any smoother. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and courteous to its residents. The valet trash is a lifesaver, even though I anticipated in the beginning it was not worth the extra payments. My mind quickly changed! I love the layout of my apartment, and there are so many layouts to choose from, which is unique about this complex. Very happy I chose to live here this year.

Mostly college students/young professionals. Building is new and the interiors of units are equipped with modern amenities. Building is located < 100 yds from train crossing which is incredibly loud and makes all aspects of living there difficult. If you are a light sleeper or enjoy peace and quiet, I advise you to stay away from this property at all costs.

Very nice for the price of rent compared to the other apartments in the surrounding area. The apartment sizes are good and the parking garage is nice and not scary. If you receive a package through UPS or FedEx they have to take it to the leasing office which is kind of a pain to constantly have to go up there but the staff is always friendly

After only living here a few weeks, everything has been great. The management is amazing and I would recommend the complex to any of my friends looking to move. Can't wait to see what else the new management has in store
