what I like about this apartment is that it has plenty of electricity outlets on the wall, and that there is a bus stop nearby. Everything is well kept . The only drawback is that this location seems to have quite a few hospitals around and it turns your nerves up a bit during this covid19 crisis.

I love this community and everything it offers. Great location for a great price and spacious apartments with plenty of parking! I love the gym, pool and arcade area. The staff is kind, responsive and very helpful.

Overall good place to live. My main complaint is the trash pickup system. They make you pay $25 per month for valet trash that only picks up 5 days per week, and there's also a trash chute just 20 steps from my door. It's also frustrating that people are too lazy to actually make sure their trash bags go down the chute, so there is a pile of trash bags at each chute. They also have no recycle pickup, which is ridiculous if you have to pay $25 per month. There's is only one recycle bin on the grounds, and it is usually full of trash, so it probably doesn't get recycled. Mostly young people live here, and they are very lazy when it comes to picking up after themselves and their dogs.

I Had multiple complaints for noise coming from upstairs. Sounded like the gym was above us and nothing was ever done. We complained several times a week and nothing. Two Of my packages were delivered but I never received them, they were not in lockers and nothing was ever done

Team is great and the community is awesome. The amenities are extremely nice and clean. Location is incredible. I look forward to continuing to live here for a long time to come. I would recommend to anyone.

Definitely one of the best communities in central Nashville. High sense of security and a lot of fun. Usually it's hard to find an administration that would satisfy your needs and requests in such short time.

We love it here! Great staff and great amenities. The upstairs neighbors are loud. You can easily hear footsteps and what sounds like the dropping of weights. We have never heard the neighbors on either side.

I have been living here for two years and I do not have many complaints. The pool is nice in the summer, the location is great, I dont hear much from neighbors noise wise. The only thing is to be aware of the hospital across the street and train noises before moving into the building because you will hear them many times a day. I also think they need better security in the garages like cameras because of stealing and people letting their dogs relieve themselves where they shouldn't be.

I like living here because of the layout of the apartments.i like the parking garage, the fact that I have adequate storage, and the convenient location. The people are nice and most events are fun and have good food.

Experience has been good so far. Staff helpful and accommodating. Amenities nice. 2402 building, especially the ground floor, could use an upgrade/facelift. Would consider renewing if rate remains the same.

I have only lived here about week, but everything regarding move in was seamless. Really love the amenities included in the apartment, all tenants are very friendly and helpful. This apartment is in a great location for a better price than other apartment in close proximity!

Apartment is great along with the leasing office. One concern is the train noise, I'm sure with time it will improve but wish I was aware of just how often the train comes. However, the amenities are great and the fixtures are much better than a similar apartment I previously lived in.

I lived for two years in a community closed to here and it was not a very pleasant experience. I shopped around for a few months and by far Charlotte at Midtown is the cleanliness, promptness in repairs, friendliness of staff, wonderful off leash dog parks and i could go on, and on and on. You just have to come here to check this place out to see what I am talking about.

Although rent is on the higher end, it was worth it to me. The location and not having to commute as far made up for it. Also they have everything here and are consistently putting on events to feel like you would never have to leave.

The apartment is a Great community, great location, and has friendly staff. There are two pet parks that my dog loves as well and is also right down tbe road from Centennial park! Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Charlotte at Midtown is a wonderful apartment complex. The leasing and maintenance staff are always friendly and willing to help resolve any issues. The apartments are lovely and very centrally located as well. And you can't beat the amenities! Free coffee and printing in the office center, a gym with a view, and multiple pool tables downstairs. This is the perfect space for grad students at Vandy or any young professionals to live.

Love this place! So dog friendly which is what matters most to me! ?? The staff is friendly and really gets to know you and your needs. The facility is beautiful with all the amenities you could want and NICE amenities too! Looking forward to spending my lease term here.

I had a very good experience at Charlotte of Midtown. The apartment was very good size. I enjoyed the study room very much. The staff were always incredibly nice and helpful. I also enjoyed the downstairs lobby, particularly the pool table.

Very friendly and accomodating staff. The apartment was in great condition when I arrived, and the staff were very helpful with any questions and concerns. There are excellent security measures in place and I feel very safe living here. The grounds are kept up nicely and other residents are very respectful. Overall very satisfied with my experience thus far.

The people and staff are great. The apartments themselves are clean and well kept. Lots of amenities. My only critique is that items like the gym or printers aren't kept up as well. But besides that I'm loving living here.

The apartment staff was amazing during the move-in process. Toured the unit, applied, and accepted the unit the very same day. We were in love with the building, amenities, and the staff. The Maintenance staff and request process is incredibly quick. Great location near several great restaurants and Blackstone Brewery.
