The staff has changed a bit since I moved here about eight months ago, but I haven't felt the change, they have all been courteous and willing to answer my questions when I do have them. There is a courtesy officer that responds to voicemails left on the system.

I've lived at Charlotte at Midtown for two years now. The amenities are very nice for what you pay. The gym and pool are the nicest of any apartment complex in Midtown and they have recently put turf in the dog park to prevent it from getting too muddy when it rains. The free Starbucks coffee in the fifth floor lounge is also a really nice perk. My only complaint is the noise at night, but given the location, you should know what you are signing up for. The building is located across the street from a hospital and is adjacent to train tracks so you will regularly hear ambulance sirens and train horns.

Love living at Charlotte at Midtown. Plan to stay here for a couple years until I am ready to buy a house in Nashville! Office staff, maintenance staff and security is always excellent. I also have children and they love living here. A great place for young adults but also family friendly too.

Amazing apartment community! Staff is very kind and helpful. Wonderful amenities with dog park, pool, arcade, cyber suite and much more. Try to visit before you rent to get an idea of what unit works best for you. Units in the back and on Charlotte are more noisy than others.

The Charlotte at midtown team is super sweet and helpful! The apartments are well laid out and feel very spacious. The only real downsides I would mention would be parking. It can be kind of rough if you don't work a 9-5 M-F job but aside from that I love it! The pool is incredible in the summer with lots of music and people on weekends.

It's okay, the parking situation is not good (shared with office buildings on the property, can get booted for parking in the garage) and valet trash is mandatory, overpriced, and does not collect recyclables. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner.

This community has been great! Very easy to submit rent, service requests, etc. The staff is very friendly and the amenities are clean and nice! One thing that I think makes this apartment unit in nashville is it's one of the few that allow dogs of any size & breed, which is awesome! The units are clean and look new - love the kitchens! They are also very spacious. The only downside is that having guests over can sometimes be complicated with parking and letting them inside.

The quality of the tenants in the building is horrible. There is consistently dog urine and feces in the common areas. Additionally, the parking garage leaks, and coils potentially damage vehicles due to concrete leeching.

Really good so far. Has everything we need when it comes to amenities. Huge rooms, bathrooms, and closets. A very large balcony with a view. Easy access to my car and the parking garage. Only a mile away from downtown.

I've had little to no complaints. The property provided everything it promised in a timely manner. They even worked with my family when my roommate situation became difficult. I renewed my lease, despite new management and have been pleased since move in.

Fairly good price but hear they are raising rent, new management has made a lot of changes. I do email them and never hear back about requests. The new manager is great though . There have been break ins in cars and some sketchy homesesss people behind the building

I really enjoy my actual apartment and the complex, and the management has been very helpful and friendly each time I've spoken with them. Maintenance is prompt and the amenities are nice and fairly well maintained. The area is convenient and easy to access, BUT, know that it can also be incredibly noisy. There are 2 pairs of busy train tracks immediately behind the complex, a fire station about a block away, and of course the hospital with the ambulance and helicopter traffic to go with it. I've gotten used to most of it but I'm a light sleeper and had to start wearing ear plugs every night when I moved here.

Overall good experience. Love the apartment and layout. Love the pool. Some of the residents are on the young side and it shows. They don't clean up after their dogs. Very convenient location. Train can be extremely loud...

I generally like this community. The amenities are great (the gym and the study suite are the two I use most frequently), my neighbors are friendly, and the maintenance staff is excellent and responsive. The office staff is friendly, but seems to be somewhat ineffective in correcting large issues around the complex. These include issues with people leaving alcohol bottles in hallways and outside, allowing their pets to defecate in the court yards (which creates a horrible stench in the area that I barbecue), and issues with the parking garage gates and the door locks never working properly. Their best efforts to curb misbehavior was to create a curfew in some of the common spaces, which is frustrating and condescending to those who pay rent and respectful of the spaces. It is clear that a number of renters airbnb their spaces, which I believe brings in the problematic guests. The gate/key issue is problematic for me because it presents a safety concern--particularly as a single female living alone. Noise isn't a problem for me, but if you are sensitive to sirens, traffic noise, or trains, you should know that the apartment is close to a number of hospitals and also near train tracks. The location is great. Extremely central--surprisingly so. I can be anywhere I want in Nashville proper within 15 minutes or so. It would be nice to have a grocery store closer.

Charlotte at Midtown has many great amenities, like courtyards, pool area, gaming room, and a great gym. The building is in short driving distance from all the things Midtown has to offer. The staff is friendly and is responsive to emails/ service requests.

It's a new building with nice amenities. MAA bought the building sometime in earlier 2017 and they've made small renovations to make safer and keep the building in good shape. It's location is nice enough but for the price it's on par with any other new building in town. So location is what you would live here for but German town or closest to midtown has more things to walk to. A lot of hospital staff does live here since it is across the street.

The staff is friendly and the apartment amenities are rather convenient. Starbucks and the bus stop are nearby and the Centennial Park is only a short walk away. To reach downtown, it is a short bus ride or half an hour walk.

I originally loved this apartment complex. However, it is not an environment for professionals. It's loud past hours and alcohol is left in hallways. Courtesy police can't seem to fix it. It is set up for a party everyday and not ideal for those that are older and need sleep for work.

The staff is friendly and get things done in a timely manner. The amenities are usually kept up with, if something is wrong or missing and you let the staff know, they usually take care of it pretty quickly. Maintenance work orders get done in a timely fashion as well. Overall experience has been good.

It has been good. The maintenance staff has responded very quickly to anything I needed. The amenities are always clean and ready to use. Only issue is the door fobs not always working. Other than that it has been a good experience.

Great place to live, perfect location and the amenities are superb. Everyone seems to keep to themselves and there is not a lot of noise. Price seems a little expensive but you can't find anything in Nashville any cheaper these days. At least not as nice as this.
