Great management team, fun community events, awesome gym. We've been having a lot of false fire alarms lately but management is working to solve that. I would recommend this community to any young professional looking for great value in a fun area.

Jeff is always super fast when it comes to addressing any service requests that are submitted. They never leave a mess, and I always have an invoice outlining who was in the apartment, what they fixed and when.

Traffic noise is unbearable; there are no sound proof windows. Can't comfortably sleep. Hallway floors are always dirty. Entry/Exit gate are always broken, that's a safety issue where anyone can enter.

Easy access to downtown. Great workout room and pool. Love the arcade area and game room. The staff is very nice and helpful when there are any issues. I also love the little dog park behind the building.

It is a good community. You do have the occasional lazy person who leaves their trash in the hallway instead of taking it to the dumpster and some people don't pick up after their dogs. I think the staff does a good job in trying to make this a good place to live.

The Staff and management here are very helpful. The facilities are very comfortable and nice. My daughter and I loved the pool. There is a very nice grilling and arcade area in the general residential area. Oh and they go all out on decorations during the holidays!

The staff is great. The unit is exactly what it was presented to be & was very clean upon move in. The location is great! There are shopping centers near by, as well as the heart of downtown. The best of both worlds. The amenities are also very modern and convenient.

The apartments at Charlotte at Midtown are perfectly sized and very nice for the price. The amenities are also a nice bonus. But the best part of all is the friendly community you experience at the pool or in the halls or in the gym.

There was a lot of improvements that needed to be made, and I'm glad that there is action being taken but it has been a very slow process. The dog park had bushes that were making our dogs sick, and I'm glad they're removed now. The water was accumulating in certain areas causing the dogs to get sick again, and now it is finally fixed, so thank you. But our dogs safety should have never been an issue in the first place.

Lovely, spacious apartments with thick walls. Nice, stainless steel appliances. Laminate wood floors in shared room (kitchen, living room, ect) that look nice but scratch easily. In unit Kenmore-brand washers and dryers (top-load washer front-load dryer). Soft, shaggy carpet in bedrooms. Lovely, large windows with blinds installed.

So far living at Charlotte Midtown has been a really great experience. My roommate and I first moved into our apartment Summer of 2017, and since then we have enjoyed the location and commodities that Charlotte offers. We have also made some amazing friends here.

It's a good apartment for the price range. It's close enough to anything you need in Nashville, only a short drive/uber to most places. If you are bothered by outside noise, ambulances or trains, it may not be a good fit. Good amentities, the gym is big and spacious. Overall a good option for the price range.

The apartment is nice, with a competent and kind staff and worthwhile location. Residents are primarily in their 20s and 30s. Walking distance to Centennial Park and West End, quick drive to downtown and other parts of the city. Not as expensive as many competitors but still has quality amenities. After 6 months here, I would definitely recommend living in this community.

We enjoy it. Love that it's pet friendly. We have had a good experience with Charlotte at Midtown so far. The staff has been very helpful from the time we first toured the property to the time we moved in.

The apartment amenities are great! We love the private courtyards around the community. The indoor/outdoor arcade/tv area is great, especially when the weather is nice out. Having a top floor cyber suite, that has an amazing view of downtown, to work from is an added bonus. The workers are easy to communicate with, and are very friendly with all of the residents.

No major issues other than very thin walls and loud neihborsvbut you'll find that with apartments. Also, rent is becoming a bit pricey for the area we live in. Unaffordable for young professionals like teachers/ nurses.

It's been great so far, the building is beautiful! I thought moving would be difficult but it was easy using the parking garage. I love the residents!! The community areas are usually crowded with people and when I walk trough the hall, I hear music playing and people taking late at night and hear people laughing, I never mind the noise. I enjoy it and makes me feel more comfortable and at home.

Overall, the apartment facility is wonderful. The apartments are clean, like new, and lovely. The location could not be more ideal. The problems with the new building owners, however, have been frustrating to say the least. Issues with building maintenance have arisen that were never a problem for the previous owners.

I like living at the Apartment complex. I love the location because I am only five minutes from work. Also, I feel safe living here. My only complaint is the noisy neighbor that lives upstairs. He is very rude and disrespectful.

Charlotte at Midtown is a fantastic community. The leasing staff and other staff members are always on top of their game, and will help a resident any time a resident needs something. This little community has the best amenities, and is in a great location.

Charlotte at Midtown is a great community and run very efficiently by the MAA leasing agency. Common areas are usually upkept, hallways swept, and maintenance very timely. I asked to have my air filter switched out and they came in ONE HOUR! WOW! Also, the office is very kind and fun! They host community events every month or so, offer free yoga classes in the gym, and give rent reduction prizes on occasion. We seem to have a bit of difficulty keeping our doors and gates in working order, but the operations manager is sure to keep the tenants informed about what is going on. Overall, I am very satisfied with my unit and apartment complex and will be renewing my lease for next year.

Great community, great service, great amenities, great parking. You get what you pay for here. Only complaint is how inconsiderate people can be (i.e. not picking up after themselves in the common areas, or deciding its ok to move furniture in the middle of the night) these occurrences are rare and can probably be expected at any apartment complex with common areas and people who are will to pay to feel entitled to do whatever they want.

Great amenities and people! Fun planned events often and very responsive to maintenance calls or service request. A little noisy at times but nothing too horrible. Defiantly a great community and apartment

Units area a little pricey and buildings are not as clean as could be and sometimes it's tuff getting in contact with office staff. Others that live here are friendly so I guess that kinda a plus. They say it's a Courtesy officer that lives on property but I never seen him. So my recommendation is this place needs a little bit of work.

Great property with complete gym and pool area. Wonderful and friendly residents. This property is pet friendly with plenty of local areas to walk your dog as well as a dog walk area contained within the secure area. Parking spaces in garage are adequately sized and well lit.
