Love it. People are friendly and it's very well located. The dog park is my favorite part. My pup get exercise every day. Just wish there was more turf and less mud. I just dislike my one neighbor. She is Indian and every time I walk down the hill after she opens her door I wanna barf.

I just moved into this community and I am very pleased with the staff, unit, and community. Any issues upon move-in were resolved in a timely manner. The staff is extremely respectful and on top of it, willing to help in any way.

Despite having just moved into Charlotte at Midtown, my experience has already been extraordinary. The staff is very helpful, and the amenities are unmatched. The pool is fun on summer days. Since I am studying right now though, I take advantage of the cyber cafe on the 5th floor. It is pretty quiet and has coffee, computers, and plenty of study space. I also use public transportation to get to work. Charlotte at Midtown is conveniently located near a bus stop!

Within my first week living in Charlotte at Midtown, I have grown to really like this community. Multiple residents offered to help me move in m, and that show me their hospitality. It is a beautiful property with a great staff.

The first month or so I received about 3 noise complaints. I was completely surprised each time as I do not watch television and only own a small bluetooth speaker. I am a school teacher and I spend most of my time on campus. I am rarely at home. Each time a security officer came there was an assumption of guilt based on who made the complaint and the fact that I am a 35 year old black woman who appears to be in her 20's. My neighbors moved from next door the apartment has been rented to some very pleasant and friendly women. I have never received noise complaints in the past at any of my condo or apartment communities. I also think it should be considered that we live across from a very busy hospital and train.

The apartments are nice and they have nice finishes. But I have only lived here a month and the fire alarm has gone off 3 time (2 in the middle of the night) and I have lost power in half my apartment. The power took 2 days to fix and they have never communicated to us about the false fire alarms.

I really like it here. It really feels like home. Home is good. Home is home. Need more bars and less hospitals around here. Get a trolley to drop off and pick up at the midtown bars so I don't have to keep ubering.

Community has been very welcoming. The leasing office has been incredibly helpful and available whenever I need something. The move in process was very smooth. I have had a few issues that maintenance quickly took care of.

2402 Charlotte has everything that you'd want in an apartment- a gym, a pool, plenty of amenities, and a helpful staff. I've been very pleased with my experience so far and don't plan on moving any time soon.

The staff were very professional and friendly, with timely responses. Maintenance staff came the day I presented the problem. Getting two months free was a huge determining factor for moving in and a great bonus. The apartment was very clear and freshly painted when I moved in.

I chose Charlotte at Midtown because of location - it is easily accessible to downtown and West End and interstate. Nice/newer complex that requires key access to enter. I also chose because of amenities - fitness room, dog park, pool and grill area.

Overall it is fine however they could stand some continuity. The newest property manager is trying to enforce standards but they have been woefully lax since before I moved in. People routinely leave out trash, treat communal areas poorly, leave empty beer cans or bottles in the halls or stairwells, fail to pick up after pets, etc. without repercussions.

Clean and friendly apartment with a nice garage. They have great amenities from the pool, lounge games, starbucks machine, and a good view. Value-wise, they are one of the cheaper options on the West End, but not exactly the cheapest.

The apartments at "Charlotte at Midtown" are a good value for the city and the neighborhood. The location is ideal for employees of the area's three hospitals (TriStar Centennial, Vanderbilt, and Saint Thomas). I have never had any issues here with safety or security, and the management team is excellent. The building's proximity to multiple busy railroad crossings results in a level of noise pollution that some prospective tenants will find unacceptable.

I just recently moved in, and thus far have zero complaints! The apartment was in excellent condition on move-in day and it was effortless! It took less than 5 minutes for me to recieve my keys and packet on move in day since everything was done electronically beforehand. I love this community!

Everything is very high quality. Very limited noise (just a few trains and dogs barking that are right outside our window) that I typically just block out anyway. The garage gate is broken half of the time, but they keep trying to fix it. The door to door trash service is great. Really enjoy the fitness center.

I've been living at Charlotte since it was Aspire, which was a terrible company with no real care for tenants or the property. Since MAA took over its been moderately better. The apartments and location are very nice, except I feel like the amenities are poorly taken care of. The pool shuts down for half the year, and is always slow to reopen (its May and the office still hasn't gotten "the pool inspected"). The dog park was revamped, but pickup bags always run out. The paper at the Cyber Cafe also seems to run out regularly, but the free coffee is usually pretty good. As for noise, I had a very loud dog beneath me that always barked, but since they moved out, everything has been fine. Overall its a decent place, but for what you pay, you'd expect better.

Awesome and helpful management team. They have gone above and beyond to help me with anything g I've needed since moving in. They hold events almost every other week for the residents. The location is amazing. Amenities surpassed my expectations. Recommending friends to lease here.

This is very beautiful complex in a great part of town. The amenities are very great--the best being the arcade downstairs with tons of seating, high ceilings, TVs, bar, pool tables, and ping pong table--not to mention the pool. Only drawback about this complex is that cable hasn't been working on the TVs down there for about a month or more. That is a little frustrating.

The staff that work here have been extremely helpful. Also the complex is kept clean and tidy given have many people with pets live here. The train can be a little kid but you get used to it really quickly. Noise levels are kept to a minimum and I rarely hear the people that live around me.

So far, I really like the community and the location is so awesome. The only negative so far is that my apartment was still pretty dirty when I moved in - the ceiling vents were coated in dust and the showers floors did not appear clean as well as dust and some debris on the floors. I live in a unit that is on the street side so I get to hear a lot of the ambulances and helicopter's coming into the hospital, It took me about a week to get used to it and now it's like white noise. If you are used to living downtown in a city you'll most likely wouldn't be bothered! I really love the facility and the fact that the complex offers valet trash service is really great. Would recommend!
