I really enjoyed touring this community and there are great amenities here. The dog parks looked great, there is a very nice gym, and having EV chargers in the parking deck was also a plus. I would definitely consider living here.

The apartment and community have been great so far. Very clean spaces, great staff and amenities. I have only been here a short time, but am looking forward to spending more time here and being able to use the warm-weather amenities.

I had a great experience while visiting. I was a walk in . I can't remember the name of the woman that helped us my friend and I but she was awesome. She asked us a few questions got our license and gave us a tour . I was impressed with the apartment and all the amenities. I still haven't made up my mind yet but so far it's one that is on top of my list .

Upon deciding to move here I thought the apartment complex was nice and had a lot to offer. I was informed that I would be moving next to a train. The leasing agent stated the train isn't too bothersome, and that I would barely notice it. They told me that the street view is nosier due to traffic and ambulance noise. Beware that the train is loud when it passes, but it will also idle really loudly for hours at a time in the middle of the night which is extremely disturbing especially when you're trying to get a good night sleep. Also, the cleanliness of the apartment complex has gone downhill. Dog hair fills the hallways, residents let their pets pee and poop in common areas without cleaning up, and management does a horrible job of keeping the complex clean. I believe this complex is over priced for quality you are getting and there are better places to stay in the city.

It was a great experience from the start of getting my needs met when looking for a new place. You get what you pay for in the amenities and overall in your home. The staff was really friendly in person and communicated well through phone and/or email.

The experience has been smooth and easy. Very polite staff and comfortable space. The road is very noisy but that's just part of living in this area. The apartment complex itself is very quiet. I hardly ever hear anyone.

Everyone is very friendly and I feel safe in the building. The large dog park is a huge asset to the community. The common areas are well kept and the apartments themselves are updated and well maintained.

I love living here! This complex is convenient to everything and has a great staff. This community is very dog friendly which is great. I can't think of anything bad to say which is what you want. Truly a good place to live

The team at MAA Charlotte Ave were courtious and friendly. Went the extra mile for me when a family emergency prevented me from originally moving in. They have always treated me with respect and as if I was already a part of the MAA family.

i really like living at charlotte at midtown! the amenities and nice clean and not usually overcrowded. the apartments are quiet and I rarely hear my neighbors. The staff is responsive to all of your requests and maintenance requests. However, not much is in walking distance and Centennial Park is getting more and more unsafe.

Great place to live. I've been here almost a year and I don't really have an issue. I'd love to renew my lease but the speculation of rent increases in Nashville is probably going to deter me away from renewing. Nothing is affordable anymore

No real complaints. Great location that is a super quick Uber ride to downtown and a super quick walk to get to Centennial Park. The amenities have been great, and any maintenance issues I've had were dealt with on the same day I reported them.

My move in experience was excellent. I love the dog park for my active dog! The location is perfect for me. The security of the building and my apartment are excellent as well. I would definitely recommend this complex for people looking to move to Nashville.

We've only been tenants at Charlotte at Midtown for a short time, but have loved it so far! The complex has great amenities and a responsive management team, and all facilities are well-maintained. The value for the living experience--including the proximity to surrounding areas--is extremely competitive and worthwhile.

This complex is beautiful from the outside looking in . It is pretty expensive but when you look at it you think "you pay for what you get". I like nice things so I was okay with the price. What I am not okay with is that this complex is not worth the money..not even close. We have had so many issues with appliances, maintenace half fixzing things, clenliness of the shared spaces in the complex (workout room, stirwell, garage). Residents let their dogs poop and pee in the parking garage, our dryer doesn't dry clothes (we've had maintenance fix it 3 times), the cleaning on our balcony is peeling and falling on the ground, the hot water is subpar, the gate for the parking garage barely works and you have to get so close to it that it almost hits your car. The office doesn't answer the phone. The smart locks on the apartment doors are constantly jamming. There was a girl robbed at gun point in our parking garage, there were cops there not letting any one in the garage. The only reason I know it happened is because I was leaving the garage when the cops got there and I asked them what was going on. The complex issued a very generic statement, not saying what happened but that there was incident and they had a security guard at the garage gates for a few months but I haven't seen him since. Needless to say, I do not feel totally safe.

Love the amenities and the office staff. Maintenance is also really quick with repairs. However, the hallways are not clean and they are very loud. I felt pretty safe for the most part, but there are a lot of homeless people around and one time I walked out of the back door of the building and there was a man sleeping against the door. Didn't really feel safe after that.

Charlotte at Midtown is a great apartment complex. The location to all of the great places in Nashville combined with the community of the apartment complex makes it great for young renters. The amenities at the apartment are another great draw to this complex. They are up to date and always clean.

Really great, some of the the things when I moved into the apartment were messy?paint on the floor that will not come off and looks like there is white specs all over my floor. Overall happy with the experience though.

Secure place with a great view. It can get a little noisy on the weekends because there are some college students here and it's in the city but it's manageable and they stop the partying at a decent hour. It's nice here

This has been my best move in Nashville since January 2000. The staff are incredibly inviting in a way that makes you feel at home and the neighbors are all exceptional. My favorite feature so far has been the pet park it's a great place to socialize after a long day.

Due to my circumstances, I had to move in very quickly. I could not believe how welcoming the staff was and so helpful during such a stressful time for me. Any questions I had were answered with a smile! Very happy with my decision!
