It's supposedly renovated but you can barely tell, it's infested with roaches and there's holes in the walls and ceilings so even if you bomb your unit they'll keep coming it's super gross. They give you a paper to list all the things that are damaged before you move in and they say they'll fix it within two weeks but they won't. Ac stops working every so often cool gives out in the summer and heat goes way above what you set it to

This is the worse apartments I have ever lived in. They don't listen or take your concerns seriously. They have roaches and don't fix the issue when asked, they cancel work orders with no explanations. You have to stay in their faces to get anything done and even then it's past off and pushed to the next day. Worst experience ever. I would never recommend.

Once my lease initiated staff was nice and very cordial once it was time to renew my lease I notice staff had changed. For the renewal process the new staff entered my unit without knocking or any call ahead of time. The lady who entered my unit did not even knock or advise who she was before unlocking the unit, thankfully I was inside the unit and the top notch was locked. As a person who values safety this interaction triggered me. I went ahead and let the front office know and the response I receive was "we will talk to her and advise to not do that again." When I requested why she was entering without knocking she explained she was leaving a cupcake and a renewal notice inside the unit.

The layout is exactly what I was looking for. The units themselves are in decent condition. Maintenance has always been on top of the few orders I've needed to be completed. My only negative would be the quality of the windows. Being right next to the parking lot, I can hear every conversation and crying baby outside. Not great when I'm trying to sleep. All certainly worth the price of rent. Overall, I'm pleased.

These apartments are an ok place to live could be much better if they had a completely change if management and maintenance totally incompetent. . For over a year I've been complaining about residents leaving their trash in the breezeways in front of it on. At times the smell is unbearable rodents often walk the breezeways because of this. Nothing not a single thing has been done about it. . Parking lot always looks dirty, trash bags and junk always lying around everywhere. , and apartments look nothing at all like they do on there web site.

Recently, I was a victim of a crime at this residency. Since the property has no security or protection for its residence, I've purchased cameras and have seriously thought about buying a gun. I hate that the I have to do this. There is a dark alley behind my building that provides access from two different living communities. No barriers prevent dangerous threats from prowling and possibly menacing Thursday night through Saturday night. That's usually when I feel most vulnerable due to the increase in teens and adult degenerates that walk around and mostly through the property at night. Most of which I don't recognize to be living here. When there are no night prowlers, this becomes a decent place to live. Saftey and peace of mind, is my biggest concern at elliot residence.

Please beware of these apartments. They never come fix anything, Maintenance is horrible. I had no cabinets when I first moved in, it took them 5 Months to come and replace them. There's cracks everywhere, so insects continue to come in the apartment.

DO NOT LIVE HERE
DO NOT LIVE HERE OR CONSIDER TWICE WHEN YOU SIGN THE LIST. My unit is a renovated unit, but you can name all the most terrible issues in my unit like leaking windows, roach infection, broken AC, broken appliances, flies infections. The maintenance here is horrible. Their staffs including the manager just keep lying. They all have bad attitude towards residents. If you try to submit maintenance requests online, they will marked as completed without fixing. And if you think calling or sending emails can solve the problem, NO. The staffs never respond to any call or email, even their emergency line doesn't work. If you want to talk to them face to face, be ready to get in line to wait or schedule an appointment with the manager 2 weeks ahead. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY IN THIS MESS. Trust bad reviews, people tell the truth. I regret and count every day to move out.

I have been here for over ten years and unfortunately I have seen is the property go down hill, there have been some ups and I haven't really had any issues with the staff themselves. Don't get me wrong, I love my apartment and the floor plan, though I wish it was easier for current residents to get upgraded features. My apartment looks almost exactly the same as it did when I moved it. I would love to have new light fixtures, a new fan in my living room, new vent covers, windows that don't let outside air in....matching light switches. Rent prices increase, but for what, the only upgrades I see are for NEW people. Nothing is ever offered to those that have longevity here, so there is no incentive that makes residents want to stay, so it's just a consent rotation of people moving in and out. People park where ever they want and there is no way to tell if the car is suppose to be there or not. It is so hard to get someone on the phone in the office. We don't have access to the gym when the office isn't open. Like I said the overall property isn't bad, but there are things that could be done that aren't.

The staff are slow approving or declining, unless there is a manager in the office no one can tell you anything and no one knows anything. Emails don't go out but when you call they tell you to read the email, repeatedly saying that I didn't receive it and they kept saying it shows you received it. I had to go into the office to have them resend it and start completing the process. The apartment I applied for was the one they offered to my daughter and the one she applied for is the one they gave me, which is not the one I applied for. Both my daughter and son applied also after paying no one received an email and no one from the office would resend the email. My daughter went into the office personally. After my son trying multiple times he gave up, I just went ahead and signed a new lease at the old apartment for my son and had my name removed from it after a month of trying to speak with the office. A short time later the office calls to tell me both my son and daughter were approved, there was a glitch in the system where emails were not going out and asked that my children come to the office, my son had already took over my old apartment. Now, prior to actually living in the unit until January 1st, I was coming back and forth because the apartment was infested with both dead and alive roaches, I didn't want to call the office for pest control because that spray does kill the bugs just brings them out where you can see them. I went in the apartment off and on sprinkling Ortho powder to kills all pest and then moved in on the 1st, but the lease started back in December. I put in a request to have someone come out to the apartment after trying to wash dishes but the sink was clogged, no one came out, I called the office multiple times to be told put in a request only and advising that had already done that, I also let them know that it was coming upon a week the whole apartment sticked due to the sink not draining, no one whole help. One day I called and spoke with both Marisol or Judy and she sent someone right out, to find out that this whole time I have been calling asking for help, the man that came advised me not to use my sink once fixed because it was leaking in the downstairs neighbors apartment. I keep trying to figure out why my mail was not coming or being delivered but i'm notified by email, I went to the post office to find out that they stopped mail delivery in December 2024, I was not notified by staff, the resident portal, or a note on the door. The post office stated they had notified the office three time and each time they asked for a 30 day extension and never fixed the mailboxes so delivery was stopped for building 2500, 2508, and 2512. I reached out to the office they first told me that they had no idea that I was not receiving my mail and to their understanding everyone was getting their mail, after trying to speak with Judy(Manager) for months going into the office, calling, and leaving messages, I never received a call, response in the resident portal, an email, nothing. Once I spoke with Marisol who told me that corporate approved the fix of the mailboxes and they are waiting for corporate to order them. Spoke with her again and was told a part had been ordered and not sure why it is not here, then they order a whole new mailbox and then not sure why corporate has not ordered them yet. Spoke with the young boy in the office multiple time by phone and in person, all he said is he doesn't know what to tell me , Judy is not in, not sure when she will be in, can't tell me her schedule, doesn't know why she is not responding to me or calling me, he will call her directly and call me back but never did anything. Finally, I called code enforcement, the guy called and said Judy showed him the email where cooperate approved the funds for the mail boxes and said they would be there by the end of the month and he will reach out to me on the first to see if I have started receiving my mail. He called in the 1st to see if I started receiving my mail the answer was still no and he stated it has now moved to a federal crime, he stated that he would file a report and provided me the information to file on my own also and I did. Now during this time the electric sockets stopped working in the living room to the left wall of the fireplace and the bedroom the wall where the window was. I submitted a request advising the office that I work from home and I needed the plugs fixed. Now 10days in after calling the office speaking with the young boy telling him that they closed it out as completed and did not come to the apartment, he laughed at me and said I don't know what to tell you, submit another. I kept explaining that I am using my PTO and had been from the start of this an it is not 10 days or after, the request are to be completed withing 7-10 days by law, someone needs to come out before I lose my job, he laughed and hung up the phone. I started sending messages (multiple), through the resident portal with no response, kept calling the office and going in person, asking for Judy. No calls back, he kept laughing and said there was nothing he could do. So on the wall in the living room I couldn't watch t.v or work. I got a call one day for someone asking about the apartment and ho I like living here and explained the situation, they said they would look into it and nothing. Finally called the office speaking with the young boy again and I snapped on him and suddenly the maintenance men came out within an hour. Once they came out to the unit, they explained to me the wiring was crossed, plugs old needed to be redone, and the build was old. I thought they fixed it but last week the same plug in the living room sparked flames that morning at 6am when I turned on my monitors, I requested someone come out to the apartment and then send a message to the office staff all through the portal. A Few hours later I get an email stating my work order was market as completed but no one came out, i called the office 11 times in a row with no one answering the call. I waited until 2:30pm when I logged out for work and went to the office, where no one was in at the front desk, but after a short wait Judy came out the off, which is the first time I have seen or spoken with her since January because she is never there and when she does come its like for an hour. I explained the situation, she advised me that she closed it out and added it to another one that I had submitted and that she would be sending someone out asap and she did. Now maybe two months ago my sister applied to these apartments and set the move in date for the following week, two weeks pasted and nothing, no call, no email, no nothing. He called the office multiple times, went into the office multiple times, request calls for Judy and nothing. I called, went into the office and requested calls from Judy and nothing. The young guy in the office wouldn't help my sister or myself all he kept saying is we sent an email, check the email, my sister and I both advised him that no email was sent and asked if he could resend and he said no, just check your remail. Repeated telling him this he just said, I don't know what to tell you. Weeks later still trying, I called the office he told me there was nothing he could tell me and her other than to check the email and again i stated that there was no email sent out, I told him that I would be there in person as soon as I left work. Once I logged out, I went directly to the office, at this time he said my sister was declined, asked it there something she missed or needed to turn in so that I could have her do so, he wouldn't tell me anything, requested Judy said he would have her call. My sister and I both did this repeatedly no call or anything ever. I did the review online and so did my sister, now my sister let me know that someone responded to her review apologized and said that Judy said she spoke to my sister in which she did not, my sister and I both decided to have Judy reach out to me directly, leaving my information once she realized Judy was not going to call her and my information was provided. Judy may have told you all that she called but she did not call me or my sister back at all, didn't leave a voicemail, didn't send an email nothing. Finally, we were just done with the whole situation and someone called my sister but it was not Judy or the young boy int he office and explained that she had an eviction on her record, I'm not sure if my sister explained to the lady or not that the evictions was in fact under her name but the apartment was for her daughter and here daughter got evicted but my sister actually had a house in fort worth and an apartment in Pantego at the time with paperwork to prove it. Now my sister asked if there was a program or if the apartment accept second chances or work with evictions and was told not at this time but they are trying to figure something out to work with people in her situation. Now, I had to pay a 750.00 deposit when I had never been evicted or made a late payment to any place that I lived. I was told the deposit went from 350 to 750 because I had previous applied with someone else to stay with me and that person was denied. I reapplied and was approved with a 750.00 deposit, seriously all because I previously applied with someone else the first time? I weighed my options, spoke with both my children, I choose these apartments because I wanted to be close to my children and my grandchildren, nut honestly looking back it was not worth it at all. The places I live are beautiful inside and out, have been on my own with my own everything since I was 14 years old and I am 41 years old now, I have never had these types of problems in my life. These Windsprint apartments are average at best on the outside but beautiful on the inside, even the apartments that are not upgraded are beautiful on the inside. The staff doesn't seem business minded or customer friendly at all once your into the apartments, the guy across the hall from me, with the wife and daughter had no heat from December to maybe February, before I moved in fully in January I was coming back and forth providing them wood that I bought directly from my own money. They had sent in many request and made many calls to the office for help for the heat to be fixed and kept getting the run around with no help. Finally, I provided them the number to code enforcement so that something could be done, these are older people , many in their 60's, with a younger daughter, the month keeps having strokes, heart attacks, and passing out on the balcony, at the door and has fallen down the stairs, the office could have taken the time to help them but choose not to, so I took it upon myself to help. The lease at the Reid across the bridge is where my son stays now and he should have been here in these apartments in his own unit but he was not able to do so because of the incompetence of the staff mainly Nealy that couldn't speak English and used an app on her phone for translation. My son has disabilities such as ADHD and bipolar, I wanted to be able to help my son. My daughter has the same disabilities and three children, they all stayed with me prior to me moving here, I wanted everyone in their own place but to be able to help everyone and see my grandchildren everyday but now my daughter has her apartment on the North Side of Arlington. I am not able to see my grandbabies everyday to make sure they are okay and get what they need, I now see them here and there. My son works so much that I even when I go see him he is not there so I only get to speak to him over the phone and maybe see him once a month. Now mind you getting into these apartments was not easy for me, the apartment that I wanted Nealy told me was not available and was available for 1,230.00 a month that I applied for. That same apartment she offered to my daughter for 1,150.00 per month. The apartment my daughter wanted Nealy told me was the only one available for me and showed me the one that I currently have. I messages Nealy often asking her if I get this unit if they could reflect the rent of the one that I wanted and she told me that she had approval to provide me the rent of 1,150.00 per month but when the paper work through the email came it was not that price. I've made many calls and had to go into the office many times. To be lied to my face and say that we did not text regarding this to have to show her the text and then she stated she didn't understand but I asked multiple times. I finally gave up thinking I would have my children, my grand children, and my sister close to me so that I may help them all but that is not what happened. Now I was told that they system wouldn't allow me to pay my deposit and upfront fees online and that I needed to bring in money orders so I did. Now for a week they lost my money orders but I handed them directly to Judy and she said they system would update within 72 hours and it didn't. So i called repeated for Nealy to tell me that I had not brough in my money order and I had already done that, finally I just kept calling and one day I got Judy on the line to tell me that they are working on it but couldn't do anything because I kept calling, mind you that she had already had my money and things were not taken care of. Now prior to moving in before I even paid anything I had already asked if I could pay everything in advance within the following three months upon move in and was told yes. I explained that I help a lot of people but my main concern was my children, grandchildren, and my sister that I wanted to get my stuff out the quickly so that I wouldn't need to worry about anything while helping others and I would not be moving here if I couldn't do that and said yes I could. I kept asking Nealy repeatedly if it was possible to pay all my fees in advance to make sure she understood what I was saying and telling her and then start paying my rent in advance for the entire lease the answer was always yes until the lease was signed and they had my money. Then one day I go into the office and I'm told by Nealy that she was not sure and had to ask which upset me because I had repeatedly asked and spoke with her regarding this. Now a little after I moved in I go into the office to speak to Nealy and Judy pops out the office to say hello and that she got the approval from corporate for me to pay my bills in advance and I'm thrilled but that was not true. I started placing as much money as possible into the account after I helped who I needed to help but once the credit made it to 2,508.00 I could add anymore money into the account. I have sent messages through the resident portal with no response still up to this day, I have called the ofice multiple times with no call back, I have gone into the office multiple times and once someone spoke with me saying corporate does not allow anyone to pay more than two months rent in advance because they may need to evict you or decide they no longer want you here and due to that reason they will not allow you to pay anymore that they will want to provide you back. Now this is a problem for me because I asked and explained the situation multiple times prior to providing my money and signing the lease and was told I could and once I was in the apartment and was told I could and that I had approval from corporate to do so but now I'm being told something different. I explained that I needed to speak with Judy since it was Judy that had told me that corporate said I had the approval to do so, Up until today no one has spoken to me regarding it, just yesterday someone text a message to my mobile phone asking if I had questions select yes and I did with no response. So I just typed it they could mark the fees for utility, trash admin, trash reimbursement, valet trash and pest control to be market as completely paid for the rest of the lease which would total 424.00 for the 8 months left of the lease and then remove that part no taking anything else from me for those bills and not showing any monthly changes for those bills? That way all that would be left showing was everything water and rent only. Now I have already paid ALL the fees and EVERYTHING related the the water for the entire lease, so i do not know why the can't remove EVERYTHING AND ONLY LEASE THE RENT PART. No one responded to my texts back at all, but I'm not surprised. You asked me for my experience, this is my experience living here and dealing with your office staff. Your turn over rate for staff in the office is horrible, When applying it was Judy and Nealy only, I saw a black lady in the office once but she never came out the office and never spoke to me not once, nothing was done correctly, Then there was Marisol and Judy, Marisol returned all calls and come out the office to greet the people and was never too busy to help but she also gave the run around for the mailboxes acting as if she did not know we had to personally pick up our mail at the post office and the mailboxes were broken but she actually worked, was kind, helpful, always had a smile and communicated with everyone no matter what she was going through. Then there was this young boy and Judy, the guy is extremely rude, does not know anything, can't tell you anything, will not tell you anything, is not helpful at all, laughs at your problems, does not resend emails or knows how to resend an emails and the never picks up the phone when calling, you have to call back to back over 10 times to get someone to answer and at times they still don't answer and you have to go directly to the office. The only thing that the young boy can and knows how to do is show the units to potential residents anything else he will tell you that he has not been trained on anything else, does not know something, he doesn't know what to tell you, resubmit, he will call you right back and never call, he will send the message or do nothing at all and is only about to see what is in the system. I went up there maybe two weeks ago and now there is the young boy, Judy and a lady by the name of Ashely. Now Ashley doesn't speak to anyone, she saw I was upset that they fixed the mailboxes but didn't notify anyone that our keys no longer worked. I asked the boy that at the desk why didn't they call, post on the door, put something in the resident portal something that the mailbox keys do not work and that the mailbox had finally been fixed that morning , mind you I had called multiple times prior to going to the office about 15 times with no answer, then myself and the police department waited outside the office for about 30-45 minutes for the boy to return to the office but not with a potential resident but by himself. I allowed the police to go before me because they were waiting outside in the car before I even came to wait. Even the police officer was upset with the boy, he kept repeatedly over and over what is the unit number, where is it located, and I have a warrant showing the boy the papers and the boy kept telling the officer he was not sure that he could talk to him, he didn't know, etc.. Now this whole time the lady Ashley was in the office while myself and the police waited outside in the heat, with the office door locked. She walked past us all and never said a word, hearing the irritated in the officers and when they just gave up trying to talk to the young boy and l left. I walked up and that is when she came out of the office of Judy but Judy was not there, she is never there. I was irritated and angry, I waited for her to address me but nothing she just walked straight past into the office to the left of where the boy was seated and never came back out. Please keep in mind went into the office the next day looking for Judy or Ashley and neither were there just the boy, I asked him to have Ashley call me since Judy does not call anyone back, he asked for my reason. I explained to him that I wanted to know if I started looking for somewhere else to stay and leave the community, would I be able to get everything that I have put into this apartment complex from the moment that I signed that lease ? He said that he would have Ashely call me, I called everyday for a week and went into the office and no Ashley and never a call back. The silly boy stated they were going to notify us that the keys didn't work but didn't asked why he didn't say anything and he said it was changed that morning, no mind you it was after 3pm at this time. Now Judy never goes in the office and from January until now, I have only see her in the office once or twice, I was going into that office daily, calling daily etc.. If she goes in the office she is there no more than one hour or she just goes in to pick something up and leaves, she does not return calls, does not respond in the resident portal, does not send emails, lies a lot. But when I did see her about two weeks ago it surprised me that she was in the office, in her office and came out to speak to me but when she spoke she asked why my daughter didn't move in and I explained, you (Judy) said they didn't have to pay the application fee again but Nealy told them that they so they went a head an paid it, you would tell them one thing and Nealy would say something else, then Nealy left and then Marisol came constant run arounds. Then it was you didn't see that they uploaded the check stubs but they didn't multiple times, then it was the checks came back as fraud and they just needed a later form the employer or log into the work account. At that time, my daughter said every time you all say all you needed was one thing , you would come back and need one more thing and another thing and another. Now when you (Judy ) called me you said there was a system glitch, they were approved , don't need to pay another applications fee because they had already done so, all they needed to do was go into the office because the system was fixed and you already had everything but that was not the case. They got tired of all this extra stuff and decided to go somewhere else. They applied and was in their new apartment in a few days. We spoke for a while longer both being nice and left. This had been my feedback and experience with these apartments, the staff, the situations, everything. Oh and the neighbors just put trach outside the unit doors for days, the valet trash people do not come to pick it up for days. It will be there, I have seen the trash sit for up to a week before the residents themselves walk it to the dumpster, me I take my own trash out daily and do not use the service at all. The trash can that you all places outside the door that was there upon my move in is still there. I am not sure who is using it putting there sticks, candy wrappers ect in there but I have not used it once and will not use it at all. I believe in hard work and anything that needs to be done I will do it, to make sure it is done correctly or stay on the people who are responsible for doing it. I don't believe that people who are 50years old and younger and able bodied should be putting responsibilities that they should be doing on someone else. I pay for the valet trash but I do not use the service. The pest control that you all use, is not a good service, they came out only sprayed the kitchen, I had taken everything out of both the kitchen and both bathrooms, everything was placed in an organized manner and very neat but they only sprayed the kitchen. The stuff that they spray does not kill anything, I use ortho so there are not rodents/Roches etc.. Once they sprayed that kitchen, I started seeing roaches come from the unit next door to my right the people that just moved in. The wall in the kitchen between us, their roaches was coming in through the cracks between the wall in the kitchen. Those roaches did not die but they were trying to take over. I had to put the ortho powder back down on the floors and now whatever walks through it dies in the ortho.

Living here has been like being on a rollercoaster! Some years have been good and some have been bad. Constant changing of managers. Pricing, I feel, is a little steep for location of the apartments. I could go on about living here. My lease will be ending soon and I will be moving out.

The maintenance sucks , rent is overpriced for what you're getting. The pool gets to be closed for whenever the front office needs it for personal use which is very unfair in my opinion there's pools to rent out? . Once again the maintenance crew pretty much sucks and my apartment needs a lot of work done but they do very little work.

The apartment itself is really pretty. The plumbing is very old , and the bathroom sink and mirror and tub are all old and stained. Not to mention the toilet which keeps running out of water. Windows all have cracks in them, and the money they charge for utilities is insane .

Living at the Elliott Windsprint has been ok from a location standpoint, however they have not been timely in addressing the major maintenance request. The apartments are not insulated well .also the patios are not covered so the property looks unkepted. Also they don't have handicap parking for residents. Also parking lot is over run with leaves from the trees on property..

Experience was the worst from day two of inquiry. Lack of communication and information through process was terrible. Staff has friendly tones but nonchalant attitudes (hadn't been up there since got keys). Floor plan applied was not ready so I accepted a renovated unit that cost more and smaller. A lot of hidden information and fees. Maintenance has gotten better and it's quiet with know known crime. But the overall experience made me rethink living in an apartment moving when lease up.

My apartment has went up 300 when the property changed ownership. That's ridiculous. Pest control has been terrible. The roaches live in the walls. The new pest control seems to not do anything. I asked about 24-hour access to the gym and I was told the leasing company will get back to them. That's been more than a year ago and I've asked a couple of times since then. Aside from those complaints there's not much. But the pest control is a very big thing
