HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Oh MY GOD!!!!!!!!! I have not lived in these apts since 2000, but I had to say something. I would not recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. It is terrible. Before I could even move in, they had to fix several items. My microwave handle was hanging off. My carpet was filthy and the tile was coming up. There was an old washer and dryer set that was filthy ana nasty. The tile was coming off the walls in my bath tub. The fixtures were dirty and there was mold. By the time that I finished, it looked brand new. I never had a problems for months and then the inevitable happened. A RAT ran through my living room. I had lived there for 10 months and had not seen 1. For two months they came gradually. It was at the point that they were sitting on my couch watching TV when I walked in. The apartment blamed it on the field, but that was not the case. They never sent an exterminator out. The rat was coming from the apartment next door to mine. I caught 7 rats in one night. I put them in a bag and sat them on the front door at the office and packed and moved. I complained for months and there was no HELP. Like I said do not make this mistake. The only good thing, the rent was good, the aparments are HUGE and the layout is wonderful.

I have lived in the apartments for 11/2 and everyone is right, the apartments are bad. Every since I have been in the apartment we have had problems with rats. The management claim that the rats come from the feild. The doors in the apartments are falling off. I have made many reports to the management and nothing happens. NO DON´T DO IT!!!!!

Don´t waste your time or lose your shirt on this one

I have been living here since April of 2000 <br>I have experienced severe water leaks 3 times which was located in the living area. <br>3 times I have had to replace the damaged furniture. Managers have been here since my move in and maintenance on the apartment in question is non existant. I would not suggest to anyone looking for a quality place to stay come here unless they have money to burn. No attempts at renovations are made to the inside of the apartment although repeated request have been made. Yet this complex expects rent to be paid in full by the 3rd of the month. I am currently seeking legal representation for the damages yet again made not by the occupants of the aparment but for the inconsistent upkeep by the maintenance dept. <br>And the fact that they charge for water which was not in the original lease and also the fact the complex is intending to keep have of your deposit they say to hire "Cleaning Personnel" to come in and clean the apartment after you have moved out. <br>
