I just moved here in April 2018. So far it's okay. I haven't had any problems. I have a 4yr old daughter and she loves our new place as well. I just wish there was a fence blocking the alley in the back of the apartments. Staff Is nice and sweet.

The apartments where bought out by new people they are helpful and consider about the the staff is helpful and prompt to issues now. So much better than the previous workers. Etc..etc.. Etc...

I’m not sure why people are so cruel and only write a review when they are upset?! I’m a bit confused and want to know if they are talking about the same staff I see when I walk into the leasing office lol. I normally go in for packages and to use the fitness center and as soon as I walk in I get a “HELLO” you can literally feel all the positive energy! The only down fall I have here is that other pet owners don’t pick up their pets droppings... how rude!!!! Other than that I like the resident activities and how the property doesn’t look ------ anymore! Keep up the good work WS

I must say since new management came in it is really different! They fine people for trash which means they care how the community looks! Maintenance is awesome! I was having an issue with the heater with the past maintenance supervisor and it took this maintenance supervisor 10 min to get it right! I love how when I walk into the office the ladies call me by my name! Their customer I've really is enjoyable! I love my community

Very spacious & nice high living room ceiling. But, Horrible foundation issues which causes cracks on the walls & causes the doors to hang. The bathtub is peeling horribly, cabinets are old & ugly, and the garbage disposal is rotting.

There ok. Older apartments so foundation starting to be a problem. Cracks in the walls and ceilings. Some work has been done on the roofs and new paint. Good location close to many stores and close to freeways so easy commute. Work order time could be better. Still waiting on some request to be completed by maintenance. Landscaping could be better to help mud from spreading to walk ways and parking lots when it rains. Pest problem get your own home defense. Their pest control is ok but your own products will work efficiently and last longer. Quiet neighborhood everybody pretty much keeps to themselves.

This apartment complex has been under 2 or 3 different management companies since we moved in 2 years ago, and at least 3 different towing companies. We have to make sure we get every letter on our door or else our car gets towed. we've had 3 towing incidents since we've lived here and the rules have changed every time. The "dog park" that this apartment complex implies that they have is not a dog park, it is a broken chain fence and a tiny tunnel type structure. The pool is only ever accessible if you walk through the office to get in, in your swimsuit. The workout room is inside the office and only accessible during business hours and has a lot of windows which is uncomfortable when someone is coming in to pay rent and you are sweating to death. The only reason we choose to stay here is that our apartment is a decent size for the price.

No sense of security. Unfinished painting throughout apartment. Weird smell cannot identify where it's coming from. Convenient location for school and surrounding stores. Good prices. Nice and friendly staff.

We have new management that has come in and are improving our homes in an exceptional rate and is doing a very good job they are painting and cutting down trees there is a lot going on but in a great way so y'all come on and let's be neighbors

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! 1.Mangement is horrible the first day we moved in our apartment it was not even ready there was cracks across the floor board my bedroom where a busted water pipe would come on (a broken sprinkler) would shoot straight in the air and come into my room my carpet would be soaked. And from it the base boards molded. Maintaince took almost a month to come out and fix it and never came out in a timely manner. 2. Mangement never mentioned that someone was shot in our apartment and DIED!!! That would have totally changed my mind about moving here. 3. Everyone has dogs so the was hair and all through the walkways and they dont even pick up the dogs poop. And lastly the apartment was INFESTED WITH RATS!! They did nothing about it. Mangement lied and said pest control had been out the day before yet i was home all day and no one showed then gave me two glue traps. I spent my own money on alot more traps and ended up catching 7!!!!!!! PLEASE I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

Mostly when you want to lease apartment, the management will act very well to you, but once you moved in and you need them to fixed things then, they don't response in or never show up. I have the Arlington city code conduct to the apartment when the A/C unit in my apartment was not working and its took forever for the apartment maintenance to fixed or replaced the A/C unit.

Well Jive her since 2011 and the new manager charge on my a fee of 50 dollar because she said I fail to the notice was she send to me about i have to be cleaned my patio because they make look this community good out side first my patio never has nothing and my chairs always was there since I live here so she said she try make this community better out side but let me show a pic of my carpet since I live here they never cleaned and washed and the day when the mandatory audit the manager came with the maintenance guy he told her look the carpet she ignore him and my floor was come out because my apartment was under water 3 times so this it's the "better way of her to make this community better. I hope you read my post because this it's no fear they worry about out side of apartment and inside it's like a sh****.

It has been a really bad experience. I have been complaining about the carpet in the living room since my 2nd week here and no one has done a damn thing about it except lie. I was told that the carpet would be shampooed when I signed my 2nd year lease and never got it.

It is a good community to live in. Residents seem friendly. Although access to the public is completely unavoidable, there are many random individuals walking around the complex that come through public entrance. So safety is a little concerning. Maybe if we had card access for the pedestrian gate built in this would keep random individuals begging for money out of the complex.

These apartments used to have management that cared, now the management does not care about people so I don't advise moving there. If there is a problem, the management just tells you that you don't know what you're talking about and ignores the problem.

This is by far the worst place you can live My girlfriend lived here .. Run and do not stop.... So many things wrong with this place 1. Safety .. There has been so many shootings in the apartments even in during the middle of day and the apartments do not have security. ...a boy was killed and they just made it seem like it was just an asult and put a note on everyones doors about it there is always shootings .. Be prepared to sleep on the floor with the bugs ...roaches and i mean big ones ..... And did i mention there was a snake ?? in the home so be ready to sleep with them as well ... And to back up this revoew i will post photos and videos !!!!!!!! The leasing office is always under new management there is always someone new in the office .... They are very rude .... They do not come to fix things there is a big ant problem aswell they will find every way possible to find you for something or to take back your unit .... They will lose your money andbcharge you lots of late fees yhey will try to enter your home without your consent There has been fights along with stolen property dont want things on your patio and to put in storage units but wont fix a bad ant problem most of them have .one of the people in the office was fired previously for stealing is back at the office is a bad place to move save your money and look elsewhere. ..this place could cost you your life at the rate this place is being ran Photos will be posted to back up statements The one about the nake might be hard to see because we tried to use a bucket to push it out to the patio

I usually dont write reviews but for those who are smart enough to read a review before renting (none like me) I think you should know some things. First off I was promised a 2bdrm for around $700 move in date November 1. My notice from my last place was put in and I've already paid all my fees to move in. Last minute my apartment mysteriously was sold so they offer me a "fully upgraded" apartment. I accepted because in all actuality I had no where else to go. The catch was the rent is now $1000. I spoke with a manager because that was no where near the amount I was looking to pay let alone nothing was fully upgraded!!!! She said she would help me out and she qent down to $900 once again I didnt have much choices so I accepted. I move in around the 22 of November and it took maintenance a good two weeks (after I called repeatedly left messages and filled out work orders) to replace my stove inwhich I could not close. The paint job was horrible, cracks and chips were all over the walls and floor, and I was missing items (ie shower rod, light bulb in hallway, nails from cabinets etc.) This apartment was not ready for move in at all!!!! Overall the apartments and nice and spacious they just dont put any effort into them or work that needs to be done......They over charge you every month!!!......And the never know who you are going to nice one, the "Im going to tell you anything" one, the "as long as I talk over you and smile" because Im right one, or the "simply I just dont want to be here" one. My friends live across the street at their sister property and they said they suck as well. So not only do you not know who you are going to talk to or deal with have fun with actually getting in touch with them because when i say they NEVER they NEVER pick up the phone!! I would call standing right in the office something and the ringer is damn near on mute and everybody walking pass the phone but nobody is busy. Im so ready to move Im thinking about buying out my lease I dont care what they charge me. Word of advice if the property management does not change after this dated review dont rent from them or any of their sister properties EVER!!! The best thing about the apartment shockingly is the neighbors lol.

I HAVE LIVED IN THESE APARTMENTS FOR 3 YEARS, SINCE I HAVE BEEN THERE MANAGEMENT HAS CHANGED 6 TIMES, THERE HAS BEEN 3 OR MORE KILLINGS, SHOOTINGS ALL THE TIME, DRUGS, DRUGS, DRUGS AND MORE DRUGS. PEOPLE HAVE GOTTEN ROBBED AND ASSAULTED IN THE PARKING LOT. NO SECURITY. LOUD NEIGHBORS ARE OUT OF CONTROL UP ALL NIGHT IN AND OUT. POTHOLES IN THE PARKING LOT THAT MANAGEMENT WONT FIX . MAINTENANCE MEN ARE GOOD HARD WORKERS. OVERPRICED APARTMENTS TO BE SCARED TO GO TO YOUR VEHICLE WITHOUT THE FEAR OF BEING ROBBED OR A LOOSE BULLET ROAMING THE PARKING LOT.
