The rent is ridiculously high for they type of apartment these are. They completely shut off the water for more then 12 hours at a time without notice. Dumpsters are always over flooding. They store their stoves under the stairs at plain sight for days and days. They NEVER answer the phone in the office. They shut off the water without notice on a Sunday 8PM it's now Monday 7AM & not water WHAT THE ---- man SAVE YOURSELF

      so far in the time that i have lived here everything has been great. i don't have any complaints other then the visitor parking. registration is a pain. i understand why it needs to be done but come to find out the same vehicle cannot visit more then 3 times a month. a bit inconvenient. but as stated before everything else has been great. office staff is always friendly and helpful and the property is always well kept. maintenance is always very attentive and friendly as well.

        I've lived here for three years and management has changed twice. It hasn't been the best. The first year, maintenance was terrible. We would have to request service several times for just one problem. I feel they care more about the appearance of the apartments on the outside rather than what they look like on the inside.

          Here at Windsprint my apartment feels like a home. When I'm in the office talking to the leasing stuff I feel like family. The property is amazing and beautiful from the Dallas cowboy Soccer Field to the amazing gym that's inside the office. The maintenance team is always helpful they definitely get the job done on time every time

                    Ever since I moved in I've gotten very poor maintenance service the new manager said she was trying to work with me when take care of all these issues she had a new maintenance supervisor and at this point I can't even get a call back

                        Horrible treatment, staff not willing and ready to assist tenant,always acting like they know more than any one else. My car was towed few minutes after I parked,reason was I did not register the car online even been a resident and heavily pregnant...I spent almost 500$ to get my car back.

                          Overall, it's an OK apartment. One thing I don't like is that they did not inform us up front that we have to pay for water, trash and pets control. We found out on the day we sign the lease. Average about $130 per month.

                            I lived here 4 years and this place is terrible. We had 3 different people live above us over the years, 2 of them were extremely loud, arguing, kids running, bouncing ball at all hours of the night. Walls are very thin you could here every word they said, including when the man would beat the woman, we've called the police several times for this. The apartment staff never did anything about the neighbors even after these incidents. Our dishwasher broke, it took them about 6 months to finally fix it. Most of the front office staff are very rude and have ignored me while I was in the office. As for amenities the pool is rarely open and the "gym" is very very small and only accessible during office hours (9am-5pm) , but they did fix up the playground & dog park. While living at Windsprint a man was fatally shot in the head and on another occasion a man was robbed and shot in broad daylight. On top of that there have been many shootings. When we first moved on we had a Labrador retriever, she was very sweet and playful, she would sometimes sit on our porch and enjoy the sun, they called the dog pound on her, and had her removed from the property. After 3 1/2 years of living here they fined us for anything, for example you could not have plants on your porch and they fined us for that. These are not safe apartments for you and your family, I do not advise you live here unless you are prepared to take on what comes with it.

                              I love this apartment complex. The maintence staff and office staff always help with any need or problem I have. The layout of my apartment is more laid out like a house, than a normal apartment and I love it's character!

                                Location is good it's close to everything. Grounds are always clean and maintance is good. What they need is security. There's times that I've left for work early on the weekends and people are walking around the parking lot looking in the cars.

                                    It's a quiet community. The staff is friendly and helpful. Nice view of the pool. I wish the pool was deeper than 4 ft tho. The apartment is pretty cozy and I like the fact that my fan is controlled by a remote.

                                      The change in the management is the best move that's been made. The team that has taken over actually care about the residents. The grounds look better,more taken care of. I'm just currently waiting on getting access to the work out room after office hours. One of the reasons we chose here was the workout room, but since I drive so far for work I get home later than I would like. It didn't allow time for to workout.

                                        I believe this a great community, the staff is great, the area is not too bad, and the upkeep is pretty good. The office staff is amazing and the neighbors and fun to be around. I would say there are some nuances such as kids being noisy, the placement of the washer and dryer is in an inconvenient location, and the maintenance staff could be more reliable but I can tell the management of the apartment complex are working on making this community better.

                                          Windsprint is a great community to live in, management is courteous, nice and down to earth. Whatever problems I had got fixed in a timely fashion. Police patrols the area so kids can play outside without harm. I recommend Windsprint.

                                            I am so far liking the community. The area seems quiet but I've only been here 5 days. Overall the cleanliness of the apartment was great although I though the advertisement said all updated renovated I did not have a microwave and only my appliance were black the cabinets are white throughout the apartment.

                                                Dont like it. Maintenance never does anything. They promise things but never does it cant get new or upgrades on anything. Dog park never cleaned it always stink the cleaning crews blow grass and dirt on yoir cars
