Maintenance is horrible!!!!! The job skill of the maintenance men is very poor. They that they are required to do the minimum repairs. This is ridiculous the heat coming from the vent is 95? But the temperature in my front bedroom is 58? due to the extreme need of all windows and doors to be winterized. The maintenance man says that all he can do is only check the heat and if the heat is working that is all he is required to do. That in the winter the upstairs apartment a very cold and in the summer the upstairs apartment a very hot. This should be fixed if it is common knowledge that maintenance and office staff know. To me this is poor customer service and it causes a high electric bill for your tenants.

    People in the mgmt office are kinda rude now. Charging for blinds in a place that did not have new blinds 4 yrs ago when we moved in is a bit CHEAP! I would NOT tell anyone to move here. We have been treated like crap here a cpl times. Even contacted YOU in regards to a prob here. No reply on your side Milestone! Yall care about $$$ not people!

        Im new, but so far it has been good. Staff is real friendly and community is quiet. I had an issue with towing on the community, but I called the office and they were able to get everything straightenout in timely manner.

          Since living here i have had to become an extreme neat freak to get the roaches down to a minimum. They were everywhere when we moved in a month ago. We had a small AC fire, thank goodness nothing was damaged. We had to submit 2 service requests before maintenance came out and fixed the holes in the walls. They still have not completed painting over the patches. I have no idea if any other tenant is having as much issues as we are but we are definitely not renewing out lease here. Its sad that we are able to decide that only after a month of living here. We were hoping to stay at these apartments until we were ready to buy a house but thats not going to happen. We are so sick of moving but this is not tolerable to us. They neighbors are loud and ------. Car alarms go off all day long! and someone constantly bangs on the neighbors door at 1am shaking our whole apt. If we end up getting robbed we are breaking our lease and moving out ASAP! Also this is the first apartment i have had where there are no single sided deadbolts on your door. Which is weird considering the amount of bad reviews and burglary complaints this complex has. I had lived in ------ apartments before but this is the only one i have had any issues with.

            all I can say is my apartment always smell wear when I don't even smoke. I wish I can get a different apartment because every weekend I have to go somewhere else so we wont get that wear smell all day specially at night.

                The community is quiet and safe. Maintenance does a great job with responding to service requests, and they always clean up after the work that they do. The new online rent system makes paying rent fast, easy and secure.

                  Once you sign the lease...

                  Once you sign the lease paperwork the office pretty much forgets about you. The apartment has roaches, the service request takes forever to be done, all around I can not wait until my move out date!

                          My boyfriend and I lived here almost a year ago for only a couple of months and we had a wonderful experience. It's nice and spacious at a very good price and a great place to live. Even though sometimes it can be noisy I loved living here and would recommend to anybody. We broke our lease but thanks to Yolanda we were able to work things out to where we're able to come back, hopefully! I made sure if I ever had a problem I would talk to Yolanda because the staff was dry and uncaring. We are currently looking to move in a few months and are considering moving back to Windsprint. This is the first time I've ever had anything nice to say about any apartment complex and Windsprint once again is recommended by me!

                              OK where to start this was the worst apartment I have ever lived in the staff is rude the maintenance crew never shows up till you call the 4 or 5 times. I had the staff open my door to place flyers on the inside of my door with out knocking. I had my car broken into 3 times while living here. The cops told the the third time they where tired of coming out to this complex and took my report over the phone. Neighbors apartment had the door kicked and many other tenants complained about this but nothing was done to increase security despite promises of it.I went out and bought a gun to feel safer and a car alarm which I was given a noise complaint by the management for. Now on to the roaches the apartment was infested and the grounds of the apartment complex where usually covered in broken beer bottles and trash all around. Avoid this place at all cost unless you like living with roaches and having to worry about you and your family's safety.

                                  Quiet? Please. All the sudden the reviews became so GREAT. Cops are at the complex all the time! I am not renewing my lease. I read the reviews when I moved in last year & thought it can't be that bad. Trust me when I say DO NOT move in. The management is rude and inconsiderate.

                                      My family and I have lived here for almost 4 years. We are moving out, not because we're unhappy, but because we're purchasing a house. The maintenance crew is awesome. They're very knowledgable and will not quit until they have resolved your problem, even if it's time for them to go home. They are truely dedicated to their craft. The office staff is lead by a highly dedicated manager who is determine in creating a fun and safe place for her tenants. She has and continues to work diligently in ridding the property of the rif-raf and trouble makers. She always have the kids in mind when she's plans for any and all events. I love that she has a monthly crime watch meeting. The office staff is incredible. They always greet you with a smile on their face and are always readily available to assist you. We are truely going to miss them because they make you feel like family.

                                          Worst Apartments ever!!! waste of money! maintenance sucks! had them come in my apartment because of a clog in my tub and the maintenance didnt want to start on it just because according to him it was 5 which wasn't. they still had 40 min to start doing something but they left and I had to call mad becasue of this till they came back I'm not paying rent just for them not to do their work! >:( and ROACHES they never came to do nothing till I called a man to do me that favor to get rid of this nasty creatures!

                                            Where do I even start? My family and I were supposed to move in about 2 weeks ago. They screwed us over about the apartment being ready (wasn't ready for another week) but every apartment does that. We get the key and find out that the apartment is on the second floor, not the first like we were promised. The lady Avonda is such a sweet, caring person. She is the only bright spot over there (seriously, she was amazing.) When we finally walked into the apartment we saw a roach skidaddling around on the carpet. Big deal I thought, 1 squish and we're good. Then saw one on the fridge crawling down. The only nice things were the upgraded appliances, but that was like putting lipstick on a pig. Then we walked into the kitchen and saw that disgusting trap they left us. There was a roach having fun sliding up and down the side of the tub, roaches on the walls, JUST A COMMUNITY OF ROACHES! We told them we didn't want the apartment and to find us something new, and she tells us there is an apartment "that's actually on this side of the complex". W T F is that supposed to mean? I had already had a feeling that we were getting played because the complex is somewhat sectioned off...I thought we were on the side of the 1 beds. or something but I guess that's where all the bs happens..DON'T MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS!! And unlike other ppl that might be on here, we didn't even move in so there is no "you don't pay your rent on time", or anything. You think you're getting a good price for alot of space, but when you walk in you realize what a mistake you've made. DO.NOT.DO.IT!!!!! Only reason we gave service 4 stars was because of Avonda, she was pretty nice and caring.

                                            THEY DONT FIX ANYTHING

                                            I AM GOING INTO MY SECOND YEAR AND THEY WANT ME TO SIGN A NEW LEASE...I THINK NOT!!! THE MAINTENCE STAFF HERE IS TERRIBLE THEY SMILE IN YOUR FACE AND ACT LIKE THEY ARE DOING THE WORK BUT THEY DONT. I HAVE MADE SEVERAL CONPLAINTE TO THE MANAGEMTNT COMPANY AND STILL NOTING IS WORKING THE APT. MANAGER EVEN HAD THE NERVE TO COME INTO MY APARTMENT TALKING ABOUT THE SMELL (N WHICH WAS COMING FROM THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL IN WHICH I HAD MADE SEVERALY COMPLAINTS ABOTU IT NOT WORKING AND THE NATS THAT APPEARED BECAUSE OF A LEAK FROM MY UPSAIRS BATHROOM BECAUSE THE TUB LEAKING FROM THE BOTTOM WHICH EVENTUALLY CAUSED A WHOLE FORM IN MY LIVING ROOM BECASE IT WAS JUST THAT HEAVY. I ENCOURAHE NO ONE TO MOVE HERE THE SIZE OF THE APARTMANT IS EXCELLENT AND ALSO THE FLOOR PLAN BUT IF SOMETNING IS WRONG THAT WONT FIX IT. LAST YEAR WHEN I SIGNED MY LEASE I WAS PROMISED SO MUCH AND STILL UNTIL THIS DAY NOTING HAS BEEN DONE.

                                              DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!

                                              When my husband and I came to these apartments the staff made you feel like you were getting a good price for a good amount of space provided..the apartment was huge compared to the other apartments we looked at..like they all say "you get what you pay for"..the first few months we lived at these apartments things seemd ok as time passes we started realizing things in the apartment were going down hill,the A/c went out and when we called the office they said that someone was going to come and fix it..they never did they would put it off and kept telling us that they will get to it..another thing is that there would be roaches everywhere in the kitchen. I went crazy trying to clean everything thinking that this would at least help get rid of them..my husband and I even went to the extent of Fogging the roaches out..all that happend is they would be gone for a few hours and be back again..and when the exterminater with the apartments came to spray the apartment they would only spray where they can see not on the side of the fridge or on the side of the oven where open cracks are and where roaches can hide..doors would come off the hindges..the ceiling would leak when it would rain plus it would have a huge stain because of the rain..when they said that the office doesnt do anything they really mean it.

                                                Someone Who You Should Listen TO iS ME!

                                                I lived here, and when I first came in to look, they had a great price and good amount of space, But when I moved in. I could never ever get in contact with management. Somebody broke into my neighbors apt. Every, I mean every night, there was a bunch of young teens fighting outside. They always seem to wait until like 12 am to come out and fight and party. I could swear I heard gun shots. People are outside with their music sky high, parked right next to your car, so you feel uneased thinking they might mess with your car. There are roaches, in the kitchen, no matter how well you try and clean the kitchen thinking it would make them go away. They wont. No need to report it to managment because they WILL NOT DO A DAMN THING ABOUT IT!!! This was the wrost place I ever lived. I broke my damn lease. I was not safe there.
