Management within the office is always changing. So if you have concerns/issues it may not be communicated properly. It is difficult to get anyone to answer calls and emails when needed. Maintenance is reliable depending on the team. You can't put in multiple requests as they won't complete all of them.

Its okay I lived in my apart like3 months now I would love for them to come get there equipment out my storage closet I would love for them to fix the walk way to th side walk it gets muddy a lot of people walk to the store it's not a clear walk way

Horrible. 9 days this last summer with no AC, they cannot keep up with the spare key to my apartment, that is a huge security issue for me. Manager is not helpful, not friendly and a liar. Maintenance staff is scary and talks abusively to women

Do Not Rent Here. This Place Needs To Be Closed Down. These Apartments Is Infested With Roaches, Flies, Gnats And Mold. They Don't Answer The Phone, Barely Handle Maintenance Issues And They Do Nothing To Help Besides Catch Attitudes And Gossip. They Will Hound You For Your Rent Payments But Ignore You For Anything Else. RENT SOMEWHERE THAT'S WORTH IT!

I was here before the it switched over. It started ok but recently it's as bad as it's ever been. For example I am currently missing a door knob to the my front door. It's been weeks. Maintenance is non existent, there a dish towel in the front door to cover up the hole where the door knob use to be. How did it happen the door knob fell off I have it to to show why and how it happened. I went to the office yesterday to remind them about the missing door knob the young man said he'll try and have someone look at it. I have a work order for it it's been 2 weeks. He said maintenance has 80 work orders open as the reason nobody has replaced the door knob.

The website has one price for rent , but the office tell you a different price. Also, it charges for other things not listed on the website. They have you to pay water for their use of the sprinkler system.

I have been here for a long time. Overall they have worked with me and kept me and my family with a home. I do feel like for the amount i pay i should have updated appliances since ive been here almost 4 years i still have all the old appliances but yet my rent has went up tremendously. In the summer time my 2nd floor gets extremely hot and theres not enough vents upstairs to keep it cool. But overall the staff has been kind and understanding and i appreciate them.

I hate it here worst mistake i have made so far this year. I saw the inside of the apartments online and they were nice but there are a lot of things that need to be worked on the outside of my door is always disgusting i have complained about it no fix i still haven't received my trash can it's just not a good place to live it's loud at times and the tenants here are not very clean I'm truly sad that i signed a 14 month lease here counting down the days until i can move on with my life

Well, they describe themselves as luxurious apartments. They are not. I have explored and looked at many luxurious apartments and they were just that. Elliot Windsprint is not. They still have much work and renovation to do. I had to upgrade and pay more money for a different apartment Than what I was supposed to live in. It was because when I walked in, it looked like a demolition site. It was just awful and I would never live there. Then this upgraded one has an old carpet sliding glass doors that I have to pull onto to get shut Closets with old-fashioned doors. Popcorn ceilings and basically no fans, ceiling fans in the apartment but one. Where are mailboxes are located there is no light so when someone else comes there when you're trying to get your mail, you feel like you're being approached by a criminal. Because you can't see anything including the keyhole for your mailbox key! People who live here have no respect for their own property that they are renting and throw trash everywhere. It's embarrassing. There ought to be fines for when people are caught and not picking up after themselves or using the trash receptacles.

Don't move here! If you call for emergency services they are not coming and the assistant manager stands bye there decision, work orders will be closed out and repairs not done, you pay monthly fee for pest control services and office will only send them when they is a infestation and he only going to come maybe three times, maintenance doesn't work on electrical issues so be prepared for that. Water will still run when it rains so expect a 50.00 x three water bill.

The requesting with the maintenance team is taking a lot of time to fix the things in my apartment. The garbage on my neighbors' doors is horrible and lasts for days and gives a very bad impression to the apartments.

I have been in silent torment. I feel that I am stuck n an expensive prison. My rate fluctuates. It has never been the amount on my lease. I have suffered many financial losses due to flooding from upstairs unit. 4 new leaks active currently on this holiday. On one of the earlier instances I was promised reimbursement for electricity used during the 7 day span high powered fans were placed to dry the unit and have never received. The prior occupants notified me of why they left and sent me pics of all the mold and damages in this unit prior to my move in. I have also submitted inquiries of mold, maintenance came and painted over the spot and told me that it was not mold. That spot is now returning. The lost goes on....

My experience in this community has been terrible. Maintenance work orders are ignored and closed out without the job being completed, and the office staff is not responsive. My apartment is infested with roaches and water bugs, and the pest control service they use has not been able to resolve this issue. Therefore, unfortunately, I'm living with roaches. I put in a work order to have my kitchen drawer fixed over four months ago, and as of today, it has not been fixed. They just keep closing the work order without fixing the issue. I have lived in several different apartment communities and this is by far the worst I have lived in.

I have no complaints, the staff is great and I feel safe. I Love the activities they have to get the community together. Everything is centrally located(stores). Maintenance comes at aTimely manor. Pest control needs to come more often, is my only complaint

It takes forever for maintenance to fix things and they have raised the rent which is OK for the updated apartments but not for the outdated apartments. They also have a pest problem that they can't seem to get rid of in all of the buildings even though we pay a monthly pest control fee.

Pretty safe, the maintenance needs help, roaches in the apartments need to be dealt with, the pest control isn't good, trash collection that you pay for doesn't exist. You pay a lot to get the basics. Schools aren't the best and there's not many things for the kids to do. The pool is very small and clean most of the time. The onsite grills are inoperable. The lighting at night isn't the best. Good thing bad guys aren't nearby.

Well, the community is alright. The apartment complex is very close to my kids school and it's very convenient to have a grocery store within walking distance from the apartment. The neighbors are quiet and to themselves, so overall this is a good place to live.

My experience has been horrible. Just ready for my lease to be over with so that I can move out. The apartment was not ready on the day I moved in and was rushed. The cleaning people were still in the apartment when I started moving in my things and were pretty much in my way. They half cleaned stuff in the apartment. I still had to go behind them and re-clean some stuff. The apartment is roach infested and I have pictures. I also have spiders and ants from time to time. I asked to transfer to a different apartment and was told that I would have to pay a transfer fee of $500 which I refuse to pay because I had just not too long moved into this apartment. I just think for the rent price that this apartment should have been much nicer.

Windsprint's customer service used to be excellent before Elliot WinSprint customer service agents arrived. They are not helpful at all. The follow up on issues are very delayed or don't get addressed.

Windsprint apartments have been absolutely awful. We have a roach infestation and we have to beg the office for anyone to show up. The maintenance requests through the app are a joke and never get fulfillled. We pay too much money in rent to share our home with roaches.

This Complex I will refer anyone to visit and to make this home, this is the best to me, it's peaceful and quiet, I can walk to my door without being afraid. When I have an issue I get assistance, and the Young ladies in the office are the Best. I can call this Home
