In the last 6 months management changed, to Raquel with her team. It turned upside down! I had a/c broken for half the time I was here, I had to wait weeks before my request came but now everything gets done so fast and efficiently. Parking is good , I'm at the corner luckily so it's not an issue. There's crime but if you lock your cars it's ok, just do your due diligence ; There's no random people walking around . And cops stroll, most people Have lived here for years so we all take care of each other

The manager lacks customer service. My apartment wasn't ready on time & is in poor condition. More than a week after move in things still haven't been fixed. Pool is closed indefinitely, though no one mentioned that prior to leasing. I do NOT recommend Windsprint!

Had no problems. Been here a few years and will be here for many more. Rent could be cheaper for a one bedroom but it is what it is. I really like my apartment. Still decorating it. I do recommend Winsprint to a friend.

Since i moved in here everything is very fine. The apartments are well parted, spacious and so quiet. I love staying here, security is maintained and the office staff are friendly. I can recmmennd whoever is willing to move here dont hesitate.

Easy rental process. Has been convenient for our needs. Management is responsive and attempts to assist when necessary. We have not had any major concerns and when we had maintenance issues they were addressed in a timely manner

I wish I could move forward with no stars and I should have trusted the reviews! Maintenance doesn't even live on the property! You're about to find out why! I signed my lease on June 1st, 2019. I physically moved in on June 2nd! While cooking on June 3rd I noticed 1 or 2 gnats but didn't think anything of it. Thought it was from a neighbor's apartment or something. Then I looked under my sink on the 4th of June and noticed an active plumbing leak and enough standing/sitting water to attract all kinds of insects/bugs. While looking under the sink, I saw A LOT of gnats and immediately called maintenance. They came the next day and stopped the leak, but the gnats remained! June 7th, I went and hand wrote a maintenance request for the baseboard to be changed immediately! They then said that if they put in the order, Windsprint will just put a board on top of the one that's already there! I told him that was unacceptable! Time went by and nothing happened! The doors kept coming off and almost falling on me and my son. I keep my house clean! I have a phobia against bugs! I had to set up traps for the gnats! I got more and more gnats everyday! I couldn't even cook! It took 3 months and a complaint to city code enforcement to get this resolved! They still haven't fixed the door in my son room! Then I found bed bugs in March of this year and reported it to them! It took them an entire week to send out pest control for an inspection! When they came out they claimed they didn't see anything. Then the NOW office manager tried to tell me I was going to pay for it if pest control kept saying they didn't see any "activity". I had to tell them over 5/6 times to have someone come when I am here so I could show them the bed bugs! Once that FINALLY happened, I showed them where they were and they started the treatment about 2 weeks after that! So mind me, I spent over 2 weeks in a hotel and at my family house for the rest of that time! SMH! They were set to do a total of 3 treatments. The last one wasn't done because they didn't "see" any eggs or activity. I am not aware of how to treat bed bugs so I assumed that was fine because I hadn't seen anything. In between these treatments I have been washing EVERYTHING in my home. Vacuuming and all. Making sure the house stayed clean. All of my stuff stayed on the balcony the entire time because my apartment isn't big enough to move everything out of the way for them to do the treatments and that's what pest control told me to do. The third treatment was supposed to be done about a week prior to 5/23/2019 but wasn't because no activity was seen AT THE TIME as mentioned before. However, since then I had some bites on my arm and didn't think anything of it. Thought it was a mosquito bite or something and put some anti itch cream on it. But then I saw the same bites on my other arm and immediately submitted a request on 5/23/2019. NOTHING WAS DONE and the request remained open. I couldn't see the bugs at that time but I knew I wasn't crazy. I then submitted the request two more times about 2 days later (mind me this is after I renewed my lease because my son wanted to go to the same school and it's his last year of elementary) with a photo of the eggs around my headboard. I KNEW THEY WEREN'T GONE THAT EASY. I also told the office after the first treatment that my couch and bed were not treated like the pest control guy told me it would be when he came to do the inspection where I showed him the beg bugs. I filed a complaint with the city for the bed bugs and I am withholding rent! Because I chose to do that, they chose to file for eviction against me! Trying to say that I am at fault and responsible for the bed bugs even though they already accepted fault and paid for the initial treatments! So now that they are aware the treatments did't work, the office manager and regional manager want to try another type of treatment that costs over $700 and try to force me to pay for what they already accepted fault for! NOT GONNA HAPPEN! They will open and close tour work order without doing anything!

Unstable management team. I had mold and a flooding problem causing me and my two infants/toddler to have to sleep in the living room for over 60 days and management took their sweet time to make something happen. It's on the 3rd month and repairs to my apartment still isn't complete.

The community is safe and friendly. They are have security patrols that monitors the environment. I have never experienced stealing or fighting in the community. The leasing office staffs are all friendly and welcoming.

They have always be diligent in the work needed. The office is nice and the front desk lady is so polite and caring making it really nice and comfortable for any needs you have. I would have no problem referring my friends to live here you get alot for the price.

It was great until so many overturns in management which means they are not aware of what's going on and tenants have to suffer due to the fact y'all can't keep a stable stuff which includes maintenance that is short on staff all the time and I will not be renewing my lease ever even if it was free to stay there!!!!!!!!!!

This are a perfect size apartments and the rent is not bad for a 2 bedroom 973$. now This is a community that has a lot of vandalism and theft, the property does very little to keep the community safe and the management is horrible

Maria front desk clerk was awesome. When new management came in Mrs Paxton she is amazing as well. They are understandable and take care of you. Then the maintainence man Wayne is also he comes right on and fix any problem that needed to be done.

When my husband and I first rented this place we were excited. The grounds looked decent and the apartments we were showed looked great. Looks can be deceiving! We rented a two bedroom two bath that was suppose to be ready for move in, the day we moved in there was construction being done and it would be another 3 weeks before it was completely finished AFTER we moved in. There was damage in the kitchen that was repaired by my husband after we were told it can't be repaired. They painted the countertops in the kitchen, which the guy who did it, left his own cup markings while the paint was still wet. The front door had to be replaced, which took them another month to get done, the front door looked like it was kicked in. I posted a picture of the master bath lavatory, which you can see is all busted up, but was replaced with a kitchen sink. Granted a lot was taken care of, however, the first two months we were here, we had to deal with management on a daily basis to get things done. After most of that was done, we lived with the awful smell of sewage stench for 6 months, was told it's been taken care of, I still smell it sometimes. I've repeatedly asked them to put new light bulbs in the parking lot since a lot of them are out now, that was before my husband's van got broken into. Management has been told and they still don't do anything about it. Then they decided to bring in a new management team that decided to go with a new towing company. Since the parking lot has been repainted, which is a joke, they moved or took out the guest parking spaces. So management now expects our guests, like my 73 year old mother to park out in the street when she visits. I'm beside myself on how this management company expects to keep good residents after all the nightmares they put us through. They don't care and don't care if you stay or go, I went in to make a verbal complaint, they handed me a 60 day notice form to fill out. I said, GOOD, lose good paying residents. During our entire stay here, we were late one time. BEWARE! Do your homework before deciding to move to Windsprint Apartments.

I love with Windsprint Apartments. Management is amazing and prompt. The grounds are always clean, and there are never any disturbance in the area. It's always quiet and all of my neighbors are extremely friendly. I will sign my 3rd lease this year.

I have never had to deal with such an unprofessional and disrespectful people. Their corporate office is obviously condoning the actions of the office staff. I was paid up for the entire month and had the locks changed before my PAID rent was up for the month. I actually had almost 2 weeks and not just that I couldn't even access the mail box because they informed the postal office that the apartment was vacant when in fact I was paid for the rest of the month. I have had nothing but the worst experiences with this location from tube tile literally crumbling to mold water leaks doors falling off Hodges. I placed multiple work orders that never were completed but the apartments want me to pay. It took them over a month to respond and that was me calling their corporate office. DO NOT LEASE FROM THIS PROPERTY. I am still in shock how they are still able to operate bit I see they keep firing people so I guess thay use them as the escape of address the real issues. I have retained an attorney and refuse to allow this to happen if not to me maybe it will help someone else. I can not believe this place is allowed to operate. The health department housing inspectors seriously need to look into the real issues of the apartment complex. The worst services ever. I added a picture and this was literally after they paid to have the tube resurface. Terrible unhealthy and a down right shame.

Everything is online. Fees are triple online than money orders. Mainetence requests may or not get taken care of. Outdated and broken appliances. Mold leaks. And no screens on windows or doors. But for the price is what it is.

Been living here 2 months now and my experience has not been good. Maintenance won't come and fix anything and they won't return phone calls. I'm not a hard person to get along with but I believe that if I am paying you rent I should be able to be comfortable in my own apartment and that's not what I am getting.

I like the area and the community but it is not really worth the money I'm aware that this community use to be government and not much has changed except the high --- prices and they are not worth it but I intend to sign a new lease this month

The apartments are nice. I experienced an issue with the property website. The website availability is not accurate with the units that are actually available and the floor plans do not match. Overall my experience so far with the apartments have been okay.

Leaks, leaks, leaks! I have experienced ceiling leaks and wall leaks like no other. I believe the building was built in the 80s. The exterior is while kept or IT WAS before the new maintenance and management started. Kim and Chris did good at keeping up with the outdoor appearance. Goodluck finding a home apartment hunters, I couldn't call Windsprint a home! Didn't even want to hang a picture up or decorate :(

This community has continued to go down hill with each new management group that has come in. There is less concern now then before. I have been made to live with termites in my unit for over a year. I have yet to get one thing that I have turned in as an issue fixed.

Windsprint apartments is a safe, clean, and wonderful place to raise children. They offer great amenities and the staff is great. They are extremely helpful always willing to assist the extra mile. My child is very close to his school. And I love the lication because I am close to all the convenient shops.

For a couple of months now things have been ok.Before I was not happy at all to be here, its been ok, but still will be moving when my lease us up. You all don't treat housing people fair, I have the most meessed up apartment here.

The staff is polite and works to resolve the few issues I have had quickly. With the new management company that has been here in the past year they upgraded the gym and pool area. I only wished the gym was open from like 5am to 9pm. Is only open during Business hours.

My apartment was supposed to be fully upgraded and it's partially upgraded. It wasn't move in ready. Now nothing can be done since I'm in the apartment now. It's looks nothing like I was told it would.
