This is an awesome place to live! The views and amenities are amazing. The grounds are always so neat and manicured. I love the events that are held each month. My daughter and I look forward to attending more events!

The website was very helpful and full of information. There were plenty of pictures to get a good sense of what the apartment looked like inside and out. Price rates where also available to show if it was even in my price range before wasting my time calling.

Kept very clean and nice on outside. Maintenance is quick and nice. Office employees are easy to talk to. Pools are kept clean. Parking is a little rough at times. But overall great community. Very nice amenities.

I love the location and the layout of these apartments. There is plenty of natural light and the finishes are acceptable, even if they are a little older. The value is still a winner! I also appreciate the incredible quiet that comes with the greenbelt.

The Verandah is an excellent community and value. The place is clean and safe, the pool is amazing (and there are two of them!), the fitness center is well-kept, there's plenty of parking, it's pet-friendly, you can pay rent online, maintenance is solid, the staff is friendly, no real complaints at all. Haven't attended any of their office events yet so can't speak to those, but it's a great place to live overall.

Very satisfied. I've had only positive experiences with the maintenance team and the office staff is always friendly and accommodating. I ony have 2 concerns. There are not enough parking spaces & I was told 2 years ago that they would be re lined. It still hasn't been started. Also, the stairwells need to be power washed more often; we shouldnt have to complain in order to have this service. But...I've lived here for almost 10 years & enjoy the quiet and the aesthetics.

Office staff is nice/maintenance request are filled in timely manner/grounds are kept up to date and nice. The gate at the fronts are not always working and makes people nervous when people can drive straight in without a code or fab.

I was online 1 day looking for somewhere decent an inexpensive place to live and just so happen I ran up on Verandah at Grandview Hills and I wanted something with a garage to protect my car and it was such a blessing to be able to find those apartments and I've been there ever since and I'll be there for a while hopefully

I have really enjoyed living here. The quality of the apartment is great for the cost, and having the option for an attached garage is great. Grounds are beautiful. I only wish there was not a 1 pet limit - but that is my only complaint.

Really great place to live. I have been here for more than 10 years, and have seen some management changes, but the current management and office staff are great. The maintenance team is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely responsive. The pool is one of the best around.

Most of the time, most of the folks all get along pretty well - sometimes a few will act out but that's just people and they typically don't carry on for long; most of the residents are pretty much "live and let live"

I love it here! Great amenities. Office staff always helpful. Maintenance is excellent. Grounds very well keep. Location close to anything you may need. Canyon views are beautiful and sunsets are gorgeous.

I absolutely love living here. The apartments are spacious and well kept. The floorplans are larger than other complexes i the area. The neighbors are friendly. The office staff are always pleasant and responsive. I highly recommend The Verandah.

Apartments, staff, and pricing is good. Some issues with maintenance requests but for the most part great. It is just the communication and follow through that is lacking in that category. Office staff is great.

Until recently this absolutely was the best place I have ever lived. Love love loved it here. Now I have some VERY loud and rude people that live above me and now it's a nightmare. I can't wait until my lease is up and I'm running away fast

It has always been a great community, and we have recommended many friends move here, of which many have. The community is always kept well, and the front office staff is incredibly friendly. I highly recommend the Verandahs.

I'm so happy to be here. Love my floor plan and my canyon view. Office and maintenance staff is exceptional. Buildings need outside painting. Love the resort pool and tropical landscaping. Recycling bins need to be doubled at minimum. Most times the bin is completely full.

Best apartment I have ever been with. Always clean and well maintained. Great pool and clubhouse. Very spacious apartments. Staff is very friendly. Trash is always picked up and the landscape is always taken care.

It's a nice quiet community. However they don't maintain the landscaping except at front of complex. There are no community events except maybe an occasional free breakfast. The appliances aren't up to date and AC units have had multiple issues. However the crown molding and big tubs and preserve views make for a nice living space!

Great location and good price for the value! I've been very content here. Only issues are a lack of parking available (without purchasing a garage) and the occasional loud neighbor. Otherwise, it's great!

The Verandah is a fantastic apartment community. The staff is involved in keeping residents happy and safe, the amenities make you feel like you are staying at a spa, the apartments themselves are an incredible size for the price, and the neighbors are an ideal amount of neighborly.

My car was part of a hit and run in the community. It's cost me $1000's to fix. It's frustrating that the security is lacking by the gates. I will never know who hit my car because the Verandah does not have enough cameras in my opinion.

Overall, my family has had a great experience at this apartment complex. Finding affordable quality housing in Austin is tough. We feel lucky to have found this complex. It is close to my kids' schools and my work. The complex is clean and friendly. My kids love the pools and we spend quite a bit of time in them during the summer. I love that the Movie House Theater and various restaurants are within walking distance. We even have a dentist within walking distance. Being at this complex has made our transition to Austin a much more enjoyable experience.
