Unfortunately, I didn't use the apartment rating to find my current living facility. My experience so far has been good besides minor infraction with a staff member. I spoke to management who eased my concerns. I appreciate the staff for hosting events to get to know each other in our community.

My experience is well above expectations. I always feel at home as soon as i drive into the complex. The apartment staff and maintenance team is very friendly and courteous, they keep the complex well maintained and are always quick to help out when needed. As for the quality of the apartment, there are no words. The place is absolutely beautiful, with very nice and up to date amenities. And to top it all off, the neighbors are very courteous to one another and quiet. What more could you ask for?

I learned about The Verandah when I was a locator 12 or so years ago. It quickly became my preferred community to show. Over the years my direction in life changed. I have been a resident for many years now at The Verandah. Through many life changes, they have always worked with me. Over the past couple of years, my life has been enriched by living here. Specifically, Michelle Peterson, Amanda Roberts, Brandy Reeves, Ryan Hoyle, Ken Agnew and Richie Sifuentes. Although, I may not care or agree with all procedures, I have always known, felt and experienced that Michelle has consistently supported me and worked towards making a good "home" for me. Her exact words. Rarely heard outside of the sales arena! I appreciate her and the team that she has built. It's unfortunate that more rental companies don't have this type of attitude. I can't begin to express the sensitivity and support from those like Michelle and her team. My concerns or needs have always been addressed in a timely manner. I've never felt concerned about this team. They take care of me and business completely. "I BLEED THE VERANDAH"

It's a great place to live. The facilities are kept clean and the amenities (pool, gym, etc.) are well maintained. The staff is friendly and attentive and quick to get things done. The apartments themselves are spacious and quiet. A lot more bang for the buck than most anywhere in the city. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is interested in a more secluded but still accessible place to live.

We have NO regrets with choosing Verandah at Grandview Hills as our home. It's very nice and I like the location. The property is very well kept. The office staff is soooo nice! The resort style pool is amazing! We are pleased to have a "drive through" mailbox and a place to wash our own cars/truck! We also enjoy the events thrown by the office for residents! Let's not forget about the bomb fitness center and basketball court!! Cheers to a wonderful property!

My husband and i have loved living here. The apartments are clean and up to date and the view of the canyon is something you can't beat! Everyone in our complex is nice and we have not had any issues. We are happy residents and will continue to live here.

Staff is great. Friendly, helpful. Maintenance is quick to respond. Always see them working outside to keep community clean. Apartment feels more like a home. Love the trees and nature all around. Pretty quiet and peaceful. Some of the inside features of the apartments can use a face lift. No granite counter tops, cabinets are a bit worn in kitchen/bathroom, however, the price for the amount of space you get is good, so if replacing superficial cosmetic things raises the rent, I'd rather not have them. Everything is in good working order, so that's most important. They recently renovated the gym has been very nice. The pool and grounds are awesome too. No issues here really.

Beautiful community, amazing views. Pools and exercise facility are wonderfully maintained. Centrally located. Could use a better parking situation. Far to many speed bumps, really need to remove the double speed bumps.

Overall very happy with living in community. Sometimes neighbors are loud. The morning traffic to exit community can be tedious because there is only one entrance. Staff is always prompt to respond to any maintenance request or inquiry.

Love this community...well maintained,well managed. Community feel ,great views,pet friendly. Usually pretty quiet regarding hearing neighbor noise. Grounds are well maintained and maintenance issues are minimal but addressed quickly.

The staff and the residents are very nice. The amenities offered are great. We especially like the gym and the pools. I do however wish the pools would be skimmed daily. The apartment itself is amazing. We knew we were home instantly.

The rent is fantastic for the area and the complex management and staff is very friendly. Any issues we have had have been addressed promptly and completely. The only real complaint I have is the parking. The way the spots are marked off is very uneven and if it was properly lined could result in a few more parking spots.

I just love the high ceilings and spaciousness of my Apartment. Also, LOTS of closet and storage space. We are right up against a canyon so we have feelings of space surrounding us as well. Not crowded by streets, and it's quiet here. There's lots of foliage, flowers, grass areas, very pleasant. Also, lots of Bar-B-Ques for Families and resident get-togethers, and in the summer people spend time outdoors with their kids & dogs. Really NICE.

I love living here! You really get more bang for your buck. I lived in a two bedroom and then moved into a one bedroom after my roommate moved out. Both apartments were designed beautifully. I would definitely recommend this community to others!

I LOVE living at The Verandah: a quiet, safe, friendly community, nestled against a "green" valley, with lots of trees and landscaping all through it--not just at the entrance. It is exceptionally well-managed--a true rarity. It has a gorgeous (and always clean) Acapulco-style swimming pool (as well as a second "family" pool farther in the complex)! I really like that they frequently host social events for those who want to live a closer sense of community here--communicated in their monthly newsletter (or e-letter). I have enjoyed living in easy access to Lakeline Mall, 183, 2222, the toll road, Cedar Park and most of Austin. In the several years that I have lived here, the staff have ALWAYS handled repair/replacement issues promptly, professionally, and with an extremely positive attitude. The one time that an issue could not be speedily resolved (outside of their control), they consistently kept me "in the loop." The Verandah at Grandview Hills is a wonderful place to live for anyone who doesn't want to live with the encumbrances that come with home ownership or rental. I have no intention of moving!

In addition to the office staff being very friendly and the maintenance staff always being responsive and fully capable, this community is very close (walking distance) to a very nice retail space with a very nice movie theatre (Moviehouse and Eatery), which I love!

When I moved here, I downsized from a 3 bedroom, 3 bath single family home and was looking for a space that was big enough for me to move into. After checking MULTIPLE communities, The Verandah's, by far, offered the most space and amenities (to include an incredible view), for the price. I have lived here happily for 4 years and have recommended this property to several friends and family members! Also, Michelle in management is absolutely amazing and appears to really care about the property as well as the residents.

Beautiful landscaping and pool. Great gym, bigger than other apartment complexes. Staff is friendly but ever changing. There is a weight limit for dogs up to 40lbs, but I'm seeing more dogs that are over that limit so I guess it's not being enforced like it used to. Overall quiet community however there are some people who are not mindful of their actions causing others distress.

This is an extremely well maintained and managed complex. The maintenance crew is stellar and we've never had an issue with the management. The apartments are larger on average than others we looked at with two pools, gym, workout center, along with other perks. Also, the location is awesome... everything you could need is so close i.e. Moviehouse & Eatery, hair salons, ARC, coffee house (right next door) along with every restaurant you could want, and 2 HEB's within a 3-mile radius! Also, in the Best school district. We Love this place!!
