Used to be Class A property with nice amenities and residents were valued. It has changed management companies so many times over the years. The buildings and community haven't been kept up with and it's showing age.

It's a good place to live in best location surrounding the complex. it was nice able to walk with our dogs around. The clubhouse and front foil are very pleasant to relax. The dog park is also cleaning for our pets.

Miata, Ashley, Kelly, and Analeigh are an amazing team! They go above and beyond for our community! Ezra, Robert, Juan, and David are a great maintenance team that have worked here for multiple years! Maintenance team fixes any issues I have quickly and efficiently and the office does follow ups to ensure my happiness.

all good. although it would be nice to put up new fence on trash bins and fine residents that put mattresses, sofas and other things that they leave at the trash location. new good quality appliances would also be nice.

So far so good as for the team and maintenance, they are very nice and caring. However the speed of the maintenance requests, and condition of the unit when first moving in could be better. The community is nice and quiet but it is a much older demographic.

Nice and quiet environment to live in. Staff is super friendly and reliable when met with questions and concerns. Really spacious and clean units ready and available for move-in. I'd recommend poking in and scheduling a tour if looking for a building in the south austin area.

Don't trust what the leasing agents tell you they will lie to you about what's available such as garages and then after they trap you in the lease they will continue to lie about whaylt they said and when it will be ready

Mediocre would be my polite response. I have had multiple issues that were resolved with the bare minimum, staff in the office is rude and unhelpful, always trying to push the blame to the resident instead of taking accountability. Requested to speak with the regional property manager and was never contacted and no follow up was made.

I like this complex. My unit is spacious for a one bedroom which is nice. The only thing I've had an issue with is that the AC needs maintenance at least once every year during the summer. The maintenance crew does a great job at getting it back up and running, but there's only so much they can do

My experience so far has been great from the leasing agents Annalee and Ashley, to Juan from the maintenance staff. The only issue so far is that the front gate is still broken, I know that it wasn't the apartment complex's fault but the City of Austin, just wish that they would fix that.

I love living here. It is well priced clean awesome complex with two beautiful swimming pools and the folks in the front office and the maintenance guys are fantastic The only thing I wish that we could stop people from dumping their mattresses and couches by the dumpsters that looks really ------. Other than that I think the place is fantastic. I love all the big trees and the wildlife that we have in this area.

Maintenance is quick to respond. Amenities offered are nice. Grounds are kept nice. Office staff is quick to respond with any concerns. Good location to get to almost any major traffic artery quickly.

Vista on Brodie It's the best now with this new management. I love them all. Im extremely sad im leaving now that all the noise issues are resolved from 2018 to 2023 was unbearable. Now its the best!

I have been living in this community for 5 years almost and I have witnessed improvement in the installations , pools, pool areas, pavement, landscape, roofing and more. But human wise is a little impersonal , and the maintenance of the stairways and hallways is really deficient . maintenance people are great but they are just too few .

Overall excellent value. There are issues when it comes to communicating & following up with office staff, but issues do get resolved and the maintenance team is great. Benefits of home & community far outweigh the communication issues with office staff.
