Maintenance needs helpto keep up with timing of orders. Appliances could be upgraded in bathrooms and kitchen. Door seals are not sealed. You can literally see outside in cracks when little bugs can fit.

Office staff seems to change quite frequently. Complex grounds are fairly well maintained. Front gate stays broken as much as does working. Exterior of buildings could use a new coat of paint. The parking lot spaces needs to be repainted.

Happy with the location being so close to my university and lots of food options. Staff has been great compared to another apartment complex I had considered working with. Staff was much friendlier and easy to work with. Pool area is incredibly nice. I do wish I had been given a map of the campus in my arrival package.

Great, then not great, now improving. Security was excellent at first, then disappeared, now is not visible but may exist as issues. Excellent handling of pandemic issues at this time- commendable. Great landscaping.

Your folks at the office do not know anything. They are not equipped or been given the tools to do their jobs. Mostly temps I think. Also Jake is rude as hell. Your covid-19 response and how you take care of things is because you are understaffed. We use to have a pool monitor, a grounds maintenance and can't use the common areas because there is dog poop everywhere.

Good community. Nice green space and amenities. Great location convenient for daily commute & regular shopping. Only thing I can point out is the corridors and stairs can be maintained better. Lot of dust and bird nests. Never seen anyone clean regularly. No other complaints. Service requests with regards to apartment unit are quickly resolved always. Thanks!

Property/Leasing office managers are polite and helpful. Cannot comment on the community facilities since I haven't had a chance to use them yet due to COVID-19 situation. Really like the package locker facilities and washer-dryer facility in the apartment. Maintenance requests can sometimes take a couple of days to resolve which can be problematic.

A bird keeps shitting all over my door step. I also have wasp nest on my balcony. However I do think they keep the community well kept. I would of preferred some type of discount not being able to use the pool and gym that I pay for but do not have access too.

I've lived here for 5 years and can say that the maintenance staff responds to issues in a timely manner. The property could do better with keeping the interior breezeways cleaner, free of bugs and wasp nests. Lot of turnover with the front office staff but they all are great to work with. I'm currently having issues with my above neighbor and I'm not confident the office staff has addressed this issues with the tenant. I receive little follow up regarding work orders or general concerns that are raised. I feel like the outside appearance of the property could be spruced up. Adding some picnic tables down by where the mailboxes are in that green grassy area would be nice. I feel like the community could do more than what it provides. Would be nice to see all units upgraded on the interior too, not just a select few. overall the property could use some TLC. The rent has been good to me, hasn't gone up much over the years and its accessible to mopac and other parts of Austin. Overall would recommend.

Great! The only thing that can be improved is security. The gate at the front entrance is usually open when it really should require a remote to open. Leaving the gate open 24/7 leaves our vehicles exposed to people who shouldn't be in the apartment.

I've only lived here a couple months, but overall I love it here and plan to live here till I'm ready to buy a house. The apartment has everything I need and love. I'm in a one bedroom with just myself. But you have more then enough space which is so nice! My favorite part is my garden tub, the large balcony, and my large bedroom! And the price to live here isn't too overwhelming and reasonable. The complex is pretty fast at responding, and always kindly concerned if you have an issue. I love the view from my balcony, I have a good view of the woods and see lots of deer. The security gates are always working which makes me feel safe. It's a quite community and a lovely place to live. (:

The apartment community is very beautiful and they timely fix the maintainance orders. Staff in the leasing office were very cooperative when I moved in, but I am not very happy with current staffs. Being gated community, main gate is open all the time.

The Villages of Bella Vista is a great apartment community. The layout makes the community feel smaller than it is; creating mini communities. The main pool is the real star of the amenities with ample seating. The location is outstanding with easy access to MoPac, shopping and dining options. Maintenance is responsive and easy!

Our experience has been great until this last few months. We have seen several different vehicles around building 13 and up speed trough the parking lot. our concern are the children who play or residents who utilize the parking lot to walk. There is also concern that residents in building 13, 1st floor, facing the parking lot have taken it upon themselves to smoke weed on their patio. What one chooses to do is definitely their business, however; when they decide to spoke drugs that are still illegal in the open where my children have to walk through is where I draw the line. We pay too much for these apartments to have to put up with this.

I have been living at a townhome at Bella Vista with my family for about 5 years now. These are one of the most spacious apartments I have ever rented. The huge backyard is the perfect place for my three young boys to play soccer and ride their bicycles. The leasing and maintenance staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. It is a wonderful community to live in and raise your family.
