Been many ups and downs at this community. The management has changed so many times I can't keep it straight. When we first moved in here the team was fantastic and it has gone downhill ever since. The current management seems to be trying to fix that but we'll see. I find it wild that you tell people out of this place. That is one of the things that has stopped this place being a community.

I love living at the Vista on Brodie! I feel so safe and comfortable. I love the trails on the property and all of the nature that is so close to me. 10/10 experience! I never want to leave! I love how quiet and well kept the apartment complex is too.

Avoid this place. Inconsistent service. Poorly maintained amenities. No enforcement of noise issues. AC didn't work at move-in. Cabinets in disrepair. Flooring should have been updated before anyone moved in.

Overall, I have enjoyed my stay here. I have a quiet space near the main road and only the occasional fire truck will disturb the peace. I have had very few issues over the last three years. That being said- if I have encountered a problem, the maintenance staff is great, but it takes FOREVER to get things corrected. And if I ever call the office, they never know what the maintenance team is doing. They usually can't help or they take a long time (several days up to two weeks) to get back to me. I had major water damage done that wasn't my fault, and it was a total accident? it took almost 6 weeks to get it corrected. The office staff didn't help with much when I called? they just couldn't answer any questions because they didn't have information. It's a great place to be if nothing goes wrong. If you put in a "normal" maintenance request, it's responded to very quickly. If it's something more serious? good luck finding out anything about it. Amenities are pretty solid. The pool area is fantastic, the fitness center is ok, and the clubhouse is nice. They offer community events fairly often, if that's your thing. I'm typically working when they take place. The units are pretty dated, but they're in good condition. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants a fairly quiet area, a decent place to live, and it's pretty close to downtown and to surrounding suburbs.

The area is beautiful complex is great. Sometimes I'm concerned with the upkeep of landscaping. Overall, I would say the complex has great office staff and maintenance team. The floor plans for different apartments are very diverse and works for singles or families.

Overall a lovely community worth trying; lots of amenities, great staff, good area with schools and stores and restaurants. Also quite a variety of unit sizes and models to choose from, some with city skyline views, others with wooded or hill country-like vistas.

The staff is young and inexperienced. They are all learning on the job. Also botched my move in with incorrect scheduling. They seem to be there just to be there, as if being helpful is a burden. I had better experience at my previous apt neighborhood across the street.

I would not recommend. Since day one, I'm constantly putting in work orders and dealing with issues. While the environment is quiet and the staff seem kind, I am constantly struggling with this apartment.

Not a great experience. Customer services isn't good at all. They hire rude & incompetent young people. We pay too much money to be treated as though we are bothering them to do their job. Work orders never get done on time or at all. Apartments are dirty when moved into them.

Very slow or unresponsive office staff at time in service matters. Appliances not the latest. Hallways could be cleaned more often. Gym is not great, could use a big upgrade. Sauna doesnt like 90% of the time.

To be quite honest, I love the area this community is situated in. You have everything you need within a 5-mile radius and it's pretty quiet. I'm also satisfied with the current floor plan that I am occupying. HOWEVER, I feel that I have dealt with so many repairs since moving in (constant leaks from almost every sink, AC issues/replacement, water intrusion/repairs, etc) and my car was LITERALLY stolen from in front my own unit when this is supposed to be a gated community, which is not entirely true. Yes, there are gates around most of the community, but it was revealed to me AFTER my car was stolen that there is a portion of the community along the backside that is not gated. Is that half-truth not false advertising? Anyway. All things considered, it's not an awful community, but I wouldn't consider it one of the best, either.

Beautiful campus and grounds. Front gate is often broken and left wide open. Staff acts like you are inconveniencing them when you ask for help or follow up on a work order that has been sitting unresolved for weeks. Manager is excellent and the elder maintance tech is also wonderful.

Once the new owners took over the communication from the office greatly improved. A lot more community events have been planned. There also seems to be an over all care for the residents well being. It is a nice quiet friendly apartment complex.
